We are so grateful to have Leanne's continued support and love every time we pop on in. We have our rings insured with their insurance policy which has the best fine details of any insurnace. I get my wedding ring and engagement ring cleaned often and this is all complimentary for a lifetime. We loved her warm, friendly approach and didn’t feel pressured to buy like most other jewellery stores. I personally fell in love with this gorgeous diamond Daisy ring. I went away and thought about it and after ringing Lisa on the phone to ask some further questions I ended up going back in to buy it. It was resized and ready for me to collect the next day! Whilst Mum was with me in the store she admired a diamond crucifix in the window. A few days prior, my Dad (who was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer) asked me to choose a special piece of jewellery for him to give my Mum for her birthday. Dad’s main request was that he wanted the item to be engraved with a special quote. I didn’t think the diamond crucifix would be suitable as it couldn’t be engraved (so I thought!). When I told Lisa she came up with the brilliant idea that the jeweller could add a gold plate across the back and add the inscription across the plate. GENIUS!!! It turned out so beautiful and was completed to perfection in such a short time frame. My Mum couldn’t believe her eyes and got such a surprise on her birthday. She couldn’t stop crying happy tears. Needed my wedding ring cut and resized. They cut it off within minutes, no charge and told me to come back when my finger is back to normal. So helpful, no pressure or trying to sell anything else. Would definitely recommend this jeweller.

We can't thank the beautiful team at LeGassick Jewellers Robina enough! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding going above and beyond to help with our wedding bands. We planned our overseas wedding within only 4.5 weeks and after visiting a number of other jewellery stores who all said a 6-8 week minimum turn around I almost lost all hope in being able to get our wedding bands in time until I stoped in and had a chat to lovely Georgia. In just 4 weeks they helped me get the perfect 18k rose gold diamond band to match my engagement ring in my exact size and for my beautiful husband they truly went the extra mile when Australia Post caused delays in delivering his band on time LeGassick were ever so amazing and let us loan a wedding band. With jewellers onsite they put a rhodium coating over the yellow gold so it best matched the one we had ordered, they didn’t skip a beat as it was also his exact ring size, they had no worries about him wearing the loan ring for the duration of our holiday and upon our return to Australia we went in and swapped the bands over. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service! If you are after that something super special there is no other place to go, you must see Georgia and the team and LeGassick Robina. I’m so so thankful they were apart of our special day!
