The products are great value for money and they do what they say they will do. I purchased a whole home filtration system with 2 filters for $1075. The water tastes amazing and still has minerals without the nasties. Showering is more pleasant and our coffee tastes smoother. So happy I decided to go with this company.there are some real sales sharks out there but with FSA you can trust your needs will be met for a reasonable price.

Purchased a shower filter over the phone, was very easy and the customer service was great. Installation was so easy. All I needed was a spanner. Everything else is provided in the package works perfectly. (I have instant hot water system.)

Ordered a twin benchtop filter system for use with ADL town water, spoke to staff on the phone who were incredibly helpful in deciding which combo of filters best suited my needs, their website is very well laid out with good descriptions and no marketing BS, filter system arrived promptly, unit is of high quality and functions perfectly producing a crystal clear clean water. Futhermore, spoke to the staff again today regarding the setup and use of the filter and were again very helpful. Would definitely recommend FSA to anyone looking for a benchtop water filter the twin top is the way to go for your sediment/carbon or carbon/carbon combo, and the clear housing on the left provides the added benefit of being able to see when your sediment needs replacing, which is something I could not find with other systems, and something I always used in my filtration setups while living in Thailand for a number of years.

I have had experience with F.S.A. for approximately five years with caravan and recently whole of house water filtration systems. I have been ordering filters for the caravan system to this day at much cheaper prices than Bunnings and they arrive within a couple days max. Incredible service. Recently have got advice and bought a whole of house system, based on the caravan experience. Again the service was incredible. I can’t believe it’s an Aussie company. Thankyou guys at F.S.A.

Ordered the incorrect unit and realised straight away. Asked to return for a different unit but was charged a $50 restocking fee. Never had this with any online seller. Adapters supplied were also incorrect size. (Edit. The owner called me this afternoon to follow up with my dissatisfaction. Which I appreciated. Was instantly very rude and frustrated with me being upset for not wanting to pay a “restocking fee” and told me “that I should have looked harder” before buying. Very rude and unhelpful. Don’t usually leave any bad reviews but this place is quite disappointing. Take your business elsewhere.)

Very friendly staff, Anne came to the rescue. Screw in system had developed a crack in fitting (my fault) I'd tightened the cartridge toooo tight. Hence a kitchen cupboard flooded overnight. I've now switched to a clickin cartridge system. Happy days, thank you Anne

After Australia Post sent my new FSA filters to the wrong end of the country and then lost them on the return, FSA stepped up and sent my new parcel express post after I hold them what happened to the first lot. That's some good old fashioned customer service and was much appreciated. Thank you

The previous owner of this house had installed an under bench filter on the incoming water line, resulting in incredibly low water pressure. After some research we purchased the FSA Big Blue whole of house water filter to replace it.
