Sad to say this is the worst groom I’ve ever had for my little boy. I shop here for his food so thought I’d change over for his grooming but won’t be bringing him back. The most uneven clip ever, chunks missing, his ears look like a child has hacked at them and definitely not a teddy bear face style. Not happy at all.

Petbarn Treetops. This is my review of the current staff 21 feb 23 in store. They do not know what they sell. I asked a staff me.ber for petlax as recommended by my vet. She had no idea, the stare manager was asked. He had lots to say, and did not listen. I advise 3 times its for my cat, because I had my dog with me, they both continued to it won't work on dogs. Its not for my dog, I want it for my cat. Spend 20 min running in circles to get this product, it was terrible. The grooming team are 5 star amazing.

Lady who groomed by dog was agressive, I asked her to fix a few minor changes and she didnt. I had to ask the store manager to go in and ask her! The quality of the groom was terrible! Not worth the money!

I’ve been to other pet barns and the staff are always welcoming, friendly.. but this one I can’t say the same. Took my dog for grooming and I got there 14 min late.. it happened before at another pet barn and they took my dog anyway. On this one she said they would only take her if it was max 5min late. Which is sad because I have really busy days and had to stop everything to take my dog there, then hear this.. I just don’t understand how this 9min changed anything for them. Now I have to wait weeks for another appointment. I won’t be coming back here ever again

The staff member on today put extra effort into service and caring for animals. So thankful he understood what i needed :)

Awful experience with the dog grooming and even worse experience with the customer service, particularly from a girl named Summer. She seemed inexperienced and very unprofessional. Picked up my dog from groomers with an unfinished job and I was unsatisfied with the service not being complete. Summer was very unprofessional by laughing and eye-rolling when discussing this issue. The lady Danika, who actually did my dogs groom seemed really nice and professional. I just was not 100% satisfied and happy with the grooming service being incomplete. Have never had these issues before and they also said they couldn’t finish clipping my dogs nails as she may have ‘a heart attack’ had they kept going. Took her to the vet straight away and even the vet said it took them less than 2 mins and she was very well-behaved. The look on the vets face when explaining this too was priceless. Some staff may need to brush up on their skills. Would never recommend this Pet barn grooming to anyone.

Great service and lots of quality products to choose from. Love return policy since my pet can react to different foods.

I don’t as always so happy going there went there the other day girls were so rude usually totally different def be getting the Bunnings food now and wash somewhere else

Burleigh Waters is a lovely Petbarn store, we bought our rescue kitten here. The staff are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. They are always very welcoming of our 60 kg dog too. It's a bit pricey, but then caring for pets is.

Good large Pet Store. Staff are always welcoming and very helpful. We really like this store & will definitely be back. Parking out front is a bonus.

Friendly service, though a little on the expensive side for not even a full clip. Also she was clipped unnecessarily short in places, leaving a couple of blatant patches which stood out.

After our fur baby had a rash that was driving him crazy we got help from the lovely staff at pet barn who recommended a change of diet along with a shampoo and he is finally on the mend. Highly recommended pet barn

We had our Border Collie Indee groomed here, they did a great job at a very reasonable price. She even got a bow on her head.

Due to covid restrictions shopping was a little different you couldn't go in the shop but the ladys came out to you which was fine ,the service is great and lovely friendly lady's

We had just picked up our 8 week old amstaff called Daisy and we had no clue what to get. The assistant manager Rhiannon was so polite, calm and helpful. She has done nutrition training so she knows what’s best for our puppy and she gave us great advice. She is amazing with people and dogs. Highly recommend this pet barn.
