My dog was expertly groomed & the groomer payed attention to my requests. Also the price was great & they finished the job earlier than expected.. very happy & I think my dog is too..

We brought our Shih Tzu in to be groomed and are so happy with how he came out! Kayla is absolutely amazing at what she does and such a kind soul. We will definitely be returning!

Had the best experience here. Originally came back as there was some confusion with a treatment product I had bought. The lady that looked after that process was so sweet and had explained the condition more to me and walked me through the dietary changes that could be implemented to reduce the condition. She didn’t have to and could’ve went about her day no harm no foul. I don’t think I got her name, but she had blue streaks in her hair. She is an absolutely amazing worker and went above and beyond to help me. Even the other gentlemen working the counter - with tats - was absolutely wonderful to all the customers I saw him interacting with. 100% recommend coming to this store!

Don’t hesitate to take your pet to the Fur Factory. I can guarantee you won’t regret it. My pet has found a salon sympathetic to her breed. Five stars for everything.

I visited the store at Arundle to buy some new fish for my tropical tank. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They also know their fish! It's a Petbarn, when are they ever good? Charging extortionate prices and having their stupid club pricing on the tickets. Support small business' not this dump.

I knew exactly what I needed and wanted to purchase. The shop was somewhat busy and I did have to ask for someone to help me, however once that connection was made I was treated very well, given answers to questions I had and the process went smoothly from there on in . I did find prices a little high but hoping quality will follow.

Super friendly and very helpful staff who spent the time in helping me find the right harness for my little doggy. Nothing is ever a problem for them. My go to store for all pets needs.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. My betta fish was very sick but the team members provided lots of professional advise and assistance to try to help me improve everything. Learnt a lot from them, and I really appreciated their patience and help.

The dogs came home looking wonderful and they seemed happy to mix with the other pets in for their treatments. The groomers did a great job.

Online order was picked quickly and ready for collection. The front of store assistant even helped me get it into my car as I'd stuffed my back. Sam yet again helped me to find the right harness for my new friend. He took the time to fit up a few different options & helped me choose the right one

Trudy (the female manager) is the most rude, obnoxious, and vile customer service representative I have ever experienced. I have unfortunately had several encounters with this piece of work and after almost 20 years of loyal patronage and over $30,000 spent at petbarn, I will be spending my money elsewhere due to the incompetence and entitled arrogance of this staff member. Well done petbarn. Never again.

Has all your pet needs, however this branch is smaller and has fewer selections. I'd consider going to another pet barn unless you know this branch has what you need in stock.

Arundel Pet Barn would have to be the best Pet Barn on the coast. Everyone is so friendly, the girls in the grooming section are amazing, we would'nt go anywhere else

As a 1st-time 2-cat owner for 9 yrs, I've always come to this store due to the consistently friendly helpful staff - big shout-out to Sam, for being super kind to me, especially as I have a mild disability.

The grooming team were wonderful! Our JRT and Moodle looked the happiest that they have ever been after having a groom and this was their first visit to this grooming salon. Not only were they happy but they looked beautiful too! The ladies really know their stuff and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Pet Barn Arundel.

Staff was happy to help and went above and beyond for my daughter and I. The store was clean and tidy which made it easy to move around and look at what was on display. We bought two fish and they are happily swimming in their new home.
