From booking my appointment online, to entering the waiting room and being greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, to a short comfortable wait followed by a thorough and friendly consultation, I cannot fault the efficient and friendly service I received from this excellent surgery. This is the place I'm coming back to, every time. Won't waste my time with other GP surgeries anymore!

I would like say a special thanks to Dr David Bartlett, staff and especially at the end Dr Luke Ward, who looked after my Father Salvatore Barcellona till his passing. I always knew my elderly parents were in very good hands. Both Dr Bartlett who started their care and in the end Dr Ward showed professionalism and up most duty of care while being thorough with their treatment. Dr Ward was caring and my Father loved his manner and thought Dr Ward always had my Father's best interest at heart. Thank you for the card of condolence and also thank you Dr Ward for calling me during my Dad's last hospital stay and the morning of my Father's passing. These have been very difficult times for me, his daughter and my family but knowing that I had the gentle support from the medical staff was comforting. Thank you Dr Luke Ward and like my Father always said, "Bye bye for now". RIP Salvatore Barcellona.

I have been attending this practice since 2002 and I have seen their practice grow and improve.. I have one GP I see although I have seen others at times at this practice.. The front desk is managed well and staff are very friendly. The nurses are great and caring. The practice has helped me through some tough times with health and wellbeing regarding myself and my family.. Thanks Robina Town Medical center.. 👍😁

I was so impressed from start to finish! It started with Amy who took my phone call, she was polite and squeezed in an appointment for my child. We saw Dr Brian Cheong and he was so approachable. Dr Cheong spoke to my child and saw her as the patient. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend this medical centre highly. I am one relieved Mum.

Dr power and his team are friendly, professional and really helped when our daughter was sick. They informed us of same day appointments which was so important as we needed to see our regular doctor.

We love the doctors from this practice. They are very patient and gentle with our children. Same with the nurses. We had a good experience when the kids needed their immunisation. We have been seeing these doctors for more than a year now and we will continue to recommend them. Some receptionists are very helpful, but it is true that others are not very kind. I almost hesitated to come back a couple of times as they made me feel very uncomfortable.

Called up to cancel an appointment. The receptionist couldn’t even find the appointment, after all I had an appointment reminder message confirm the message sent the day before. I was quite shocked that the appointment wasn’t even booked and unprofessional. if I was able to turn up to the appointment I couldn’t of imagine the amount of wait time and shuffling for other clients who have been waiting to see the doctors also.

Disappointed that running four minutes late to an appointment this morning meant that my son could not be seen. We called ahead and let them know we were on our way. Then arrived and were turned away. This was our third appointment this week. (We’d not been late to any other appointments). My husband also had emergency surgery only a few days ago, which the practise was aware of. It’s disheartening when your disabled child is turned away because a doctor is more concerned with scheduling than a child’s well being and refusing to consider a patients whole life not just the four minutes they are late for. Other than that good doctors, good medical staff, easy parking. Perfect for the patient who is always early to appointments, never drives during peek hour, has no other appointments to juggle or the demands of kids to balance.

I realize drugies go into doctors trying to get pain medication, but what about the people who honestly have pain. From the doctor I saw nothing not even a suggestion for an alternative. I only asked for a refill of medication that is brought over the counter in most countries. Then the same doctor strongly pushed a very harmful contraceptive onto my daughter. The same one they only give to woman who have had children because it does so much damage to the body. I personal found her rude and arrogant from the get go and it just went down hill from there. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return.

My daughter, suffering from bad tonsilitis and because she was finding it hard to breath we did not make an appointment. We were turned away from this medical centre because of covid. COVID-19 does not cause tonsillitis.Tonsillitis and COVID-19 can share several symptoms, including fever, sore throat, digestive discomfort, and headache. However, tonsillitis has some unique symptoms like enlarged lymph nodes, swollen tonsils, bad breath, and stiff neck that are not typically seen in patients with COVID-19. Tonsillitis itself is not a symptom of COVID-19. Sore throat is a common symptom in both tonsillitis and COVID-19. However, tonsillitis causes discomfort and inflammation specific to the tonsils area rather than generalized sore throat. This is a classic example of covid rules out of control!

Made an appointment 2 days ago over the phone to see a Dr here. Arrived 10mins early as requested to be told there was no appointment in their system. Apparently I was the 2nd person this happened to today. I was told I would be ‘put into the system’ to see the Dr and take a seat. Waited 45mins with no further communication whilst watching other patients see the Dr I was booked for. When I approached receptionist to ask when or if I was going to see the Dr I was told she was on a phone consult but I was next to see her. I said that I needed to move my car as I was in a limited time zone park and asked if the Dr would wait for me to return. The reply? No - she’ll just go on to see the next patient. I had to leave as I couldn’t risk a fine. Will not be returning.

Definitely a no no no for this medical practice. After 5 years of attending this practice I have had multiple doctors as 2 went on maternity leave and no return. No contact to let you know that they are leaving and you find out when to make next appointment. But they will terminate you from the practice if you miss appointments. The practice manager is extremely rude after receiving calls from her to tell me that. Definitely better medical practices out there than this one.

The GP’s are wonderful but they are let down by their front desk colleagues who show very little interest in the patient. Their focus is either on each other or their mobile phones. It’s no wonder the hold times if you call or so long.
