Recent changes to parking have caught a lot of genuine regular customers off-guard and instead of allowing a grace period with warning & education notices, fines were issued at first ‘offence’. This way too heavy-handed approach shows the Centre Management plus their parking management contractor being totally out of touch with sensible customer service. Mind you, we unsuccessfully appealed our 'fine' to the Smart Compliance Management (parking) plus contacted the Centre Management (Arkadia) multiple times. Arkadia told us that they received many complaints and will get matters sorted... we are still waiting while the clock ticks down towards the due date of the fine. EDIT: Our 'fine' has finally been waived. Took way too long as well as required way too much time & effort on our behalf!

Slightly more upmarket shopping centre benefitting from a more thoughtful design. Good mix of retailers and the food outlets are exceptional. Interesting point is that there are a large # of customers with well-behaved family dogs on leads or occasionally in former strollers and the like. Stahh at the outlets we visited had good customer service standards.

With my local doctor located here I enjoy my shopping time when I visit. I can browse the many stores here - TKMax, Baby Bunting, great Op Shop to name a few. Plus Dept of Transport here also and a great cafe.

Staff went beyond help to satisfy my requirements. First class knowledge too.

Convenient parking.. Tkmax, BCF, Harvey Norman, Dan Murphy's and Toyworld - what more could a grown man want in a shopping center!

Lots of 'Big Box' retailers in the one location. Conveniently located close to the Stockland Burleigh shopping centre (shared car park).

Seems like a great spot to go if you have kids. There is a Baby bunting and a huge Toy world. I mean huge. Maybe don't bring your kids unless you have all day. The car park needs a bit of love but seems like a nice place.

Always a pleasure to come here! In particular ambarella fine foods brings me here, they have such a great healthy selection of grab & go items in the cafe cabinet! I also enjoy visiting the vinnies op shop & tkmaxx for some bargains!

Absolutely rediculous parking rules with lack of signage being enforced by a shonky fake parking company. I wish I could give zero stars!

I don't go here often and each time I go there is very limited access to carparks. I don't feel there are enough parks available for the amount of businesses. Took over 8 minutes to find one.

Have waisted many hours of my life stuck in the line of trucks trying to access loading docks around the back. It is the worse place to deliver too in the entire gold coast and therefore I refuse to every spend 1 cent here.. It's at the stage now where I will not deliver to this place any.ire and will just return their goods

A great lot of shops, especially BCF, Mr Toys & Harvey Norman. The carpark needs another exit urgently.

I got a parking breach notice for $122.00 from Smart Compliance Management! I I don’t understand it? I am a law a binding citizen! I am in a wheelchair! I’ve got No idea what this fine is about? I spent $1000’s Of dollars at the centre! But because I’m Wheelchair bound, everything is taking more time then Normal people! Didn’t even know there was a timer for parking! Will never shop there again, and rather go enjoy my day at Robina Centre or Pacific fair . Very disappointed.

Good variety of stores for a smaller centre & a Dan Murphys next door is handy. The Deli has a huge selection of products & is a great place for coffee & eats. I can certainly recommend a stop here, we will definitely visit again.

Great shopping area with an excellent collection shops and major stores.

Need accessible toilet facilities at either end of the centre as well as the current one in a shop. Thank goodness this particular shop allows the general public to use their facilities

Plenty of parking, conveniently located on Bermuda Street so it's easy to get too from anywhere and lots of good shopping options and services inc Ambarella fine foods (fabulous deli), TK Maxx, Baby Bunting, BCF, Harvey Norman, Dan Murphy's, a Queensland Transport centre, Vinnies op shop, Sideways Surf outlet, pharmacists and more. This is an ok shopping location. It has all the shops you would need, nice place to get a present if you don’t feel Like going to a big shop as it has harvey Norman and toy world, there is also a really nice shop/cafe/restaurant there with really nice food and beverages.

I always find this a strange collection of shops which don't really have anything to do with each other. Having said that, I do seem to end up here now and again. It's the sort of place you go to visit for a single store, then wander up and down just to have a look but not actually going into any other shops. The deli/speciality food shop in the middle of the strip is intersting, but speciality food does come with speciality pricing.
