    This place is an absolute joke. I've been going there for about a year out of my own laziness (I live right behind the clinic and it's very convenient). I've never waited less than 20 min to see my doctor (Dr Haider) even though I have a pre arranged appointment and normally it's considerably longer. Today (a Sunday morning), it was 35+ min and I was the only patient in the clinic when I arrived for my appointment!! I expressed my disappointment with this to Dr Haider when I finally saw him and it was like I was talking to a potted plant - no acknowledgement, no explanation and worst of all, no apology. Honestly, who do these people think they are? Yes, it's nice that they bulk bill here, but this place is run like a transactional sausage factory with literally no respect for the patient's time whatsoever or genuine concern for a patient's well being or health (I've never even been asked during any visit here). If you need a prescription renewal or something transactional like this (and have plenty of time to sit and wait), then this is the place for you. But if you're looking for a meaningful partnership with a healthcare provider to assist in managing your health and wellness, STAY AWAY. I will definitely be switching doctors after this experience.

    Very bad experience, the reply on reviews without genuine apologize. Too much excuses. The attitude of staffs are far below Australia Standard. They always blame patient, their attitude are even not better than the potted plant!!! Complain to them is absolutely useless. I only can blame the QLD government "How can they issue license to this kind of people?"

    Went to seek help and medication for my daughter. She caught the same illness from her brother. (Strep/tonsilitis)The doctor refused to provide her medication or make an official diagnosis. Instead made us go to hospital to get tests done. Not long at hospital and they diagnosed her with Strep throat (wow what a surprise!). This doctor should know better what he is doing. Should be refunded the $10 we had to spend!

    Never going back. Unbelievable this place is even open. 30 minute wait in the practice with 1 other patient in the entire place. I went in for an ear wash, which I get done regularly elsewhere, so I understand the process. My doctor was literally blowing her nose WHILE completing the procedure with NO gloves on. Best part, after the procedure... my ears are still blocked and she informed me it's just the water in my ears from the procedure. Waste of time and hygienically un-ethical. Well done Gcmp

    Went for my first and second Covid Vaccination and both times booked right at 8am when the clinic opens and both times I waited 20 mins to see the nurse as the doctor had not yet arrived and had to be present for the injection. Please don't book patients in at 8am if you can never start at this time, it's disrespectful to waste patients' time.

    Easily the worst doctors I have ever been to! If I could rate it a 0 stars I would. I’d like to say my negative experience was a once off, but I’ve had multiple appointments and it’s been terrible every time.

    Very poor experience with the center. Over booked in vaccines providing and let patients wait for very long. After 50 minutes waiting, we were told we cannot get the booster shot for not having 4 month gap yet. But then we checked the booster policy with another provider in Robina and were told the updated QLD new booster policy that the gap is reduced from 4 month to 3 has started and booked us in. Very irresponsible services and not willing to check the updated policies.

    So irresponsible doctor Rupa. We almost got miscarriage because of her irresponsible behaviour in an emergency situation she didn't guide us correctly. Moreover, people on reception use harsh language and DO WHATEVER YOU WANNA DO this sort of language to people who are already in depression because of these guys.

    I have been attending GCMP since 2016 and have been very happy with the level care I have received. Dr Rupa and Dr Shirlina are the 2 doctors who I regularly see for any health concerns and would highly recommend them for their high level of care, knowledge and empathy and always feel comfortable talking to them about any health issues. I noticed a lot of negative comments regarding wait times. As a health practitioner myself, I can understand that it's not uncommon to sometimes run behind schedule. Not all patient cases are straight forward, there can be urgent appointments that need to be squeezed in and sometimes there can be more than one problem that needs addressing. If you feel very unwell and don't want to have an unexpected wait, to avoid being uncomfortable I would recommend calling ahead of your appointment to see if there are any delays but generally I haven't had to wait too long to be seen and rarely need to do this. At the end of the day, the GPs at this practice are great. It can be very hard to find a good doctor, but I can 100% recommend Dr Rupa and Dr Shirlina :)

    I booked an appointment in person for Saturday the 12th of January at 8:30am, my appointment was confirmed 48 hours prior to my appointment and yet when I arrived the clinic was closed. No contact number to call or way to contact anyone, knocked on the door but no one inside, I then sat outside waiting for 30 minutes because my appointment was quite urgent for absolutely no one to turn up. This is absolutely disgusting service, if you cant make an appointment or open the clinic then at least have the curtesy to inform me and cancel it, I also waited a fortnight for this appointment due to the specific doctors availability and moved my shift around at work to get there for 8:30. Waste of time, total disregard for anyone else’s time, avoid this doctors at all costs.

