I am extremely disappointed at the treatment I received on the phone when calling to ask for an urgent appointment for my 6 year old daughter while visiting the GC on holidays. I was told there was an appt available, then when the receptionist realised I was a new patient - the appt was denied. Even though it was a very quick and very urgent diagnosis - and when I (very politely) expressed my disappointment at being denied this appt, the receptionist hung up on me!! I can’t believe the lack of care afforded to us. I would never expect such ill treatment at a doctors clinic, ever. I’m disgusted.

Just don't go there.. it's not worth it. I was told once by a doctor that worked there " there a reason doctors don't stay" he was referring to the head doctor.. Better to find a Medical Practice that really care for your needs. I have out off control health problems now because of all the bad advice given to me at this clinic. Plus as everyone else has said you wait for over 2 hours for a 5 minute appointment. 👎👎👎

Horrible doctor. Dr Alex was extremely rude blunt and told me I would have to pay to get test done. Lady behind the desk was very nice and understood my frustration with Dr Alex. Don't make an appointment with Dr Alex.

A medical practice should as best as possible confer life affirmation. This establishment does anything but. Hand operated sliding doors were dirty in this time of Covid. The lady on reception needs to learn to smile, give assistance and be welcoming. My first and certainly last time.

Good doctors, terrible management. On hold for 15 minutes hearing how beautiful everything is, 'laughter and kindness' and the usual sales speel. Better management with a genuine focus on customers before Ramsay applied its its corporate bandage. 5 stars for the doctors- minus three for the business model.

Dr Butte is EXTREMELY rude & arrogant! DO NOT GO THERE! Any wonder no other GP will work there! U make appt, turn up on time & 5 people waiting in front of u! Be prepared to wait HOURS! Humilating, angry, yelling! NEVER had such a distressing experience! If u complain, look out!

Doctors are always late for appointments, if you book a consultation for 3:00pm usually this mean you will be seeing at 4pm or later. Happens every time. Instead of booking less consultation per day they rather to make you waiting for hours after your booked time. Great place to waste your day.

Please do not take an appointment with one of their male doctors, after asking a question about my symptoms he replied "you can find that in Google" between other inappropriate comments, I was in shock, so unprofessional and irresponsible, not sure he knows what his job is, I returned and got appointment with another (female) Doctor and had an amazing and comforting experience. Not pointing names but just be aware.

Dr Butt is a very rude and arrogant dog. Do not go to this practice. Not worth the wait to be spokeb to so rudely.

Dr Manira Butt is amazing and looks after my family so well. Yes the wait time can be long at times but this is because of how thorough she is - not because she is overbooking . Manira takes the time needed for the patient rather than rushing you through. The care my parents have received is amazing. The care she has taken with my son - fitting him in when full then calling me at home to check on him - that’s a real doctor All the nursing staff especially Yvonna are amazing also

Have always found staff and Doctors polite and professional. Have nothing but praise for the Doctors. They are well worth the wait.

Always waiting over an hour for an appointment. Very frustrating.

Sorry Dr Butt your receptionist today Saturday morning 21/10/2023 letting a guy skip the queue when I had waited 50mins already is terrible work ethic. I let her know prioritising someone else’s time over mine just because he approached her is not on at all !! To amplify this we now have to pay to wait lengthy times past our appointment time. I will now be looking to take myself and entire family elsewhere to another practice. Very poor form and so disappointed.

Waited over an hour past my appointment time with others waiting just as long, only to test positive for covid. 👍

My partner had an appointment yesterday 9th November, 2023 with Dr Kate. We needed a referral to a specialist (not too much to ask one would think) she was short, rude and complained that we did not have a specialist in mind and that she did not have time to waste waiting for us to quickly find a local specialist we could a referral to. So she quickly looked up on her computer and printed the referral off and we were dismissed from the appointment. We asked the receptionist to email the referral to the specialist rooms, which she did and we left. One home I rang the specialist rooms to confirm that they received the email only yo find that this practice no longer exists and the specialist has retired!!!!! So on the phone to Doctors rooms to get this rectified but unfortunately Dr Kate had left for the day. So I booked a telephone appointment for my partner so Dr Kate could rectify her referral to someone who was actually practicing. At 8:09 my partner received a call from the receptionist “m” saying you won’t be having a telephone appointment as you did not pay for your appointment yesterday!!!! He explained that he had not gotten what he needed and rather than him going back to the rooms this could be done over the phone and Dr Kate could rectify her mistake. PAY FOR WHAT? We were told it was bulk billing!!!! Then refused and appointment to rectify an incorrect referral!!!! So no telephone appointment and no referral. No call back from receptionist to let us know what could be done about it!! POOR EFFORT POOR MANNERS NO CARE FOR PATIENTS DISORGANISED AND RUSHED will never go there again and never recommend anyone with mental health issues to go there to be cared for!!!! Horrible experience and as a nurse myself I’d be ashamed to say that I work at a place like that!!!
