    Disappointed... purchased a new pair of sunglasses and when I went to wear them I noticed they had been used. The arms had embedded makeup on them and I could not remove it. I called customer service to ask my closest store to put a new pair aside and they said NO... they don't provide that service. A luxury product with poor service. Department stores offer better service.

    Just want to say how disappointed I am in this LV store. Waited nearly 30 minutes to spend almost $3,000 and in the end I walked out of the store empty handed. I expected so much better from a very high end store, I expected similar service like I receive in Sydney. I’ll fly to Sydney’s LV stores, amazing customer service and very friendly.

    Love shopping here. Always have a great experience even when we are just window shopping. They have a great selection of clothing and bags. It's a place to spoil that someone special. I love their fragrances. There is always a unique story behind every piece which I love. Great service which the staff aren't pushy at all and very accommodating. Thank you everyone at the Pacific Fair Store.

    Really disappointing service from one of my favourite brands. Sales assistant approached me and my partner and immediately asked what we wanted, wasn’t friendly or even mildly accommodating and didn’t know much about the product/offer any help or other options when the item I wanted wasn’t in stock. We were instantly turned off shopping here by the sub-par customer service at a store we would’ve happily spent time and money in.

    I want to know if you guys did repairs on your shoes or had someone that specialises in your brand. I especially want them looking the best they are because they were made by Virgil Abloh and don’t want someone to ruin them I rang your helpline. And was told that she did not know and I would have to go in store to ask. Because something get repairs and others don’t. Go to store the man did not know that the shoe was even Louis Vuitton. I asked him. He didn’t know. He went to ask someone they didn’t know

    Poor service and wouldn't stand behind their overpriced products. Hope other LV stores are better managed. Told my daughter she must be wearing the bracelet the wrong way! As ridiculous as it sounds that's what the Manager said. Just an update....tried discussing the above further with their online WhatsApp....6hrs later no response.

    My first visit to the store and was pleasantly surprised . The service for the whole experience was impeccable. There is a staff assigned to you throughout the store . Mine was friendly, helpful and patient. The store also had a designer who explained to me the personalised services available. They allow you to take photos but not videos (I asked). I just wished they served champagne given its festive seasons :) Will be back for sure . And lesson learnt, book ahead for an appointment so you dont have to wait in the line outside.

    Just want to say a BIG thank you to Ricca for making my ever first experience with Louis Vuitton so sweet and memorable. I got the classic beautiful speedy 25 that I always wanted and being served with refreshments while waiting the bag to be nicely wrapped and packed, 100% made the entire experience worth it. Ricca, you’re the best 😊 😊 Thank you so much for your professional service and beautiful smile !!!!!!!!!

    I went to the shop twice in the same day. The first time excellent service and we bought a bag. And a few minutes later I went back to the shop again. I saw a Chinese sales lady with short hair, I thought we both speak Chinese must be easier to communicate, but it is the worst experience ever, very poor customer service and never smile, she is unhappy to answer my questions at all. She ruined my holiday in Gold Coast.

    Absolutely Disgusting Customer Service from the Senior Staffs!! Went to LV to treat myself for my bday and I knew exactly what I was after!! The mean and rudest lady approached me and asked me if I had any appointments and I said no .. she said the you need to wait until someone is free to show you around - I was like I don’t need to see around as I knew exactly what I wanted which was a large bag and a large matching wallet! She said I still have to wait even though there was only one customer in the store and two of the staffs were trying to get them to buy something and don’t know what other staffs were doing as the store was empty!! A lady who was waiting before me took off being so disappointed as she was waiting for awhile before me and she was just after a wallet.. LV lost a sale there obviously 🙄 I ended up having a look at the LV products in the pop up booth right infront of LV store while I was waiting and I ended up with a lovely staff THAMISHA who was a very new staff at LV and I told her what I wanted and she went and got me the stuffs (My large LV Bag with the matching large wallet). THAMISHA got the sale and the woman with attitude ended up with the zero sale cause the customer she and her mate was serving ended up leaving the shop without buying anything! Should have seen the woman’s face when THAMISHA made her great sale for the day for just being kind and helpful!

