I asked the staff where the aerator was An arrogant and arrogant employee answered carelessly and said there was no prize.Yesterday, I checked the stock that there was an aerator in Arundel branch at another store and visited Arundel branch. But the cheeky employee didn't even check and said there's no one.It's a waste of time and money. I'm going to visit another Bunnings today, and applaud the Arundel store staff for not going back to Arundel and having little product knowledge.

Always an enjoyable, relaxed shopping experience at Bunnings Arundel. The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. My puppy loves the social interaction with people and other pets too 🐶

I bought x mas light 7 days before now the same light reduce to $20.when i ask the staff at the counter with proof of orginal receipt. She said i need to go back to house and retun the item then bought same item with discounted price. That means i have to go back to home and return the item and and buy the same item😇. I ask the staff that i have the receipt of original purchase why you can adjust with balance into my card or adjust the item i bought today but she said this is the process of bunnings. I feel very disappointing. Because it kill my time.

Bunnings has been my one stop shop for all homewares and gardening supplies for the past 10 years. Anything you need that you can't find anywhere you can generally find here. Trailer hire also is conveneient and affordable. Customer service team are really friendly and helpful.

Phoned the store at 2:40pm to ask one of the team members to see if you had a certain product in stock as I didn’t want to drive this way if you didn’t have it. The woman who answered the phone advised it was low stock which means they probably don’t have any and it’s not worth me checking. Gobsmacked I decided well I’m just going to take the risk as she clearly didn’t want to help me, I arrived to find yes it actually was in stock. I also went to look at a BBQ and asked the lady in the cafe if she could please call for some assistance, she put over the microphone for assistance and after waiting over 10 minutes and no one bothered the come and help I left the store. Safe to say I will never be back to this store.

As a regular Bunnings customer experiencing different stores, the Arundel store is the most rag tag in my experience. Staff are hard to find, reluctant to assist other than ‘try aisle…’and stock is run down. This store needs a staff overhaul !

Yesterday (Monday 6 November) we visited Bunnings Arundel, Gold Coast. We bought a small cut to size length piece of carpet protector. At the self checkout (no other customers) I asked the middle-aged female customer service assistant if she could please help me with putting this into the computer terminal as my docket was handwritten by the person who cut this off the original roll. Without a word of greeting and a peeved look on her face, she grabbed the docket from me and started inputting the information - stabbing at the screen in obvious irritation. My husband tried to engage her by asking where the staff were (there was only one checkout open). She replied she didn't know; she wasn't management. Then without a word she walked off! She was so utterly rude and surly that my husband and I were dumbfounded at her very bad attitude. Just a suggestion - if the store is going to employ such bad tempered, obviously I'll mannered staff - leave them out the back. This is not the first time this particular store has had rude staff with a bad attitude. So-much-so, we won't be visiting this branch again. On the flip side, the staff at the Nerang branch are friendly and courteous and we have never had a bad experience at this store. Perhaps the Nerang Bunnings Manager could give the Arundel Manager a few lessons on how to train staff?!

I'll start with the good, which is the only reason this review isn't zero stars. One staff member approached me in the bolts isle and offered help. He was lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful. Then I made the mistake of going to the tools section, which as the name suggests, was full of tools. I think I spent a good 20 minutes wandering around trying to work out the difference between drills. One of the young guys there ignored me and walked past me multiple times without offering any assistance. After Googling FYI drills to get some kind of idea, I then approached another older staff member who was helping another customer. It was only after I'd been waiting for him for 5 minutes that the young guy then offered any help. I told him I wanted to buy a drill, specifically a Makita drill. He told me to get the drill plus the battery it'd be about $220 + $170. I was reluctant but ended up agreeing to it. I then asked him for help in choosing drill bits. The set he suggested was about $60. Fine, I was OK with that. He went and got the drill and battery out and told me they'd be about $237. I thought he'd found some kind of combo version or a bundle deal, so I was happy with that. I got to the counter with what I guessed was about $100 worth of other bolts etc. The kid there rings up the drill, battery, drill bits and bolts and tells me it'll be >$600! I asked why $600, because the other guy had said the drill plus battery was $237. Turns out the battery he'd pulled out was another $200ish. I bought the bolts only and left. I'll go somewhere else if I'm to spend hundreds of dollars on tools. Hopeless customer service, poor communication skills. Will never go back there.

