husband
and
I
walked
past
LV
at
Pacific
Fair
and
I
was
curious
how
big
the
Graceful
MM
would
be
for
my
work
bag
but
I
wasn't
intending
to
buy
today.
We
dressed
so
casually
in
sandals
to
go
to
the
beach
after
shopping
so
it
wasn't
really
a
day
for
luxury.
We
were
welcome
in
by
Amber
Song,
she
was
so
sweet,
respectful
and
friendly
to
ask
us
to
take
a
seat
and
offered
us
drinks
to
get
us
comfortable.
I
live
in
Kangaroo
Point
so
Brisbane
city
LV
store
is
where
I
normally
go
and
as
far
as
Sydney
store
but
never
we
were
asked
to
sit
back
and
relax
first.
Oftenly
it
walk
in
purchase
and
go
(Thank
Gosh
my
legs
is
sore
walking
the
massive
shopping
center).
I
told
Amber
my
curiosity
in
some
bags
and
she
took
them
out
for
me
to
try
on,
she
was
so
kind
and
helped
me
adjust.
I
told
her
some
bags
is
ok
but
it
hard
to
tell
the
weight
I
carry
to
work
each
day
that
is
over
1kg
in
my
bag.
I'm
a
specialist,
my
wallet
and
accessories
along
with
important
client
paperwork
is
what
I
carry
everyday
with
me.
Amber
took
our
some
straps
and
she
suggested
emptying
the
stuff
in
my
bag
into
the
lv
to
get
the
right
idea.
She
was
extremely
helpful
with
every
little
details
and
asking
me
many
questions
for
her
understanding.
I
told
Amber
i
know
the
bag
im
looking
for
I
will
not
need
to
replace
every
6
months
and
the
quality
I
trust.
I
knew
the
perfect
bag
I
wanted
after
1
hour
in
the
store..
This
is
absolute
outstanding
customer
service
and
my
husband
knew
I
made
up
my
mind
today.
We
bought
the
bag
because
we
know
Amber
deserve
our
sale
and
we
are
happy
to
travel
over
1
hour
for
the
level
of
service
we
received.
