By far the worst post office I have had to deal with . Unfriendly, unhappy and disorganised staff. They've given me different info re service prices several times, misplaced parcels and the attitude is always terrible,specially the youngish blonde lady with short wavy hair, she clearly hates her job and is in no way interested in helping customers, instead stating repeatedly that "there's nothing she can do about" pretty much anything while smirking sarcastically at you. I have seen people losing their marbles in there several times and I always leave in a worse mood than I went in. So sad that they have to show up to a job they clearly hate,everyday! Honestly wish I could change post offices.

If I could give this post office less stars I would. These women obviously do not read the reviews or could not care less about their customers. They are rude, difficult and anything but helpful. In fact they seem to want to make things as difficult as possible for any of their customers. I wanted to pick up a parcel & even though I had notification on my phone and ID they insisted that I had to have the slip from my PO Box (I had left my P.O. Box keys at home) and my original drivers licence. My licence is scanned on my phone. They would not accept any other additional I’d like my Medicare card or bank cards. The manager and staff at this store should be replaced with staff who are about customer service and helping their customers instead of purposely being obnoxious and difficult

Walked in stood waited, no one respond so I had to walk to the counter asked the lady a simple question, lady behind the counter was not serving anyone but busy writing something. She replied can't you see me busy. Opps sorry I had to leave. She was not happy at all to serve a customer this morning. Have a good day and I left. The staff's here are not happy to see customers no service ethic. And now see the reviews most of the reviews are saying the stuffs are rude!! Yes time to bring some changes here.

Condescending rude and unhelpful staff. Ask questions like wheres the tracking number and have them make rude comments about you within earshot and condescending comments "have you not posted something before". Make you re write letters and remove contents because they are several millimeters too thick. They even have some cut out hole they hold up and show that it doesn't fit through. Even though it does , it just touched the edges on way through. The most helpful people in this post office are other customers. Reviews speak for itself. Run by a bunch of prehistoric Karen dinosaurs.

This has got to be the worst post office I have even been into. The old staff know nothing. I went to return a parcel to sender and I got told I need a code???? When to isle carpi 5 mins later the parcel was on its way back no code needed. GET WITH THE PROGRAM OR MOVE OUT.

Unlucky to have this be my local post office. Minimum 15 min wait every time I step in the place. So understaffed is absurd. Sort it out Australia post. Shame

THE WOMAN WHO WORKS HERE IS AN ABSOLUTE COW!! THE LARGE RED HEADED WOMAN!!! I just watched her yell at an old man because he couldn’t find his drivers licence fast enough and he was trying to pickup his Christmas packages i actually wanted to cry she needs to be FIRED!!! SO DISGUSTING I genuinely feel sick I walked out

Staff member Matt is an arrogant, belligerent, aggressive, unhelpful tool. Good old Australia Post... the highest paid CEO in the land and some of the absolute worst customer service people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

A letter I posted came back saying insufficient address. The Unit No. was left off. You can't tell me that this Post Office didn't know the full address when it had the name and Street No. of the person it has been delivering mail to for many years. Shame on you. Maybe you need to find another business if this is the best service you can give.

Like any government institution the worst when it comes to customer help. Absolutely useless versus the freemarket like Amazon or any actual real business that needs customer satisfaction

Tall red haired lady is so rude. My mail has been temporarily redirected to my husbands P.O. Box while we have moved house and she refuses to let me retrieve my mail. Even when I have a tracking number and redirection in place and my name on the account. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a staff member in my life. Sorry if the box gets too full. I’m not allowed to empty it.

Worst experience at this post office! The rude red head older woman employee with curly hair has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was only trying to send a pre paid envelope which was within specs. Yet she screamed and yelled "its to thick, it's too thick". Then she tried to mock me and show me it wouldn't fit through the cut out board. But my letter did go through, then she started to bend my letter and pretend and act like it wasn't fitting. Disgusting behaviour! Then she refused to accept it. This employee needs to be reviewed. Completely unprofessional and unaustralian. Will never pay money in this post office again nor would I recommend this post office to anyone.

My family and I have been assisted by Michelle on a few occasions now and we can't speak highly enough of her. Michelle has gone above and beyond on all of these occasions. The other staff have also been incredibly helpful.

Unfortunately I'm stuck with these guys to send my medication. My medication often sits with them for up to 4 days before they send it out. Absolutely ridiculous

This is my go to Post Shop as the staff are always very friendly, super helpful, and go out of their way to make the process of posting parcels both intra and internationally. Excellent service.

I had a great service and forgot to ask the name of the lady who helped me. She was extremely attentive to me. Great service, I want to go back there to ask her name and do an appropriate review to her. Thanks a lot!!

Man every time I turn up to this place, Wait half hour to get ripped off buying stamps. I put my letter in there letter box. On a Monday morning, my letter gets to Nerang Friday...
