Awesome service every time we go in. The fur baby's always look amazing after being groomed at the groomers. And the online delivery same day on orders before 4pm is crazy fast. We ordered just after 3pm and it was at our door at quarter past 4

Staff are always super friendly and go out of their way to help you. Great selection of pet supplies, shelves are always stocked up. Went in recently to buy some new dog beds and Jack was amazing!

Not happy. Would ruther go somewhere else!! Came in to get dog food and give my dog a bath and all I did was get judged by what brand of food I bought. I told them my dog wouldn’t eat royal canin as she would go days without eating it, tried mixing it but would eat around it and I got judge and said I was pretty much feeding my dog Big Macs and I should change food!! If it was that bad for them why sell the brand that a bought??!! My dog is well looked after and not over weight or sick or anything! Been going there since puppy school but now going somewhere else, not happy

Craig is such a genuine friendly person. I got locked out of my car and he noticed me standing in the sun. He bought be out a chair while I waited! His customer service is amazing!

Always lovely professional honest service. Received a call yesterday from Petbarn to say there was a vacancy for a groom The young lady who rang was absolutely lovely on the ph ( unfortunately we were busy out at a Xmas party) So bubbly and lively It’s beautiful to know there’s lovely people who truly love there job and what they do This was very prominent from the ph call Also from other visits we have had there Thank you

Can't say I'm that impressed, had our dog for nearly 4 hours. The hair cut was bodgy, not consistent. Supposedly, had full groom, but to me looks like he had a quick clipper and a spray with something smelly. In the groomers defence, she was down a worker, but still....... If you can't give me the service I've asked for don't make out you have and charge me for it..... People aren't stupid.

Big shout out to the awesome staff. I was lost as to what I was looking for. I have a very agitated Am staff who has very dry skin. Scratch scratch etc. The friendly staff gave me some awesome cream/spray and he is now so happy. Thank you so much again. It saved me a trip to the vet as I really didn't know something so easy as a beautiful moisturising cream could help him so much. Well done team

Just picked our boy up from getting groomed. I was hesitant taking him back after our last experience with a rude lady that served us only to be told she was the manager, but all I can say is today was a pleasure. Thank you so much to Mikayla and Dee for making our visit today a pleasure, you both made us feel so welcome and showed so much love towards our beautiful boy. It makes a big difference when you have amazing customer service, see you next time!

I am happy about manager .but other staff so rude . Blaming , using very bad words to customers his name was Wese something like that .I was talking to manager quietly others giggling and then Wese involved himself to attack me verbally loudly with 0 communication so rude and the groomer not professional and so rude when I asked please trim one more time as manager told me bring your dog she refused to do that then she said she s busy till 2 weeks screamed to me go out twice .

We took my dog Loki in for grooming and Mikayla had the best customer service and was super friendly. She was very efficient and had him washed pretty fast! I would 100% recommend seeing her and will be bringing Loki back again!

Would 100% recommend this store for there groomers! We had such a great experience with the girls in there, in particular with a groomer named Mikayla. Will definitely be back to see her!

Our dog doesn’t usually like being groomed as she gets very anxious. Mikayla was amazing with her and is a fantastic groomer.

The last photo in the car is what we usually get from the Coomera pet barn groomers. We asked for the usual cut and clean and got this choppy short buzz back. His ears cut and his tail bald. Blood gashes across his tail and body. Called and asked for an explanation and all we got is that “Sky” is a new groomer since the rest have quit. Very rude lady and her groom matches her customer service…never coming back.

Can’t recommend. Booked my dog Luna in for a groom 3 times, each time with confirmation and all just to get cancellation message each time (not even a call). First time they rearranged for another day because I wanted her to look good for some photos we got taken, but they even canceled that one after making that new appointment and knowing that I needed it. Obviously there is a reason this is the only Petbarn in my area that has last minute grooming appointments in their website and isn’t fully booked for weeks. Quite disappointing. Won’t try again!

We have a very old jack Russell X who required her nails clipped. Usually very stressful situation with a lot of biting growling a muzzle. The girls cut her nails with no traumatic scene. No muzzle. Highly recommended especially for our little old lady that needs no stress in her life. Thanks girls you guys were amazing today ❤️ Edit. The next day our baby started coughing. She had her nails done at the salon and a bath in the dog wash. The coughing was so bad we had to take her to the vet. $160 later she has kennel cough at nearly 15 years of age. She hasn’t been anywhere in months but needed her nails cut. The only place she could have caught it from is this pet barn. Never again!

Just want to say a huge thankyou to Belinda and the team they were super friendly and helpful with our exchange we will definitely be back and recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good local pet shop.

The males that work here on the weekend are amazing! Guy that helped me (sorry I forgot his name) was super knowledgeable about fish and was more than happy to give advice and information. He was super friendly and happy! Absolutely amazing. Can’t say the same for some of the female staff though.

Omg the staff are very friendly and very helpful with lots of products to choose from at a very good price I absolutely love Petbarn upper coomera with lots of parking and it helps when the service is warm and friendly.

Would never go back to the grooming service. My cavoodle was completely shaved when I asked for a styled cut. He broke out in rashes and I had to re wash him go stop him scratching.

Great store, very friendly and helpful staff. Right next to greencross vet which is a great location. Just make sure you price match all their products with online stores since they are way over priced and will save you heaps.

I absolutely Love pet barn upper coomera I just want to know why I can’t see live fish prices on the pet barn website anymore. I used to like in 2020 and now it just says “Find a store” the staff are lovely and i really like how you can adopt the cats and fish and other small animals from their store, Also the dog grooming service is amazing and the staff are always willing to help out. Could i please know all the prices of betta or Goldfish if you have the time please. I’m hoping to buy either a hermit crab or a fish from here. preferably a hermit crab!!! Love, Bonnie Stott

We've purchased from this store about every 2 to 3 months. The staff have always been helpful whether we just wanted to bath our dog or purchase food or collars. We haven't used the grooming service as we have a beagle. The indoor DIY bathing area is excellent. Lots of room, always clean when we've been. Regardless of the weather being inside makes bathing simple. Of course we can make other purchase while there. Centre parking area is large and never had a problem finding a park.
