Welcoming atmosphere as you enter the practice! David on reception is outstanding! He is helpful always smiling. When you call David sorts out your needs and appointments promptly and efficiently. Dr. Reza Madah is wonderful best GP on the Gold Coast.

Dr Rez is the best Doctor my family has ever had and I am a harsh critic - so that’s a big statement to make. Thank you Dr Rez for being there for my mum - and helping me navigate through the complexities of being the primary carer for a person with Dementia. I couldn’t have done it without you and your team - especially David. A very special doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients. I have to say that the review from the pregnant woman is a joke. Why wouldn’t your own doctor give you the jab? Think about it love…….. Anyone lucky enough to have Dr Rez as their GP is blessed. My family are among the lucky ones. Dr Rez is one in a million.

It was because my doctor was booked out that brought me to this Centre. I'm so happy with Doctor Paula Hade I have made her my permanent doctor, listens to you, supportive of you. My last doctor put everything down to being obese. I have lost 25 kilos since seeing Dr Paula and she is full of praise..David on the reception goes above and beyond, professional,kind and efficient.

Best doctors clinic I’ve ever been to. The lady at reception is professional and down to earth. David was my doctor, and he gave me plenty of his time to be thorough with me and solve the issues I was having. Something which a lot of doctors you’ll find will fail at. Then the nurse, on her lunch break decided to take 10 minutes out of her break to do a dressing for me because I had stitches. Greatest clinic, no feeling of being rushed but appointments were still on time. 10/10!

We have been going to Dr Reza & team for the past 6 years and have total confidence in him. We find him to be extremely professional and always take the time to listen to you and address your problems, We highly recommend him. David & staff at front counter are always obliging and extremely helpful & always acknowledge you when entering the medical centre

Very disapppointing. This is my first time to visit this local clinic. I booked my 1 dose vaccination this morning, I waited for 10 mins, when I go to the room the doctor said they are not doing it for me because I am pregnant and asked me only my GP is responsible to do it. I told them my GP said I m good to go, he asked me then why you don't do it at your GP I said because this is my closest location. Even my midwife and GP never said I m only allowed to do it in a designted venue. I thought government is encourge everyone to do it. Well, thanks for today GC medical centre. Not very impressed. That would be better if they told me when I called to book last week. If they really concern because I m pregnant, they should ask everyone or checked my consent from which they asked me to filled in earlier.

Best medical centre I have been to. Dr Paula Hayde is so caring and gentle with our toddler and the whole team are great from admin through to the nurse . This will always be our family medical centre .

I recently started seeing Dr Reza and his team about 12 months ago. As someone who has some ongoing health concerns, I am so appreciative of the care plan they put in place, follow ups and great diligence on maintaining good health. David in admin provides exceptional service and an absolute delight to speak to. Highly recommended

I have been seeing Dr Reza since he opened & have had some health issues in that time. At all times he has looked after me & made sure I received the correct treatment that I needed. He is very patient with me & so caring. I never have to wait. The front staff are so lovely & friendly & always manage to fit me in if I need attention outside of my appointments. Just after we moved to Coombabah last year I had to have a triple bypass operation. After the operation we had to find a good local GP as our previous GP was too far away. We found GCMC and Dr Reza, and am so pleased we did. The practice has been fantastic in looking after both myself and my husband who has ongoing medical problems. David is always friendly and helpful, Dr Reza has been really wonderful in looking after my post op care and my husband's care. I would highly recommend this practice for their wonderful care, consideration and the promptness of any followups. So lucky I found them.

I use to always come here until Isabel started working here! So rude and really bad attitude, treats patients really poorly and inconsiderate of their medical condition. David use to work at front desk and he was an absolute gem!

I have been using the GCMC for some years now and have found all the staff to be helpful. Sadly my doctor Dr Hade moved on some time ago, yet each doctor I have seen after her has been friendly, helpful and medically attentive. Thank you!

I've been attending Gold Coast Medical Centre for the past 8 years and my experience has always been wonderful. David (Office Manager) is outstanding and always friendly and extremely efficient. Other Office staff are great too. Dr Resa is very caring, approachable and I've received excellent care from him too. Mark (Nurse) is amazing as well, and I have nothing but positive comments to make about this practice.
