Original appointment and procedure went well, but the aftercare left a bit to be desired. Was waiting for a Telehealth appointment for thorough results after doctor was not in centre when I went back to have stitches removed. I never got my call. I rang in the afternoon to find out what happened to have a quite abrupt receptionist not apologise, but try to say it was my fault, and hang up on me after rescheduling for another week later while I was still talking. Not very happy. It will now be 2 weeks post procedure before my appointment for full results.

I had been going to the same skin cancer specialist for more than 10 years, i live on the Gold Coast and when my specialist moved to Caloundra i went to my 6 monthly appointments there thinking I would never find another skin doctor as good as she was….wasn’t I wrong! Doctor Myers was professional, discreet, knowledgeable, interesting and answered any questions i had without hesitation and in detail. Thank you 🙏 I will most definitely refer Dr Myers

Visited this practice for the first time today for a skin check. Dr Matthew Power (a true gentleman) is very professional, punctual, thorough and precise. Dr Power has a perfect doctor to patient manner that is second to none, which is a breath of fresh air on the Gold Coast. As for the establishment itself, this clinic is well spaced and hygienically clean with a nicely spaced waiting area. On arrival I was greeted with a smile from the lovely receptionist which is another rarity here on the Gold Coast. A happy environment makes a happy and successful practice. My five stars is worth a 10 out of 10.

It conveniently located with on-site parking, and the reception staff are pleasant and efficient. We were seen close to the appointment times made. We were impressed with the courtesy and manner of the doctor, and his attention to close detail. Overall very good experience and we would certainly book again.

Was my first skin check ever so I was worried. I wanted a Doctor who specialised in skin cancer not just a regular Doctor. I also wanted a female so I felt comfortable having someone look so closely at my body. I found Dr. Joanna Hutcheon, saw her great reviews (thank goodness for reviews) & completed my first check. I felt valued, highly respected, was informed & educated. I’m so glad I went. I can assure you that this Doctor made the experience so comfortable for me, she’s a lovely person & someone who made this dreaded check easy. I highly recommend her. Receptionists were lovely so a great team here.

Reception staff have excellent customer service at Gold Coast Skin Centre Palm Beach. Very welcoming, friendly and highly efficient. I see Dr Ruwan Wijemunige and he is excellent. Dr Ruwan is highly knowledgeable and very thorough when checking skin. He takes the time to explain things no other doctors do. He runs to time and makes his clients feel very calm and comfortable. I very much appreciate the time and care Dr Rowan has given me when asking questions about my own husband and his immunotherapy treatments. Dr Ruwan is one of the nicest, genuine human souls you will meet. He has a wholistic approach and I highly recommend him and his team at Gold Coast Skin Centre.

I find the Palm Beach Skin Clinic to be extremely professional they are always very thorough and very accommodating with appointments. Dr Mewing has a way of putting you at ease and explaining any concerns you may have would highly recommend.

Dr Bianca was very thorough and made me feel so comfortable. Great convenient location for Southern Gold Coasters and a light bright consult room. Although there is an out of pocket cost (not fully bulk billed) I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience all-round from the very pleasant, friendly and helpful receptionist to the very competent Dr Matthew Power. His excellent bedside also added positively to my experience. I highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr Power. I finally found a good one, and I won’t be going anywhere else for annual skin checks.

Dr Powell was very thorough and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Usually in the past, my skin checks have taken a few minutes but Dr Powell took his time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Great experience, will be back routinely.

I saw Dr. Power for a wound which would not heal. He explained what he was going to do. Proceedure was quick and pain free. The girls at reception are also very friendly and helpful as was Dr Power.

I booked an appointment this morning and got one at 3:15 pm today. I filled all my information out online and arrived to a spotlessly clean practice with friendly receptionists. At precisely 3:15 pm a door opened and my name was called. The spots on my skin I have been concerned about were dealt with in 12 minutes and another check up was booked in 12 months time. The whole experience was exceptional. Dr Patrick Mewing is a comedian. I actually laughed out loud at least three times. Faultless.

My visit is always seem less Dr Pat Mewing is always on time. Today I had an age spot removed it was over and done and all the staff from Pat to Jacqui and of course the lovely nurse were very professional. I have no problems recommending this practice!

Highly recommend! Dr Myers is a lovely female doctor and very efficient and friendly in her nature .It's just a few minutes once a year for peace of mind .Very easy process and the reception area is a lovely spacious area with great reception staff who are also wonderful to deal with .
