    I have been shopping with Goldmark now for many, many years. Over the years it has been good, great and OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I have always been served by AMAZING, CARING, UNDERSTANDING and very polite young ladies you have as staff there at your Pacific Fair Store. The girls always go above and beyond with their wonderful Customer Service! GOLD STARS ALL AROUND!🌟 Every time I have any question I will get an answer about any jewellery that I would be looking for or purchasing. I cannot say enough about these beautiful and OUTSTANDING and AMAZING STAFF MEMBERS ESPECIALLY your STORE MANAGER ZOE is absolutely FABULOUS 🌟 ASSISTANT MANAGER MADELINE always goes above and beyond her duties to satisfy her customers🌟 And let’s not forget KIARA always with a beautiful smile very welcoming and so very polite too🌟 JIAWEN such a beautiful girl 🌟 GOLD STARS FOR ALL YOUR STAFF 🌟 I cannot say enough about these gorgeous girls with their beautiful smile, customer service and their out of this world PERSONALITIES.     I purchased solitaire ring from this pacific goldmark branch. The customer service is so damn bad the sales lady LUCY she is so arrogant, I came to collect the case for the solitaire ring which they haven’t given me the day I purchased from this shop which was their mistake, instead of apologise she asked me arrogantly the question and gave me that look that I did some mistake of asking her the case. Please trained the staff so that you gain business instead of losing business.. (now I know why you have so less rating ) I feel bad to write these type of reviews but her behaviour was appalling and astonishing to me ( So judgmental) If someone from management team is reading this please contact me so that I can share what happened on that day. It was so insulting to me.

    Staff very rude I was spoken to in a disgusting manner I was returning a birthday gift that was bought for me & I went into do a exchange as it was a present from a child, the female staff said to me so rudely that I could exchange but this would b final ah darling it was a simple exchange I did not warrant being spoken to so loudly nor with such bad manners, I will not be returning again as stated this was a gift bought for me so my experience was bad. Do I would not be shopping ever thanks to your staff

    Absolutely appalling service. Sale staff member Sally was abrupt, rude and even aggressive. The store manager witnessed the entire situation unfold and when I asked to her intervene, she told me it was her day off. Ended up going across to Wallace Bishop where I was treated with politely and with respect. I intend to follow this up with head office Monday.

    Avoid Alicia at all costs. My observation of her is that she is rude, disrespectful, curt, rough, and ought to be working in a field other than in ‘customer service’. I was about to purchase three rings, however Alicia was so obtuse, she turned me off, so I took my business elsewhere. I hope Head Office reads this review and realises that they lost over $900 in sales and care plans as a result of allowing Alicia to mistreat their potential long-term customers.

    Staff member was down right rude. After having to seek out a staff member to assist us (only customers in store, 2 staff members working) to see some earrings, the young lady asked if we knew that the items were gold covered silver. I said no, to which she said well there are lots of signs and proceeded to point to them. Had they actually served us they could have pointed us in the right direction. Had she said just letting you know and left it for us to say oh no that’s not what we are looking for she would not have come across so poorly. I’m not sure her intent was to make us feel stupid but she succeeded in under a minute interaction!

    I went there cause the offers are good but there is this girl at the counter who literally looks like she doesn’t wanna be there at all. Really bad and rude attitude and didn’t help me at all so as much as I liked the bracelet models I went to another place. I prefer to spend a little bit more in another place than having this kind of rude treatment.

    went in this week to exchange a gift, not sure the name of her but a tall blonde lady was so so so rude to me, spoke down to me, came across very judgmental, left feeling really sad horrible experience :)

    Some girls here went above and beyond to help me with two rings being resized and a few other things a few months ago. They were just amazing! Beautiful customer service, love it! Thank you! Will always return to this store. x

    Need to improve customer service. I went for shopping and 3 ladies there to totally bad at service . No speaking manners , rude not at all helpful . Ruined all my mood. Such a bad and arrogant staff. We pay for Service. Never going to that idiot ladies again

    The girls there yesterday were amazing staff. They were so helpful and I really appreciated them going above and beyond helping my partner and I with our purchase and their customer service in general. They were just beautiful!

    After a 6 months wait on replacing a 9crt gold braclett, they said "was wear and tear" after only 4 months and 3 usages. Their head office decided the bangle was not wear and tear and decided to refund the $60.00 repair fee and replace the faulty bangle with a new one. On a good note the two girls who attended us throughout this debacle were fantastic and should be applauded on how they handled the situation. Goldman should Xmas bonus these two staff. Bottom line very poor experience over all. The only saving grace were the two lovely ladies in store. Without them , would not be shopping at Goldman or any of their affiliates again. P.s to Goldman office phone people. Do not ever call my wife a liar again when your product you sold was top dollar fir sub standard merchandise. Extremely poor customer service.
