Excellent experience to share with the family or friends. Getting out in the GC sun and surf enjoying the wind in your hair plus getting wet. The staff are super friendly, Stevo our driver was fun relaxed and made the experience enjoyable for all. They inform and educate everyone on the area and give some great local knowledge on what to go see and the best spots to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery, surf and wildlife.

To Board please walk behind Vibe Hotel. Upon checkin the staff were very friendly and super cool and made it more comfortable as we were about to Board thr Jet. Daniel was our Driver who gave us the best Experience ever , He has the right attitude towards how to make your ride a memorable one. Must visit if you are on Gold Coast .

Driver was awesome!!!! I bought my mom and dad with me ....they really had fun ...but the I was really disappointed with the rudest staff from the front desk. She was yearling at me and my parents, I was really surprised 😮 that how can any crew member do that to the person on first place ??? How can a human being can be so biased to other person?? Is it because we have brown skin or u are racist will never come back to you. You may have hundreds d of customers every day that is may why you are flying in the sky and sky also has the limit and u better understand this before you lose all the brownskineed customer.

We had the best time doing this!! I’ve done it before in Sydney but this 100% beats any other jet boat I’ve been on. We had Frenchie as our driver and he was so much fun! Even in the wind we had a great time and are re booking to do it again before we leave!! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience! The crew were great. We were running a few minutes late because of traffic and lack of parking and they called to make sure we’d be there on time and then waited an extra few minutes for us to arrive. Definitely recommend sunglasses or goggles to avoid salt water in your eyes. you WILL get wet. Thanks Hayden for the awesome trip!

Took the family on our visit to the Gold Coast. Kids daughter 5 and son 7 had an absolute blast! Perfect for a family trip! Kids were well looked after with the driver being 'funny' the whole time. Our daughter wanted more and more spins. Disappointed she didn't get taught how to drive the boat 😂

10/10 recommend jet boating with Jet X!! Andy was an AMAZING driver- when we booked for jet boating I didn’t realise we were getting a free comedy show as well 🤣 Despite the bad weather, the ride was still exciting and fun so I can’t imagine what it would be like on a good day. We also got to see a video of our experience as soon as we got off the boat which was a great laugh!!!

If you are ever in Gold Coast, the jet boat ride is a MUST DO EXPERIENCE. You will be greeted with the loveliest of people who will look after you superbly. Humour, great presence and incredible jet boat driving will make your day one to remember. Amazing experience. Make sure to wear sunnies or goggles for the kids as water goes on the eyes and it’s a bit uncomfortable and itchy on the eyes. You gonna get so wet and have a blast. Kids had a blast.
