I bought 3-4 watches including Rado from this store. All the staff I found having with good customer service skills but the so called manager of the store was so rude with attitude. She need some training how to deal with customers. She might a manager for her employee but not for customer. If I am the owner of this business I will be fired her straight away. I will not keep her even for cleaning job.

Very unhappy with my purchase! I was made to believe that what I was purchasing was top quality when in reality after 1 single wear to dinner, my item broke. After I visited the store to discuss this matter, I was ignored in store and received dirty looks. This made me feel unwelcome, and to think I spent so much money in store… disappointing.

I was most unhappy with this establishment. I bought a 9 ct item for over $700 and this was later valued by my insurance company at $400. There are other details concerning this purchase which has made me vow to never use them again.

I was in recently and was underwhelmed by the atmosphere, dull environment and even more so the people I was met with. I was shown a couple of items, in particular I was looking for an engagement ring for my fiancé. Decent rings, nothing tickled my fancy though, especially with the not so competitive prices. I took my money to diamond boulevard, nice selection of jewellery there!

Absolutely appalling service! I walked in and was in store for 5 minutes and not one lady said hello to me! After finally being acknowledged I was met with an abrupt lady who was rude and condescending. I was looking to buy my partner a new watch but after this experience I will take my money elsewhere. Do not shop here!

Went in this morning, 2 ladies who’ve worked there on the 05/09 didn’t seem to be bothered to engage. Was look forward to buy a mens Rado automatic watch for Father’s Day. Took my money to Wallace Bishop instead.

I was in store on Boxing Day 2019 and was extremely well looked after by Cathy & Alex. Fantastic customer service. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have followed through with my watch purchase. Thank you very much, I will most certainly be back again. Cheers.

Cathy from Salera’s was absolutely phenomenal. Personable, customer focused and a great sales professional. 5/5 for service, lost a star because you can’t order P W Beck rings, otherwise would have been a sure sale.

Beautiful jewellery in this store. We had a browse around here whilst we were shopping last week and were very impressed with the rings and the watches. There would be no trouble finding something lovely buy here. Maybe next time.

The girls at the shop are lovely people but head office needs to learn a bit of customer service, we purchased a set of expensive earrings which were very poorly made, the clasp didn’t hold to the earring causing the earring to fall out and subsequently be lost, they acknowledged this but the best they could offer was to charge more money to turn the remaining earring into a necklace or sell us another set at full cost. I even offered to purchase 1 to replace the missing one but was told they couldn’t help. Very poor quality expensive jewellery beware

Walked into the store at Pacific Fair and was greeted by Brittany. The company should be proud to have such a respectful staff member that actually knew how to treat a customer. Went to look at engagement rings today and Mita and Kim were so helpful in explaining everything I needed to know and making the whole process so much easier for me. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely come back when we are ready to purchase.