Big thanks to Bob helping me choose the right irrigation system, very knowledgeable about his products, took the time to listen to my plan and how to go about it. Friendly, genuine and helpful. 10/10 to Bob!

Love Bunnings, but for God sake do something about you App., it's so slow, very frustrating. I was back at my car before my search result came up.

Bad service, I ordered timber on the trader desk then when we actually get them in the bulk building material section they are not available. We asked the staff and they cant help us as they dont know and they were not happy. We ended up buying different size and I had to get back to the trader desk and refund the timber for to replace the new size. This is annoying because I want to save money but spent more :(

Awesome facilities and great staff. At Ashmore I was told that my pup had to be muzzled if she's walking on a leach. Muzzled 🤔 a pup?? My dog goes everywhere with me and my daughters. So Bunnings Arundel is my favourite place!!

Luvvvvv my local Bunnings. Have been there almost daily for 4 months with my renovating. Big shout out to Matt in the paint dept. He is very knowledgeable, and has time to help. (He even helped me when i had a plumbing question). He stands out as one team member i look for, for good advice. The store is always willing to swap or refund wrong items. Easy parking & great coffee👌

My girls absolutely love their arts and crafts weekends at the Arundel Bunnings. Fiona is so welcoming and patient with kids and they always look forward to their mornings spent with her! Always such great activities they adore!

The staff at Bunnings are the most amazing group of helpful polite staff ever. I have had so many security things I had issues with. Finally I have the perfect security camera for my garage. Every time I bought something back they were as friendly and helpful as if I was purchasing the most expensive item. Congratulations to Management. It comes from the top down. The service I witnessed a 40 odd year old who looked and acted like he was in a mid life crisis give to an elderly man was disgusting, shocking to see a staff member have the audacity to try and be a smart@$$ to someone 30 years his senior who's most likely worked harder than he ever will. I'm 99% sure his name was Lukas, he needs to grow up and act like an adult not a smart mouthed man child, it was absolutely horrendous . I've had bad service here many times before but this was the final straw for me.

Great experience here with many thanks to staff member Vicky who went that extra step to ensure we had the right stuff to do what we wanted. The range of some products seems more varied than our local stores in Melbourne.

This Bunnings store is very well laid out and has large clean Isles for you to browse. It had in stock all the items we needed and has a large lovely garden section.

Shout out to Bunnings Arundel today for putting on a great Halloween party for the kids (small and big). Especially big shout out to Fiona from the Crafts section who organized a rather large contingent of ghouls and took them on a Trick or Treat tour through the store. A big bunch of kids really had a good time and Fiona is to be congratulated. She does a sterling job each weekend for the kids.

Can't go wrong with Bunnings, except for spending more than you planned too. Has everything, except for that last little item that's out of stock here and having to go to the next. Park for the kids a fun and the coffee is pretty strong and good 👍 This place has heaps of parking, never had a problem with that. And it's never overly busy inside too. Recommend this place.....definitely, and try not to veer off you list.

Came for one particular product, asked the person at the front who wasn't sure but checked for me. We found it easily and on the way out I thanked her and we hi-fived. It actually made me laugh out loud and kept me smiling all day 😃

A great place to shop. Staff are helpful and friendly. Do not go to Southport Bunnings as you get ignored and the staff are to busy doing their job to help, except that to help you is their job. Go to Arundel if you want great service with a smile.

Went there to get a new shower rail, and after some confusion we asked for help, I approached a staff person for help, he said I will go get my plumber expert, who was absolutely no help at all. It was pretty clear he didn't want to help, and his attitude was very anti, the grey haired plumber needs to retire, as he didn't want to help us at all. 😡 and clearly didn't want to be there.

Here you will find all the tools you need. Everything is well organized. Very friendly sales persons. We liked the BBQ place.

The Staff in this Store are certainly well trained and approachable. There are 1 or 2 Electricians there on most days. Other experiences with staff have been positive The Store is generally well stocked, and if you can’t find it just ask.
