Great customer service and product prices are some of the best around. Friendly atmosphere and definitely would recommend this store!

Regular customer to Robina pet stock, Andrew and Hayden and the younger staff are absolutely amazing. The last few times a lady staff member in store has been extremely rude to me and again today. I will not be returning to robina store in future. Very disappointed as I work in customer service and would never ignore and be so rude to a customer the way she does myself every time I enter the store.

I decided to try the dog grooming service at Petstock for my dachshund. It took over a week for an appointment date, but DEFINITELY worth the wait. Ash did a wonderful job with Oskar's grooming. He did everything I asked and the cut looked perfect. Thank you Ash, we will definitely be recommending you to all our friends.

Nice, friendly staff. Great selection of fresh/raw food for dogs in the freezer section which I regularly buy there. I always feel welcome when I walk in with my dog, the atmosphere is very positive in the store.

We took our little kitten here for a vaccine and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Teagan is really lovely and very informative. The lady from the vet register and staff from the pet shop (Molly) were all nice. Highly recommended.

Such a waste of money considering their proximity to pet barn and other retailers. It should just be called pet pharmacy and not bother with toys because it's all so seriously marked up. Honestly people who shop here aren't worried about money or haven't looked elsewhere yet.

I always get my pet food with petstock. Sometimes order online. Then other times I drive to Robina, for which I ring first. The service is great and the staff are friendly.

DO NOT take your dogs here for grooming. They are so cruel to animals. I am assuming they are so desperate for staff as they have staff who have zero experience handling dogs. Brought our 2 golden retriever dogs here. Friendliest goldens who get groomed once a month and deshed but took them here as our regular groomer was completely booked out and we were heading overseas so were desperate. One of our dogs gets anxious with the blow dryer but the lady did nothing to help calm him down and so they locked him up in a tiny cage and watched him bark and bark and get so destressed. To the point it made our other pup so distressed they couldn’t even bath him, and he is a pup who LOVES a bath and blow dry. I asked 3 times for them to please let him out of the cage over the phone and in a txt message, because he is so distressed but they wouldn’t. No other dogs besides them were there, but they said it was company policy to lock them up. My dogs are so traumatised. To make it worse one pup came home with blood on his paw as he was scratching so hard at the metal cage. Never again will I ever step foot in this store!

I took my darling Guinea pig in as she had a fall and her back legs were limp. I was told it looks like a spinal injury and there was nothing they can do for her. The young lady told me that they can do an x-ray to find out for certain what the problem is but it would be $270 (obviously I paid) She came back with no x-ray examination to show me what has happened or where her spine injury was. She basically pointed to where she was injured but I wasn’t able to see the x-ray. So she told me “yes she has a spinal injury and the best thing to do would be to put her down”. I took my Guinea pig home as I did not believe she needed to be put down. I was given medication for her and almost 3 months later she is doing well. She’s using her legs (not fully) but she’s doing very well. I am happy I did not listen to the Vet and go ahead with putting her down. Definitely will not be back.

The male staff member who helped me fit my dog with a jumper was so lovely. He was gentle to my skitty dog and won her trust. Also very helpful

this is a review of the vets at petstock robina - my dog was looked after over a period of a couple of weeks by Dr Tegan, Casey and Jude after a substantial injury due to a dog attack I cannot say thank you enough and highly recommend them to any pet owners that want their pet to receive incredible care and attention. Thank you all again.

staff at register were lovely! wouldn’t not recommend getting your dog cut there tho, dog came out with scabs and a gash on his neck after! my dog is still traumatised and shaking. Will not be back! also told us it would only take and hour and a half and 3 hours later still wasn’t finished

Never take your dog for a grooming in this shop. I made a reservation for full grooming for my dog, I gave all the necessary information about him and his behaviour that he doesn't like a brush, and even so the attendant assured me that the dog would be ready in two hours. I programmed myself around this booking so I would have time to do things and after go to work, but when I got there, the grooming attendant gave me completely different information and said that she couldn't guarantee that She would finish him on time. In short, they didn't do the grooming, I canceled my appointments and wasted my time going there for nothing. The first attendant gave me wrong information because she want to sell products and also get clients do be members of the shop. I will never go back there again and I hope they cancel my membership as well.

Staff are all very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The few times a staff member has not known the answer to a question they have called one of their colleagues who did know. They also have a large range of products so you can be almost guaranteed of finding what you need. I dropped a star as they do seem rather pricey. But if you are the sort of person who likes to see and feel what they are buying, rather than buying online, or just don't have time to shop around, then they really aren't anymore expensive than any other premium pet store. It's also a great outing for my dog as she gets attention from staff, other customers and if she is lucky, other dogs visiting the store.

They don't sell mystery snails and their fish stock is quite pricey

Friendly staff, good range of stock. And good prices on the dog grooming. The dog grooming itself is of a very high standard. Praises all round.

Our favourite place to shop for our babies :)

Came here to look at ornaments for our Betta fish . We soon asked for assistance as we were wanting to put our Betta fish in a bigger tank. The lady was very helpful and informed us these were items we were needing . I took a photo of the items as I was unsure what the liters of our tank was and once I found out I was able to come back here and purchase them. This is also helpful for when we want to add other smaller fishes to the tank . It can be very costly for one little fish but if it makes him blow more bubbles then we happy to cater for him.
