All they do is try to up sell products. I paid for 3 facials and they were just the quick ones, I think 20 min. All they did was try to tell me what my skin was missing and what products I could purchase from them and use. They know nothing about my health issues in the past or present and yet try to tell me how I can improve my skin with these products. Its a joke. I didn't even go back for the third, I have paid for it but rather burn the money then go back somewhere where they act like they know the best for you in a 20 min session. Let's not add the fact that I had lip filler done 2 months ago and I literally look like nothing has been done, when I called them all they said was the same old thing they tell 80% of people, your body must absorb it, hahaha so ridiculous, im not 5 years old and I can't be sold into believing that my body absorbed it in 6 weeks. The product they use is a joke, I found out later it's literally the least effective product you can use, almost $400 later I'm so angry for giving them a second chance. I will never walk into these stores again, they are over priced and never take blame for anything. I will not be recommending them to anyone, save your money, I can gurantee better results at other clinics and that's a fact. Two stars is because they are clean, that's it, the girls that work in these stores act like they are better then you, I literally haven't been treated like a client once. They treat you like someone that is coming in for a quick bikini wax. So dissapointed in this company, words can't explain.

Had an appalling experience this afternoon with staff member I believe named Chloe. I have been a long term loyal customer to this clinic but I was 4 minutes late for my appointment which has NEVER happened before and she refused to give me my treatment. When I asked why as the treatment didn’t even take long, she lied and said they shut at 5pm, when they shut at 5:30pm so she could have squeezed me in? If she was polite and apologetic I would have been accepting, but from the get go she was rude, no greeting or anything. The amount of times I’ve been kept waiting minimum 10 minutes for my appointments, happily rescheduling last minute when your laser machines are broken and I never complained. I understand the need to not rush treatments, but 4 minutes late…seriously? I hate that because I have a pre paid package I have to return, but once this package is done I will not be returning.

When I made the appointment I asked whether they could remove 3 miliae I have in my face. They confirmed that they do this but it would cost extra for extraction. So I booked a microdermabrasion plus extraction. I was charged $ 29.00 for the extraction but nothing was extracted, the miliae are still there. The only reason I went to this clinic was to have miliae removed. Not happy!

Such a scam, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on laser with very little improvement or difference, these guys sold me a “package“ but every time I go in they claim I have too much fake tan on even though I’ve done everything they’ve told me to get it off. Don’t sell your overpriced packages for laser that doesn’t work to people that it’s not suitable for. WASTE OF MONEY

Amber would have to be the most adorable people to ever do my laser. Not only was she passionate about her job, but she genuinely loved what she did and clearly wants to make her customers happy. She also followed up my appointment the following day to make sure I was okay.

I've been coming to this clinic for laser hair removal for almost a year now and have had excellent service and excellent results. Laser can be a bit awkward sometimes, but Laura is an absolute professional and always makes my appointments so comfortable, quick and stress free! I know I'm in good hands with her.

My experience has always been more than I expected. I have been visiting Paula for my skin injectables for awhile now and have always had a very positive experience. Went in for the same treatment I’ve been getting for years and was advised that I needed to buy a new package, which I was more than happy to pay for but for some reason the girl serving me did not understand that I was just requesting the same package that I’ve always had and spoke to me in the most patronizing way possible and kept abruptly repeating herself. Then she told me to “be nice” when I called her out on her unprofessional behavior. I refuse to be spoken to that way so I started getting dressed without even getting my treatment. She watched me put my underwear on and get dressed, which was weird… Would not recommend.

Can’t recommend enough! Currently on my 2nd laser treatment and feeling hairless already! Laura is super efficient & made me feel comfortable from the first time I stepped into the Pac Fair clinic. Loving it & look forward to my next visit! x

Only person I trust is Nurse Paula! Can’t recommend enough to be honest. I feel comfortable and well looked after. I love that paula is completely honest with you and I have walked out every time 100% happy! highly recommended!!

I came in last week to enquire about a few treatments and i was served by the beautiful Alannah. she was amazing. such great customer service and was so natural with it - didn’t make me feel like she was pushing the sale on me. she has definitely made me want to come back.

I went to put on lipstick, and that day I left happy, but two weeks have passed and I have gone to the check-up and there is no difference from how I had them before. It is an expensive site and they have not given me any solution, also they did not give me the total amount of the product I paid for and now they do not want to give me the rest. I don't recommend it at all

I’ve had 6 sessions with Australian skin clinic for laser hair removal. I have dark and thick hair. The results have been amazing and the hair barely grows back and is so much thinner and sparse. I also no longer get ingrown hairs on my bikini line, it has honestly been a game changer! I started to see a difference after 1 session. It is also soo much less painful than waxing! The staff are always very professional. Would definitely recommend them.

Laura has done a wonderful job over the past 8months doing my beard sculpting, neck, stomach, and braz for over 9 sessions; I couldn’t be happier with my results! The staff are highly organised and provide reminders regarding appointments and can alter if you provide prompt timing. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Incredibly, the clinic made me lose my appointment because I called to reschedule the same day even if I provided the manager with valid reasons; I moved to Sunshine Coast on Wednesday, so I have been busy, and I forgot to call before. As a customer, the only thing I expect is support from the clinic when needed. As a human, we can forget things sometimes, more when you did not receive the text mgs about the upcoming appointment that the clinic always sends. I'm not blaming the clinic for my poor memory. Still, it is not a valid reason that the stylist is losing her time today due to my cancellation, considering that my appointment takes less than 10 minutes. Sometimes getting the customer's back is good, more if you call yourself a Manager.

Never book your appointment at this clinic. I booked my 35mins appointment on Saturday afternoon for next day at 11. I woke up not feeling well so I called a clinic for reschedule or cancellation first thing in the morning. . Staff was extremly rude said will let you know after speaking to my manager. Did not called me back leading up to my appointment. So I called back to follow up and they said they will not refund my $100 or offer me reschedule or any flexibility. $100 is too much for me fork out and I was planning this treatment after saving for weeks. And all they have to is offer me flexibility for the situation that is outside my control. Not helpful at all and very disrespectful.

I had laser with a different business where it was a horrific experience. I came across to Australian Skin Clinic Pacific Fair. I was so nervous about going again but after having my consult with Grace she put me right at ease. Grace talked me through the whole process and was so accommodating during my appointments. Not only was Grace professional but also so kind and friendly. I have found my favourite technician and will never go anywhere else again. I booked for Upper lip and under arm. I came late only 5 mins then they said because of, i had came late 5 mins so they do only under arm and upper lips they won’t do. Disappointed only 3 minutes for under arm and 3 mins for upper lip. But they didn’t do that. And the results are bad

I have had my lips and frown lines treated here a number of times and every time I come in, the team are so welcoming and the treatments have lasted so well. When getting my lips done, the nurse explained everything so thoroughly and I'm so happy with the natural look she gave me, which is exactly what I wanted. I have also been getting my laser hair removal and it is so quick and effective that I don't have to worry about straggly hairs this summer!

I have done 10 sessions of laser hair removal (full legs + bikini + Brazilian) but after 5 weeks without doing it seems like I didn't do anything . 👎

Would highly recommend this team! Have had great interactions with all staff members, they are clearly trained very well by the company which is so comforting when trying new procedures!
