Don’t bother going here. Useless, incompetent and arrogant. Refuses to see patients because they cancelled late due to circumstances beyond their control. Very high opinion of themselves and terrible customer service. Doctor needs to get off her high horse, she’s just a regular GP not some world renowned surgeon that is highly sought after, which is what she acts like. Do yourself a favour and find a better medical centre and doctor.

Worst medical practice I’ve ever been to. Reception staff are so rude and unprofessional. My entire family has been blacklisted coz I rang up trying to get a script several times and they were so rude and kept telling me they couldn’t help me. Was going there for years before this happened, very happily found somewhere else to go now. Not a single nice or helpful member of staff. Do not recommend.

The doctors at this medical centre are only good for getting scripts they have no idea what they are doing or simply just don’t care or have lost their passion. They never give me any answers. I went here the other day this will be the last time as I am now in hospital. He told me I’ll be fine go home and rest after asking him so many times to check my stomach my kidneys or asking if we can check if it’s a kidney problem as my right side of my back was sore… He said I would be fine. Well I’m not! I have a kidney infection and have been bedridden for 3 days.

I booked to have a telephone call, due to having flu like symptoms. I didn’t receive a call so I phoned the practice 45mins after the scheduled appointment and the receptionist said the doctor was running late I would hear from them soon. After waiting for another hour I still hadn’t received a phone call, so I called the practice again and the receptionist said the doctor had left for the day. The receptionist was so rude and didn’t even care that my appointment was forgotten about. Honestly would never waste my time again booking with this poorly managed medical centre.

Dr Sarah Morrell is incredible. She goes to great lengths for her patients and I have found her particularly good with handling my pregnancies and health concerns with my son. No stone is left unturned with her examinations. She is lovely to speak with and is so personable. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Receptionist very unprofessional and inefficient. Confirmed bookings are ignored and mistakes are not acknowledged in detriment to clients and doctors.

Dr Sarah Morrell is the most dedicated, thoughtful and compassionate doctor I’ve ever known. She always go above and beyond and work timelessly for her patients. It’s difficult to find a GP that has a willingness to spend time with her patients nowadays. Therefore a little bit of wait is reasonable and definitely worth it. I feel so blessed to know her and have her as my GP. I referred her to many of my friends and family. She makes a difference in our lives and I hope her hard work does not go unnoticed.

Warm-hearted and super friendly staff. Dr Sarah is absolutely amazing. She takes care of my whole family and girls loves her. She is very knowledgable, gentle and so caring.

We have been with Carrara Medical Clinic for several years and we have found everyone very helpful, polite and quick to help answer any questions. Doctor Sarah Morrell is the best doctor we have ever had, she listens carefully to us, works very hard to find solutions to very difficult problems and is always a delight to see. I have 2 genetic disease’s and they bring many crazy things to cope with. Sarah is very understanding and patient. We recommend her to our daughter who has many problems and lives with terrible pain but Doctor Morrell has been working very hard to help find solutions and get her the right specialist help. We would be lost without Sarah’s wonderful care.

Great experience. Needed to visit the Medical Centre today and had a wide variety of appointments to choose from, the staff were very helpful and Dr Tariq Khan was very easy to talk. Dr Khan listened attentively to everything I said. I was very satisfied with the overall experience.. Will definitely be using this Medical Centre from now on. Highly recommended.

Carrara Medical Practice is a modern, clean and welcoming space. The doctors are very knowledgeable and always treat their patients with dignity and respect.

I have been fortunate to be a patient of Doctor Hameed for over ten years until I moved residence and had to cease attending the Carrara Medical practice. Being adjacent to a well stocked chemist and also having ample car parking is a good start. Importantly, Dr.Hameed is and excellent and experienced medical professional well backed by Nurse Barbara whose ability and patience is legendary l! Yes, sorry to leave the Carrara Medical Practice. Very grateful for the minimum wait for my young daughter with a bad ear infection this afternoon. This was our first time at the practice and there had been a slight booking error online, but it was not an issue and I was allocated to another doctor. In and out and straight in for antibiotics next door. We are grateful. Thank you. 🙏

Please find another practice if you can. I had the most horrible experience here. I called them to ask if they had any female GP’s because my normal GP wasn’t available and spoke to the most abrupt & rude receptionist. I just felt like it was all very rushed and she wasn’t even listening to me. She told me they did have a female GP, so I made an appointment for later that day. Upon arrival, I confirmed that I was seeing a female GP to the response of “no we don’t have any female GP’s “ I told her I called earlier to ask this and was told by the receptionist and said her name and she said “ohh no I definitely wouldn’t have said that” it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and a little silly. I really needed to see someone so I went ahead with the appointment, to be seen by the most unprofessional GP. He hardly asked me any questions about my reason for being there and only took my blood pressure & temperature because I asked him too. The outcome was he sent me to the Emergency Department to have my condition further assessed, because there was nothing he could do. I don’t want to name any names, as I feel that’s unfair, but please find other practice if you are looking for duty of care, with a little empathy & professionalism.
