Absolutely disgraceful took all of our details for the booking no notification it would cost $38 at the beginning of the call. Then tried to charge us $$ while she was on the move walking around felt like a complete scam. After I refused to pay as the young fella is 1st yr apprentice still has health care and definitely entitled to bulk billing she asked me to wait on the phone for at least 3 min than a further 5mins while she cancelled the appointment.. completely dodgy I called another service no charge and fantastic service

Rubbish. If your sick don’t bother with these guys. I booked, waited for 2.5hrs for an Dr only to get a random text saying they weren’t coming with no other option. So I called back to be told I would have to re-book. I did this and was polite about it. 6 hours later no Doctor and never heard from them again. Worst medical service I’ve ever used. Pointless.

Do not use this service!! Ended up waiting 8 hours for them to say a Dr wasn’t gonna come. This was after I got a text hours before saying the Dr’s ETA was after 5pm. If I knew earlier I would have made other arrangements for my sick baby. Very disappointed!!!

I give no stars. Disgraceful. I made an appointment at 2pm Saturday afternoon. I received a message to say they'd come after 5. At 10.00pm Saturday night I received a message that Dr wouldn't come but I could pay $38.00 for a phone consult. 8 hours after😡. I could have tried elsewhere. If only I read the reviews earlier. 👎

I wish l had read the reviews before l called. I would rate these Drs 0 if l could. I called at 730 for my 12 year old. Was supposed to receive a confirmation text. Nothing. I called again at 1130 to have a missed call as went to the bathroom. I called to say had missed call they logged us again. I called twice more. They never turned up. My child needed antibiotics for a chest infection. If you can't make the appoint don't make a booking would've been quicker in emergency.

Awful experience from start to finish - I can’t help thinking this is just a scam. I waited 12+ hours to get any confirmation for a Telehealth consult. When the doctor did call I was basically kicked off the call within 2 minutes. The Doctor didn’t want to speak to me. I was sent a link to my prescription, which I forwarded through to the pharmacy and lost access to the form. I then went to the pharmacy this morning and was told they never received it and there was nothing they could do. Just awful.

After supplying all my details, and waiting for 2 hours the doctor cancelled on my one year old sick daughter. If I had be known they weren’t available available, I would’ve made alternative arrangements.

What a joke , with being on the phone and confirming for a doctor to attend with my 4 year old daughter who was really sick . They canceled after 2 hours . If I knew how useless this service was I would have made other arrangements.

Absolute joke. Waited three hour on a Monday night in agony until all the other doctors had close. Waited 30 minutes on the phone just to check how long they would be and never got an answer. Ended up in hospital. And they ask why our ERs are overwhelmed and our ambulances are welcome. People have no other option. Do better. Update to this review: Doctor never came, ended up in the ER and hospitalised overnight. Absolutely atrocious, should have no right to practice.

Were told 2-4 hour wait for my sick toddler. After 4 hours I called to get an ETA to be told that it doesn’t look like the doctor has decided to take the job and probably won’t be coming, but they didn’t know for sure as they don’t have a means to check with them. There was zero communication to let me know this so that I could have sought medical attention through another service. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Use a different locum service!!!!

How and why are these people still up and running. Not only did the doctor not turn up, when you try to call you are kept on hold the entire time - there is no customer service whatsoever….the “team” they refer to does NOT exist. The contact form link they send you is a waste of time - it doesn’t work because you get no response. The doctor calls and says to call back on “this” number the number is private so you can’t return calls. I waited over three hours in pain for nothing. These scum bags need to be dealt with accordingly and I will make a formal complaint to make sure they are shutdown !!!!!! What a disgrace. He probably isn’t even a doctor!!!! He should be charged and sent to jail. I am going to do some research to find out who this person is. They need to change their name to NO HOUSE CALL DOCTOR

I had mixed expectations based on some of the other reviews. I first booked on Saturday morning for my 1 year old daughter who had an ear infection - and passes up a chance at the local GP as I thought the dr would be there within 3 hrs, but didn’t hear back until after 5. By 7 I had to put her to bed and cancelled the appointment. I had trouble getting in anywhere the next day and booked back in at 8am. Doctor was here by 12:30 took a look at her ears and gave me a script on the spot. He was lovely and thorough. Short of it - I would book this as a backup, but don’t bypass a gp appointment while you wait. The app is not very informative about hours of operation and there is no way to cancel or see your appointment. Definitely needs to be updated

Booked at 4:30pm on a Sunday and doc showed up at 10pm and was completely incompetent. Seriously doubt he was a fully trained physician. Did not apologise for arriving so late, his first priority was to get all our Medicare details so he could get paid. Don't waste your time, it feels very scammy

don't even bother to call here. was told a doctor would be with me in 1 t 3 hours. after 5 hours i heard nothing so rang them and no one answered ( it was after hours). just voice messages with useless information. after 6 hours i got a text message saying no one could help me!!!!!

