So great when I visited Beenleigh Petbarn. They encourage customers to bring their dogs in and I do. My dog Harry had met the first Maltese Shih-Tsu - his breed. He was ecstatic it was a female. We all had fun watching their meeting. Great friendly service at the counter. Must take Harry again soon for a new warm coat for this winter.

Normally amazing! Treats my dog very good however the last time we came, I got a little bit of bad vibes from the store assistant when trying to put in my price match, very upsetting as I normally have no issues. The other girls are lovely, and always willing to help

Very happy with my puppy's 1st experience at the salon. He looked very content when i picked him up. I always purchase my animals food from here as well and there is never a problem to help if I can't get what I'm after.

The stupid staff, gave me male fish and female and told me a bunch of lies to make a sale. I told them I didn't want to breed at all. They told me if I got an even amount of male and female on my third visit, that the fish wouldn't breed. I had to rehome my males. Don't go here for fish. They said they had a power outage and fish died. Not all the staff know what they are doing with fish at all

Would give a zero if i could solely based on the zero care factor of the staff when questioned about the Kangaroo on sale in pet food. Ridiculous amount of Kangaroo products for sale as dog food! Shame on Pet Barn for supporting the mass extinction of Australia's National Emblem

I want to give a five star review for Pet barn fantastic place to bath the dog and plenty of quality products , but the real reason for me writing this review is I want to give 10 stars to Ashleigh she is absolutely amazing and the reason I continue to shop there/ bath my dog , she really goes above and beyond, getting to know her customers and especially my dog ( past and present ) she always greets them with a treat with her outgoing wonderful personality and is an absolute joy to have a conversation with . This employee is worth her weight in gold! Petbarn is extremely lucky to have an employee like Ashleigh actually any business would be thrilled to have such a fantastic employee! Thanks Ashleigh

Beenleigh Petbarn is always well stocked, clean and tidy and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Friendly grooming staff but it was so unbelievably hot in the grooming groom I wouldn’t even consider leaving my dog there, all of the dogs were panting. The door was left open for all the dogs to escape - wouldn’t recommend

Why is it everything I come in Ash the supervisor is always so rude and disrespectful. Not only to me but to also other customers. I even overheard her tell another staff member to follow someone around the store because they looked "suspicious". The suspicious person was a woman of colour who is a very respected elder. If Petbarn is having racist supervisors I definitely won't be back ever.

Store feels extremely dark and heavy, really depressing feeling inside. Would explain why the staff where so miserable. It's Petbarn so the products are the same at all. But the customer experience at this store is extremely lacking.

Wonderful happy service. Parking is a dream. Used the grooming service. Organised and a great job. Pet barn make sure you pay your groomers top dollar as they truly are such a great example of your business

This is based on my most recent visit. I have been a customer at the nerang store since I was a child and know the owner quite well. I have been shopping at Beenleigh for the last few yrs. Today I went in there to purchase a fishtank heater. I felt uncomfortable the moment I started shopping. One staff member couldn't take her eyes off me while I was looking at the heaters. Once I found what I wanted I then looked around the store at a few other things that interest me. Then realising the person in charge was following me. I was made to feel like a wanted criminal. Very disappointing. This might be the last time I shop there.

Very poor service and the staff where too busy chatting amongst themselves to attend to customers. Even had one staff member jump the que to check out their own personal purchase as they where leaving. Would not recommend, and the fact that they abuse homeless people for looking for pet food that's thrown away. It's disgusting, they throw away so much pet food everyday and still abuse homeless people for taking it from the bin.

It's ok, pokey car parking on a steep slope makes navigating trolley to car difficult. Limited stock in store. But friendly staff willing to assist.

THE SALON: Cannot recommend highly enough!! I had my dog Rae groomed by Taylor yesterday at this store & I am beyond happy!! She’s 1.5 years old & this is by far the best groom she’s had. Taylor did everything I asked for & most importantly to me, Rae was happy when I picked her up. Unfortunately after trips to new groomers in the past, she has been unusually quiet (not a good sign as very unlike her). I will 100% be back, Rae has never smelt or looked so good & you can tell that as a groomer she has a genuine love of animals.

I went shopping here for my family’s new puppy that we drove a few hours for to pick up. Let me just say- the lady who served me was absolutely wonderful. From food to bedding and the appropriate treats and toys for my new little boy- even tips to help his car sickness for the ride home. she was knowledgeable and friendly and did not pressure me into the high price points. I wish I lived in the area so I could go there again She was happy to answer my questions and I even learned a lot. She even waited for me to learn how to use afterpay. 12/10 for service, unfortunately I don’t remember her name but if you ever need help with your puppy the American girl has got you covered.

Please explain why I have to disclose a vet certificate stating dietary requirements for my pet, in order to buy medicated pet food? I'm not spending $100/bag on cat biscuits because its fun!! What an absurd policy. But that's fine. Your ludicrous policy forced me to shop elsewhere where I found that I can get a lot of stuff much cheaper. Your loss.

Massive store something for every kind of animal. The staff are very well trained and all to happy to answer any concerns or questions you may have about your beloved pet's. Must pop in and have a browse.

Went there for fish and they had nothing, just empty tanks. A staff member told me he didn't even think they will get any in. The store felt dark and messy and the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. Waist of time even pulling in the drive way!

Thanks to Ashleigh for her customer service and helpful nature. Product knowledge was great and she double checked stock to make sure I could get everything I needed. Definitely made shopping here a great experience!

Quite a good store for all you pet needs. They even have layers mash for my chickens. Its nice to know that they match prices to online pet stores which is handy to know. So if you know what you want before you go show them the price on your phone and they will match it in store provided it is over their cost price.

I have always found the staff at Beenleigh Petbarn to be friendly and very helpful. They take time to listen to what you require, offer suggestions that you may not have thought of and always appear interested in your pets.

Asked a question got shut down and told to go to vet .. couldn’t even make eye contact . I thought staff were able to answer questions about general pet health and appropriate food . Will stick to loganholme pet barn as always happy to Help

Friendly staff who are more than willing to help with anything you may need. The store has a great range of pretty much everything and anything pet related.

Rang first to see if they had the Hills Science t/d kibble for cats. Told yes so I said I'd be down there. When I got there I was asked for a letter from my vet. Why didn't they tell me that on the phone? Can understand it for some of the dietary food but dental?? Ridiculous! Please advise people if they need to jump through hoops before coming to you.

Beenleigh pet barn was a great experience and the staff where amazing. I saved alot of money and got exactly what I needed. The staff matched my prices so it was easy to do all my shopping for my puppy in one place. Definitely my go to place for my pet needs, I highly recommend pet barn at beenleigh!.

Kai is a nutrition gem. She’s helped me so much for my sensitive staffy, and my friend with her frenchie. Both our pets now have kibble that agree with them and improved their skin. I actually know what things on the packet label mean now

I love this store, the staff are amazing. and whenever I go into the store, they are always happy to see you and greet you as soon as you walk in, they have always been help with anything you need, whether it be information on a product, or to help you find something. I love and rely on the same day delivery service and it always arrives well within the 2hr window. I couldn't be happier with the Beenleigh store and the service I've always received Cheers Mandi 😁