    Poor advise from Sales coordinator for comment to our VST rebate. Without proper info and just provide wrong information, asking us to make the claim after immigration and don't need to present it directly to the custom officer but only recipe will be enough. After we have check in our bag to Airlines, we can't show it together for declare anymore, causing us to lose our rebate. Non professional services at all.

    Bought my first LV bag in Pac Fair for my birthday it was a treat from my husband Service was not up to standards for a luxury brand no follow up and very condescending sales rep. Just seemed like my money wasnt good enough there and they make you feel that way alot. Overall i should have just bought online would have made me feel a lot more excited about my purchase. Even after buying the bag no smile just a leave already and dont come back look. Very unappreciative of the sale.

    Was so looking forward to buying a bag from Louis Vuitton. Went into store and the first guy I encounter is texting on his phone and walks right past me. I go through the store and encounter another lady, she ignores me and walks past me three times! No one except the door man has acknowledged our presence! It is not busy just me and one other customer. I came to the store knowing exactly what I wanted so should have been an easy sell! Very poor customer service, because there was none! Walked out of the store to spend my money somewhere else….I can see Gucci and Prada are right next door yay!

    Store appearance is as expected, was disappointed that the shoes I wanted were faulty & 1 shoe was at least 1 size larger on one foot this is unacceptable standards on craftsmanship for this designer brand. I was also told they only stock 1 pair of shoes for each style of shoe 👠 🤔

    Today my husband and I walked past LV at Pacific Fair and I was curious how big the Graceful MM would be for my work bag but I wasn't intending to buy today. We dressed so casually in sandals to go to the beach after shopping so it wasn't really a day for luxury. We were welcome in by Amber Song, she was so sweet, respectful and friendly to ask us to take a seat and offered us drinks to get us comfortable. I live in Kangaroo Point so Brisbane city LV store is where I normally go and as far as Sydney store but never we were asked to sit back and relax first. Oftenly it walk in purchase and go (Thank Gosh my legs is sore walking the massive shopping center). I told Amber my curiosity in some bags and she took them out for me to try on, she was so kind and helped me adjust. I told her some bags is ok but it hard to tell the weight I carry to work each day that is over 1kg in my bag. I'm a specialist, my wallet and accessories along with important client paperwork is what I carry everyday with me. Amber took our some straps and she suggested emptying the stuff in my bag into the lv to get the right idea. She was extremely helpful with every little details and asking me many questions for her understanding. I told Amber i know the bag im looking for I will not need to replace every 6 months and the quality I trust. I knew the perfect bag I wanted after 1 hour in the store.. This is absolute outstanding customer service and my husband knew I made up my mind today. We bought the bag because we know Amber deserve our sale and we are happy to travel over 1 hour for the level of service we received. Thank you Amber and team you guys are amazing we will be back.

    Sales assistant refused to believe the size of my sisters shoe and it took her going back and forth for different sizes and styles. My sister knew exactly what she wanted and it took her an hour just to buy the shoes she wanted. The sales assistant was asian, has bangs, and hair length that is very long. Please be warned to not be served by her! Disgraceful service!

    I visited the Pacific Fair store yesterday on a busy Saturday lunch period for my first experience at Louis Vuitton. I cannot thank Kael enough for his unbelievable patience and willingness to show me multiple bags all with a smile. Kael went above and beyond and truly needs to be recognised for his outstanding customer service. Kael made my experience very enjoyable and memorable. I look forward to making future purchases at the Pacific Fair store with Kael in the future.

    A massive thank you to Sabrina for her PERFECT customer service and professionalism. Infact this was one of the best customer service I have received from a luxury brand. She was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the products. She made my experience absolutely amazing everytime i have been in the store and made my selections so easy. Will always come back and shop here again (even though the drive is far - but worth it), so looking forward to many more future purchases at this store.