Yesterday (18/11/2023) we completed an online booking at 1.00pm for my elderly mother (received automatic reply that booking was successful). Around 4.00pm we still hadn't heard anything, so tried to contact them by phone. After waiting 35 minutes on hold and still not being able to talk to anyone, then submitted a message via a link they sent me (automated message) to which was supposedly going to the administration team. As still had heard nothing, phoned again around 5.45pm, after waiting on hold for about 30 minutes, I gave up and aborted the call. At around 6.30pm my mother received a text that they were 'unable to assist'. As a result of this late notice, we then had to start trying again to find a Home Doctor from another company, but at this time of night, there were no doctors available to visit. This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. My advice is to never use this business.

Do not waste your time rang and booked my daughter a doctor told it could take 2-3 hours no one ever showed up no messaged nothing!6 hours later and still heard nothing! Absolute rubbish tried calling but was after hours and went to answering machine! Disgusting!!!!

Have made a booking @11:04 rang them at 3:33pm and was told they just send the message they don't know what time . I have to wait 2 more hours. Really bad service !!!!

Called just after 6 and had not heard anything more than 3 hours later. Eventually cancelled the request to see a doctor

Called at 6pm and was told a doctor would be coming, then got a message at 9:30pm saying unfortunately our local doctor is unable to assist. Will never be using this service again

Wife was seen by house call GP only to be told to maybe wait and see a GP on Monday - honestly, pretty terrible service. If you don't have the confidence to do your job why do it?

Wish I had read the reviews before calling! Great phone operator, but about 20-minutes to get through all the info. One hour later, I received a text advising they had no doctors available in our area. I rang to confirm and was told they would send me a text with an update. Still nothing. As my father-in-law's symptoms were deteriorating by this stage, we called an ambulance and he is currently in hospital.

After waiting 6 hours, following up twice, I was told that no one was coming. Resulting in me waiting in huge queues to see the medical centre drs that I would’ve come to at opening if they would have told me that no one would come earlier without me having to keep following up. Ridiculous

We were a bit skeptical after reading the reviews, but we had a 10/10 experience in care for our toddler. The doctor came to our house to assess our boy and got him a script for antibiotics. It was hassle free! I would recommend and use again!

Absolutely disgusted by this service. Will never use again. So heartless. If you are in serious pain go to a walk in doctor or hospital. Booked an appointment in the afternoon and no one showed up or communicated. Next morning I called to find out that my appointment was moved to Telehealth. I needed a doctor to look at my body as quiet uncomfortable. I ended up canceling and even the person on phone had no ounce of care in her. This is seriously not health care...

Only waited around five minutes to speak to someone, they told me a doctor would contact me in the next 1-3 hours. After an hour I get a text to say they are fully booked out. Wish I could have been told this over the phone or earlier so I could have organised another doctor :(

I filled their online form which then stated I had to call as they needed more info. Then I sat on hold for over an hour listening to a recording tell me I can get through faster if I fill out their online form.

Called the late night doctor as I don’t need and ambulance but no doctors are open for my mum and I to get him sitting there for 10 mins wondering what he should do about her sore foot and the solution was to give her a prescription she’d have to drive or walk to get, and tried to see him about an abscess in my face for him to virtually do the same thing was completely pointless might as well have gone to the doctor in the morning or called an ambulance

I waited 4 plus hrs. No one came. I rang them again and reception lady told me she will send a message alert and doc will ring me in 30 min. Ummm noo. If you are busy courtesy call would off be nice.

Made me wait 3 hours after I called to tell me the doctor is booked out. Absolute joke, will NEVER be using this service again. Do better.

20hrs after booking for my sick daughter and numerous calls to confirm the booking was still active, only to have the booking cancelled. It was a Sunday with no other options. Worst service I’ve ever experienced trying to get medical help for my little one

Our little boy had vomiting and high fevers and we were concerned he was becoming dehydrated. The doctor came within three hours and was very thorough and reassuring. She provided us with a script for nausea and also some great advice. I was pleased with the service and grateful I was able to access it.

My phone rang for .1 of a second after waiting over 3 hours. Then the cancelled my appointment.

Dr never turned up and the customer service person was well below average. Said she will get me an ETA on the Dr that never came. USELESS
