Great range and price. Salesman wasn't pushy and let us have a good look around. Quality of equipment was very high. We bought a gym that will give us all round fitness and the price was way better than I expected and they were willing to give discount on equipment the more we got.

Went in to the Biggera Waters store and a fella named Tim acknowledged me straight away, let me know if I needed anything to just let him know but left me to just browse without any pressure. When I did approach him he had great customer service and looked after me in re: to price, delivery, assembly the works! Great experience all round! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now 👍🏻

Southside fitness was great and extremely helpful after I messaged them to help me to get a spin bike. The process was very easy and delivery came earlier than I expected and with reasonable freight cost. I strongly recommend doing business with Southside Fitness.

I bought a standard size barbell from here today, amazing service the man who served me was quick and helpful with no unnecessary up selling. When I eventually get the money for more equipment I will be back for a squat rack. Prices are great and not crazy for a bit of steel like other places.

The customer Service from Southside Fitness has been extremely good! I phoned to purchase a new recumbent bike which I also needed installed and delivered to the Gold Coast. The price was very reasonable and initially it was expected to be delivered within the next 3 - 4 days which I was happy with. However, five minutes later I got a call back from them saying they could install and deliver it to me within about 1 hour!! This was way beyond my expectation and the two guys who delivered it were friendly and very helpful. They also took my old broken bike away. I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent customer service I received from Southside Fitness. You guys are just simply Awesome!!
