    I rang yesterday to make an appointment for Xray and USS. They advised it wasn't necessary. Attended Qscan at Q Centre Mermaid Waters today. Very disappointed with service. I was not booked in the USS only Xray and was not advised. I waited for 45 minutes with other clients going in ahead of me. The radiologist advised when I questioned she said she was doing them in order which was not correct. I could hear what was happening at the counter and they were all walk ins. When she called their name I knew they had walked in after me. They did not tell me that it was not bulked bill. They then couldn't find my profile. After another 15 minutes still no xray. I requested my original referral which they had been advised had been shredded! There was a reason why I hadn't been in 4 years and now I know why I will never use Qscan again. Very unprofessional.

    i attended Q Scan on 12/7/21 for an Ultra sound,as i have a medical condition/exemption i cant wear a mask,and was told by reception NO MASK NO ENTRY i informed them i have medical condition and also have medical certificate,they disregarded my situation and wouldnt allow appointment without Mask. or rebook another time. i needed to get Ultra sound Urgently and i was Forcebly Coersed in wearing a Face shield to attend appointment. i was suffering severe anxiety whilst having appointment. i later contacted reception the next day to ask Management to contact me ,im still waiting... it seems they have total disregard for peoples situations and only do what suits them.It seems they are in breach of Section 6&24 Commonwealth disability discrimination Act. i wouldnt advise anyone to do business with such a company that disrespects peoples disabilities such as mine Such a Same..

    Went here a year ago and a half ago with a relative who was getting an ultrasound. The woman who was doing the ultrasound was so deadpan, completely killed the mood for the baby’s gender reveal. I hesitated on putting this review up but every time I think of that moment, I become saddened by how much the staff negatively impacted it. I hope that the staff are more chipper and that they focus on their customer service skills. No family wants someone who seems very apathetic telling them about the heartbeat, gender, etc of a baby. For future mothers I’d take care on where you choose to complete your ultrasounds.

    Horrible experience. Didn’t allow my partner (father of my baby) in to see the ultrasound of the baby for the first time. He had to wait outside the door and hear everything without being able to see. Definitely felt pressured and happened all so quickly. Didn’t even have time to stop it from happening and I was basically ignored when I asked for him to come in all because she had to get her measurements done. Because I have endometriosis, I was so concerned about ectopic pregnancy that my anxiety was through the roof. All simply because of “covid protocol” even though we are both vaccinated. They allowed him in AFTER 10 minutes… what is the difference of before or after?? Missed a special moment we will never get back. Absolutely disgusting. UPDATE: Submitted a complaint, was reviewed and this stupid policy was changed, finally! Glad others won’t have to experience this.

    Absolutely woeful and disgusting service from the radiologist. Couldn’t wait to rush out the door despite it not being closing time after waiting HOURS. Couldn’t even give my partner 5 minutes of his time. My partner struggles to get time of work for these things and this is how he was treated. Not even an apology from the radiologist in the car park as he rushed out before finishing his shift. DO NOT SEE THESE PEOPLE - they do not care about you.

    Accompanied my partner to Qscan for an EMERGENCY scan, as referred by her GP, in relation to a potentially dangerous condition. We were told the next available appointment was a week away! We stated that our GP requested it be done immediately but they didn't really seem to care and made rude comments as if it was of very little importance. They managed to find an appointment within 3 hours time but then rang to inform us that we should come back asap, obviously realising the seriousness of the situation. Rude customer service backed with total incompetence.

    Elderly father went for a scan. Reception staff colder than a popsicle. Temperature dropped further when dad's credit card got rejected. Probably they were worried old dad would do a runner with his walking stick! Noted different attitude and behavior to other clientele. Why is that? The story continues.... Dad returned again for another test. I'm happy to say it was a vastly different experience. Reception staff were warm and friendly. My folks were put at ease and relieved greatly of their stress at having to go for a test. So thank you for taking my comments to heart. You have restored my faith. 😄

    I cannot praise the Qscan staff enough. They are always smiling and helpful. I have had a nerve block done by Dr Asiz Osman and he was the best! so gentle, kind and with minimal discomfort. And I am the biggest woosy there is. Best thing is it worked and my nerve pain is gone.

    I was booked in for a CT Angiogram, I had some concerns so I wanted some more information about this CT scan, the very friendly desk staff immediately sent me to speak with the Radiologist who sat me down and explained the whole procedure and set my mind at ease, then the next day I asked to speak to the Radiologist again as I still had more questions, again straight away he took me out the back, sat me down and listened to me and calmly answered every single question. The Radiologist who did my scan and answered all my questions was truly an amazing, caring, total professional. All the staff at Qscan Mermaid Waters were extremely professional in every sense of the word and very friendly. My highest recommendations.
