My
partner
had
an
appointment
yesterday
9th
November,
2023
with
Dr
Kate.
We
needed
a
referral
to
a
specialist
(not
too
much
to
ask
one
would
think)
she
was
short,
rude
and
complained
that
we
did
not
have
a
specialist
in
mind
and
that
she
did
not
have
time
to
waste
waiting
for
us
to
quickly
find
a
local
specialist
we
could
a
referral
to.
So
she
quickly
looked
up
on
her
computer
and
printed
the
referral
off
and
we
were
dismissed
from
the
appointment.
We
asked
the
receptionist
to
email
the
referral
to
the
specialist
rooms,
which
she
did
and
we
left.
One
home
I
rang
the
specialist
rooms
to
confirm
that
they
received
the
email
only
yo
find
that
this
practice
no
longer
exists
and
the
specialist
has
retired!!!!!
So
on
the
phone
to
Doctors
rooms
to
get
this
rectified
but
unfortunately
Dr
Kate
had
left
for
the
day.
So
I
booked
a
telephone
appointment
for
my
partner
so
Dr
Kate
could
rectify
her
referral
to
someone
who
was
actually
practicing.
At
8:09
my
partner
received
a
call
from
the
receptionist
“m”
saying
you
won’t
be
having
a
telephone
appointment
as
you
did
not
pay
for
your
appointment
yesterday!!!!
He
explained
that
he
had
not
gotten
what
he
needed
and
rather
than
him
going
back
to
the
rooms
this
could
be
done
over
the
phone
and
Dr
Kate
could
rectify
her
mistake.
PAY
FOR
WHAT?
We
were
told
it
was
bulk
billing!!!!
Then
refused
and
appointment
to
rectify
an
incorrect
referral!!!!
So
no
telephone
appointment
and
no
referral.
No
call
back
from
receptionist
to
let
us
know
what
could
be
done
about
it!!
POOR
EFFORT
POOR
MANNERS
NO
CARE
FOR
PATIENTS
DISORGANISED
AND
RUSHED
will
never
go
there
again
and
never
recommend
anyone
with
mental
health
issues
to
go
there
to
be
cared
for!!!!
Horrible
experience
and
as
a
nurse
myself
I’d
be
ashamed
to
say
that
I
work
at
a
place
like
that!!!
