I walk into the store, get told that the 150$ pair of sunnies I want to purchase are 20% off to then get told they aren't 20% off at the counter. I then get told a 5 minute info session on the process of returning them or the warranty process which made me think was their a problem with the sunnies or did I look like some potential trouble customer. I then get told yes there is no 20% discount, come back tommorow after signing up online to maybe have the disacount but in the meantime they won't put the 150$ pair of sunnies on hold. They literally ticked every box in the handbook of how to turn a customer away. If their is an award on retail incompetance, they are winning.

Terrible management, Rhiannon is such a rude mole. She thinks its acceptable to harass former staff and threaten them that's shes going to go to their new work and tell them they are not reliable when that's not true. You need to watch what you say as that can be taken further and seen as defamation of character... not happy at all. Terrible look on the company as we all work in the same center and we will not recommend city beach to anyone.

If i could put a 0 star I would. There is one helpful worker in the whole store. Every worker acts like they have nothing better to do than stand there. Its sad that they are getting paid for nothing. And no matter what you do they will make you feel unwelcome and make you feel like you did something wrong.

You need to increase your shorts, board shorts, boardwalk short small sizes. We the mothers of tall teenagers need to be able to dress our sons. You need more size 28inch. I came in today and could not buy my son any shorts. There are alot of tall slim waisted boys please think about them when you next order.

We went to this store on August 19th. The service was atrocious... The poor girl at the checkout did try to help up but she had people keep going to the register so understandably she has to leave us... but there was a male employee who was literally just walking around the store tidying things (trying to look busy) I made eye contact with him multiple times while waiting for the lady... and he just ignored me. He walked past us and I said to my husband "it would be nice to get some help" He literally ignored us. We stood around for 20mins... so it wasn't like he didn't realise we needed help. Not once did he even ask if we wanted help. We ended up walking out and purchased from another store what we needed. Very sad as this lad cost the business a large sale as we were looking for multiple things.

Why would anyone shop here?? Apparently it’s “against policy” to allow even small handbags into change rooms. You’re meant to leave them with the shop assistant outside the change room to watch for you / & they then wander away whilst you’re in the change room & your bag is unattended! What other retail shops seriously have this policy? We certainly won’t be shopping there ever again!

Had wonderful service the other day with a big exchange I did in store. Two female managers (one with red hair and one with brown hair) helped me find the correct sizes and replacements for all my items. Lovely to see that sale assistants still care about making the customer happy 😃

Went to City Beach Robina today, not busy at all however customer service was awful had to wait in line for far too long .. line was beginning to build up due to the young girl at the register taking her time. I work in retail so I completely understand that things can get busy or there could be technical problems, but today there were barely any customers and no technical issues. Should be a clear indication that when the line builds up whilst the store is not busy at all that you are working far too slow. A young girl named Jamie most definitely could’ve helped out whilst the line was building up but chose not to. Extremely poor service that could’ve been avoided.

Received really good service from a young female manager at this store on Saturday. She suggested great gifts for family/friends.

Today I was shopping for a pair of slippers or thongs in the shops in Robina Town centre. Finally, I went to the City Beach Australia shop located within the Robina Town Centre. One of the staff member named Nicky came to assist me as my size was not available in most of the shops including this shop. But Nicky took the trouble to go through several pairs and in the end discovered a pair hiding and I was elated. I am impressed at the level of service mindedness and the genuine interest in helping a customer is beyond my expectation. Hats off to Nicky and the City Beach Robina branch. Well done guys

Arrived in the store and greeted by Emmah, she had great energy and was happy to help with anything I needed a hand with. Amazing customer service definitely will be back soon!!!

Very bad customer service today from the young female manager who refused to give her name. My daughter bought some sandals 2 months ago, has only worn them 4 or 5 times and the lining is already peeling away and damaged. We have a receipt but they refused to exchange. We will be taking this up with head office

Customer service was absolutely horrendous. took the staff 15 minutes for someone to ask if i needed help i asked a question they said they weren’t sure and that was the end of it. no one returned to try help me nothing, will definitely not be returning

Find it very hard just to pay for what you're buying. No one seems to care.

Waited for 10 minutes to be helped in the shoe department and then took a further 5 minutes to find someone to help me and there was no one to be found. It was a busy Saturday morning too. So I started pulling boxes out and trying shoes on and the shoes weren’t very comfortable. They’ve limited their range down to a couple of Vans, some Globe and heaps of these cheap uncomfortable brand that I didn’t know and can’t remember. Wouldn’t recommend or re-visit.

As a mature aged woman at 54 I found the male staff member at the Robina, Qld store who helped me on the evening of 24/3/2022 to be one of the best sales assistants I have ever had. Friendly, professional, helpful with suggestions, listened to my needs and happy to go that extra distance. The store was clean, tidy and organised. Thank you for a positive shopping experience.
