we
completed
an
online
booking
at
1.00pm
for
my
elderly
mother
(received
automatic
reply
that
booking
was
successful).
Around
4.00pm
we
still
hadn't
heard
anything,
so
tried
to
contact
them
by
phone.
After
waiting
35
minutes
on
hold
and
still
not
being
able
to
talk
to
anyone,
then
submitted
a
message
via
a
link
they
sent
me
(automated
message)
to
which
was
supposedly
going
to
the
administration
team.
As
still
had
heard
nothing,
phoned
again
around
5.45pm,
after
waiting
on
hold
for
about
30
minutes,
I
gave
up
and
aborted
the
call.
At
around
6.30pm
my
mother
received
a
text
that
they
were
'unable
to
assist'.
As
a
result
of
this
late
notice,
we
then
had
to
start
trying
again
to
find
a
Home
Doctor
from
another
company,
but
at
this
time
of
night,
there
were
no
doctors
available
to
visit.
This
company
doesn't
even
deserve
a
1
star
rating.
My
advice
is
to
never
use
this
business.
