This store is quite nice although some kids were mucking around but i know that's not the stores fault so i'll let them go for that one.

Had really great items and well priced, managed to score some black bathers that fit well and were under $10! Grabbed some nice towels as well that they didn't have stock for at my local kmart and I probably wouldn't have purchased if didn't attend this particular kmart.

Am wondering if Pacific Fair Centre Management, Health Inspectors and Kmart Head Office are aware of how disgusting the hygiene of this store is. We went to the makeup section as we required some remover and what we found was disgusting. Underneath the bottom shelves of the section we discovered things that had dropped in the section had been pushed underneath those shelves and have clearly been there a long time. The shelves themselves were covered in spilt products and half eaten foods and drinks - the smell alone was enough for us to leave the store yesterday, 22/1/23. If anyone was going to catch any form of illness it would be here for sure as they clearly haven’t cleaned the place in months, potentially years. As someone visiting from interstate it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

The worker was on an absolute power trip, I was in the store with my autistic son after someone stole his clothes while swimming leaving him in nothing but underwear. the worker inside instantly asked us to leave and got security to escort us out. very disappointed in the young man with long brown hair. needs to be fired immediately

My happy place 🤣🤣 when ever I visit the PF shopping centre I must have to visit Kmart even though I don’t need anything and I don’t buy. Kmart is a addiction

Really gross opened products everywhere, it’s like this every time. The beauty area needs to be monitored and people need to be decent human beings.

Im here on holidays from Riverina NSW and I was looking for the park pro scooter here it wasn't in stock when I went in but it was in stock on Broadbeach Kmart website. Overall I'm going to give 3 stars because what I saw on website wasn't in store.

They wouldn’t price match an item from their site. Kmart doesn’t even sell the item anymore and was trying to sell it at a full price item even tho it was the last item. They refused as the difference from the site to the scanned item was too big even tho it was $15 difference. Manager didn’t know what she was talking about and refused to honour it.

The online order I placed was fulfilled by this store. When it arrived (12.08.20), one of the items was completely destroyed, too much for it to have happened during transit. An employee (Tracey) was helpful in assisting me with obtaining a replacement, but for this store to send out an item that is so obviously broken and beyond repair is seriously unprofessional. I wouldn't have cared if it had been a tiny scratch or a small crack, but come on ...!! (Photos provided) Do better, K-Mart Broadbeach.

As I was walking into the store the security guard was screaming at a teenager saying " you're looking in the mirror motherF..er" , I was shocked that the staff can use such language. As I walked out the same security guard told me to open and show him my handbag, I said this is a handbag and my privacy, I am happy to show you the shopping bags but my handbag? Then he rudely said ...just go! So I showed him my handbag and said I would make a complaint, so again be told me to "go".

Horrible shopping experience, getting escorted to the checkout area at 5 minutes before closing and being told the checkout automatically closes at 9pm. Blunt and rude, looks like the place is run by kids.

Yes, I was up on the Gold Coast recently, and was in Kmart at the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Kmart shops across the country continue to play 'Spam on the Maps', by insisting they include their geo-location. Your business name and branding is Kmart, not Kmart Broadbeach. You are trying to gain SEO-wise, by including your location. Just don't - your business name only should be included here. Ordinary.

A great well stocked Kmart with consistently lovely staff. Checkout staff always help with kindness but the standout for us was the 'ROAR' the staff member who was standing at the entrance/exit on Halloween. What a good sport! My child was delighted, everyone we saw walk past at the same time as us also smiled/laughed commented on ROAR, what an awesome human! ROAR made countless people smile that day, and I can't think of anything cooler than that 💜

I was on the line to pay the mirror then I was trying to use self-checkout the moment, one middle age women talking to me “excuse me” “excuse me” are you walking in from exit only? I haven’t reply yet then she just asked me let other guy use first. And I said I came from enter line then she said to me sorry becos the guy was carrying a lot stuff. So??? I was carrying the mirror as well. I didn’t speak that much English but you should respect me waiting for me to reply your question and explain to me what’s going on. Not just stop me to pay then give another person to use which one I was trying to use self-checkout. Just nice to talk people will be ok. Not big deal but feeling very bad

I went to look online for a t shirt and on their site it said they had my size and was in stock, paid for the click and collect and got a email 1 hour later saying they had to cancel my order because they didn't have any in stock. Do ever check on your side of the computer to make sure you do have stock, not give people the wrong information. Not a happy customer : (.

Great Kmart. Wheelchair accessible. Air conditioning great. Staff are ok no problems anyway. Lots of stock for what they carry.

A really large branch of K Mart. Almost everything here is inexpensive. A go too store if you're penny pinching, but remember you only get what you pay for as the saying goes. On the whole though good value for money

Great place for bargains, variety of goods, etc....But wants now not available is the Customer service that begins at the door with a smile, and welcomes everyone. Instead they focus more on those walking out and checking ✔️ their dockets!!!.

Your Google business listing said that Kmart at Pacific Fair was open tonight until midnight, but is isn’t. I drove all the way here. Please post correct hours on Google.

Attempted to call I had to see if they had an item in stock. After 20 minutes of being on hold gave up and decided to drive there myself. Im not impressed that nobody answered the phone. 20 minutes is a long time to be kept on hold. That being said I was very impressed with the professionalism of the stuff Listening to my complaint , apologising and helping me find my item in record time Special thanks to Page Without her this would be a one star.

We bought some contact for our kitchen and got 3 rolls of the same marble. We’ve used it on our bench and found one of them is a different colour more a clear white and the rest are an off white. Same brand and bar code exactly the same roll but the colours are different slightly. Now we have to redo our bench. You’d think the colours would be the same for people doing DIY to cover areas. The marble pattern is the exact same but the colour of the contact is different.

My wife loves this store. First time visiting a Kmart as we do not have them in South Africa. Very nice stock and service was great

Located at Pacific Fair (Pac Fair) resort style hopping with water falls and lounge chairs. Kmart store well stocked and found staff helpful. I went in looking for a desk which was out of stock. But overall very good experience.

There is a line of people to check out with purchases, but the queue moves very quickly. The staff are very helpful in keeping the line moving so a minimum amount of time is spent checking out. I recommend K'Mart, as the range of stock and the prices surprised me how good they are compared to Big W. Give me K'Mart every time.

The staff in this store are always friendly, courteous and willing to help. KMART is price friendly and the range of products available is extensive. With easy parking options available this is definitely a place to shop.