    I have been going to Gold Coast Medical Precinct 2 1/2 the years now and have they have been very accommodating taking me in for last minute appointments. Dr Rupha is amazing listens and is always there for you and staff at reception as very lovely.

    Easy to get into, send they keep a doctor in reserve so you can book in for emergencies with 24 hr notice which is almost impossible anywhere else in Robina. Not a long wait time either. Dr was efficient and thorough.

    Do not use this medical practice under any circumstance. Use a different one close by if you must. It's absolutely diabolical. I visited the "medical practice" today to have my Covid vaccine. A student "nurse" took me into a room and started lecturing me that I did not qualify which is absolute nonsense. I walked out and advised the medical receptionist, who was pleasant given the experience from the student "nurse". I explained the student "nurse" refused to provide me the jab. She said she clarified with the "practice manager" that I qualified under new ATAGI guidelines that came into effect today. She said to sit down and she'll clarify. The "practice manager" then took me into the same room with the "student nurse" and with two other students, so there were 4 people, all lecturing me that I didn't qualify as the medical practice doesn't listen or watch news, they go by their own rules. I ended up walking out as I was so shocked this "medical practice" has time to lecture patients. I will report this "medical practice" to ATAGI for negligence and the medical board for misconduct as there are not qualified medical professionals working in this establishment.     I have been attending GCMP since 2018 and have been very happy with the level care I have received from Dr Rupa . She's Amazing person always listens and care . Would highly recommend her. I always feel comfortable talking to her about any health issues. Thank you Dr Rupa 🙏

    Dr Haider is an absolutely amazing caring and empathic doctor who genuinely looks out for his patients needs. Dr Shirlina Daas Daniels I cannot say the same about, no empathy for the patient no help or care given after waiting over an hour for her to get me in and out and leave me uncared for in such a terrible situation just added insult to injury. Really upset still from the visit I had with her today and would highly recommend booking with anyone but her. A disgrace to call her a doctor. Your supposed to LOOK AFTER PEOPLE.

    Good environment and doctor and receptionist Doctor was solution focused and friendly Only thing was the $20 registration fee. I found it stupid that I need to pay someone, for the right to be their client [and pay them some more] I asked the receptionist what was the cost to the clinic for registering my as a client. He couldn’t answer. But then again, he is an employee and just doing his job so it’s not his fault. So I don’t blame him and he was still friendly despite my frustration. Kudos for that, sincerely.

    I now have a severe ear canal infection from a doctor who didn’t pay attention to my symptoms and instead insisted to flush the wax out of my ear, which has now caused swimmers ear and intense pain and swelling. On my second visit back I was wrongly prescribed amoxicillin which did nothing for the problem. It wasn’t until my third visit that I saw Dr Kothari who diagnosed it correctly and gave me the right prescriptions

    i had a telehealth appointment to get a medical certificate at 2:40pm, i had not heard from the doctor so i rang reception at 4:30pm, phoebe was lovely & apologised for the dr. with no follow up from the doctor i rang reception again at 5:10pm then Dr Pankaj Kothari finally rang at 5:15pm saying he has tried to call when reception staff told me that he hadn’t tried yet, he asked where my workplace was (field of work would’ve been relevant). i have recently moved to the gold coast and this was the first drs i have been to therefore he said he did not have my medical history, i had written this all down in the documents when i went there for the first time as well as telling Dr Rupa. pretty disappointed as i am very sick at the moment and woke up for this appointment to take the phone call.
