Many thanks to the Skin Clinic Robina doctors, nursing staff and receptionists for looking after me so well during a period of skin cancer removals. Dr Venu Kondamudi and Dr Michael Stapleberg both gave me surgery on separate occasions, and both had the same caring and professional expertise. I also had an horrific skin condition which other skin doctors could not remedy which resulted in this skin condition continuing for nearly two years. One month ago, Dr Michael took one look at this skin condition and changed my medication. Now, the skin condition has just about all cleared up and what a relief that is. During the skin cancer removal, the nursing staff were always asking if I was comfortable, getting me cushions and generally fussing over me; I loved it and really appreciated it. They were always professional in their nursing duties and very informative as to what I should do and what will happen next. The receptionists were always friendly and caring. They always asked how I was and would ring me a taxi when needed. I would highly recommend the Skin Clinic Robina to anyone in need of skin care. What a wonderful team they make, it’s a pleasure to be around them.

Worst customer service ever! Got 3 reminder messages with the time for my appointment which I confirmed, yet when I showed up to my appointment (on time!) I was told that it was actually an hour earlier and I missed it! Receptionist said she would sort it out, made me wait for 30 minutes, then told me the doctor was on a phone call and she had no idea how long it would take. After that I was simply ignored. So I got up and left. If their staff can't even book an appointment and send out reminders with the correct time, I would not trust them to care for my skin! Thanks for nothing

I have now had two different procedures at Skin Clinic Robina. The doctors, nurses and staff are not only extremely knowledgeable, but made me feel completely at ease with each procedure. I had an appointment today at the Skin care clinic Suite 6 & 7 Robina, with Michaela RN. I had some skin lesions removed. I would like to say thankyou to Nurse Phoenix who assisted with my procedure. They were both very caring, the procedure was throughly explained and helped me feel at ease. It is so much easier having a procedure like this when you have caring professionals to help. The procedure didnt hurt at all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service. VIP treatment for an interstate resident. This clinic saved me a lot of money. Also, they were able to fix the problem without too much invasive surgery, which I was expecting to get. The nurses were excellent with aftercare. I had such a fantastic experience at Skin Clinic Robina. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful, made me feel very comfortable. In the past I had been disappointed with other skin checks that don't cover all areas but Skin Clinic Robina were very thorough with history and the skin check. Well worth every cent and would recommend to everyone, especially living in Australia! I was also able to see a female clinician which is very important to me, and with multiple staff you can book in at the same time as your partner or family member.

My whole experience was very positive. All of the staff were extremely friendly & professional. They were well organised & my procedure was done with no problems at all. I feel like I’m going to get decent results from my laser resurfacing and my subcision treatment. The doctor explained in good detail my skin’s actual issues and how they should be treated. My face is quite messed up and I am confident I’m going to be happy . I’ll post some before and afters in a few months. The staff are nice and Dr venu has been responding quickly to my emails with questions about post care since having my treatment . I would recommend this clinic

This clinic is very professional. Their equipment is first rate. Costs are reasonable for the level of service given. Dallas is a very informative nurse and takes the time to explain procedures well and what to expect during and after. I find her incredibly personable and it’s a pleasure to undergo treatments with her. She is an asset to Robina Skin clinic.

I have been to many skin clinics over the years and Skin Clinic Robina is without a doubt the best experience I have had anywhere. The standout at the clinic is the beautiful staff. I have been treated by both Tiffany and Dallas who made it a delightful experience each time and I achieved excellent results. They spend so much time getting to know you, your skin concerns, goals and take time to discuss all your different options and make a plan with you. They are never pushy or trying to sell you on treatments or products. You can feel they genuinely care and want you to achieve the best possible outcome in the most efficient way. They collaborate with you and give you honest recommendations and realistic expectations so you’re clear on what your skin journey will look like upfront and how much it will cost. They are extremely knowledgeable and are happy to answer all and any questions you have about the treatments and general skincare. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to make me feel very comfortable especially when dealing with something as personal as your skin. The clinic and rooms themselves are beautiful, immaculately clean, modern and organised. I have never experienced it over crowded or had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointments. The reception staff are friendly and very accommodating if you need to cancel or change an appointment. They send reminder messages a few days in advance that gives you the chance to confirm or cancel. I feel comfortable to say I am now a loyal client who will continue to use this clinic for years to come and have recommend them to my very fussy family. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Extremely prompt and friendly service. Every step of dealing with Robina Skin Clinic was fantastic. From the ladies I spoke to via email and phone, to the nurses and doctor. All of them get a 10/10. I tried calling a few other places and this was the only place that didn't stuff me around with wanting multiple appointments at inconvenient times. They accommodated the times I had available. No long waits in the waiting room, straight in and straight back out. Thank you very much for helping me with a simple something I was putting off for an extremely long time.

Dr Kondamundi was removing a mole from my left foot. Seeing I was anxious and getting worked up he told me I must be an only child. I asked why and he said “because only children are sheltered by their parents to not experience pain and any hardships in life”. I had a traumatic medical experience which makes me anxious when it comes to needles, surgeries etc. I’ve also got a sick parent who I do quite a bit for and I couldn’t be further from a sheltered child, protected by my parents. His comments made me upset on top of anxious about the procedure. Once he left the nurse tried to comfort me saying the doctor didn’t mean any harm, he was a man so just to ignore it. The office manager then spoke to me defending the doctor’s professionalism saying she was sorry I felt offended. I felt patronised and not taken seriously. Finally after speaking a few minutes I said to her I’m not trying to make trouble but it’s important that I stand up for myself. I’m sure these comments came from a place of ignorance but it didn’t make it okay for him to speak to me like that and him being a man wasn’t an excuse for it either. Finally she agreed. I appreciate finally being heard but I won’t be back

I hate leaving bad reviews but sometimes i feel its the only way the owners of the business can see their mistakes and hopefully make their business better. The doctors amazing! But very time poor i think a product of their own success. The plastic surgeon talked to his nurse about her getting lip injections the whole time but i dont have cancer so...that's ok i guess? Doctor 18min late, and seeing myself and a second person in another room at the same time for $152 for 20min visit. Receptionist that think they are more important than the customer. Ohh they want to to fill in a 8 page form online with your credit card details while you wait with you having to remember a password just to get your invoices. Did i have a bad experience no, did i have a good experience yes. But difficulties are manifesting due to their success and how busy they are.

Tiffany was warm and welcoming. After asking various questions, she suggested a plan and explained the whole procedure. The procedure was quick and a lot less painful than I thought it would be. Tiffany was fantastic throughout and I look forward to my follow up treatments. This is the 3rd type of appointment I have had at Skin Clinic Robina and I have always been happy with Dr Venu and the team.

From reception staff, nursing team to practice manager, all are amazingly polite, helpful and accommodating. In an era of dwindling customer service, Raylene and the team certainly seem to buck the trend. Recently completed scar treatment for a raised keloid scar on my chest. Dr Venu was great and the treatment of steroid injections and laser has dramatically reduced the scar. Very happy with the results and would recommend anyone looking for a similar treatment to visit Skin Clinic Robina.
