Pot holes everywhere and has been for ever. Do something about it you tight arses. I bet the shop owners still have to pay full rent even though the road and car park is a disgrace

Great little centre that has good family restaurants and takeaways. All types of food cuisines that will satisfy all your family taste buds. Very affordable prices. Has a chemist and bakery as well. Even a little shop for last minute items

Its a great little corner filled with nice shops but for the love of God people stop parking in the loading zone that is not a parking spot yet people seem to think its ok to park there, some people actually need that space for its Intended purpose but you have these idiots who always park there. The other day there was a mobility scooter there like really people.

Can be hard to find a carpark, very popular.

To everyone that has been parking in the loading zone in the parking lot next to varsity dentist, that spot is a loading zone not a parking spot.

Parking was hard to find. Some people there rude and the take away shops busy. Saturday night for dinner heading home back to Brisbane. Better waiting to you get home.

Shop owners ought to take better precautions for pedestrians. They removed the only pedestrian crosswalk that makes an otherwise dangerous parking area walkable. As others have mentioned on here, the potholes add to those dangers. I would suggest that there may be a liability issue to arise if ever someone were injured on the premises due to failure to safeguard against hazards to pedestrian shoppers. Edit: Also, I wish to note that I would spend much more money here if there was a decent authentic Chinese restaurant. So far, there has been nothing but awful Chinese restaurants in these shops. Please, open up a good one where the Dragon used to be. Southern Gold Coast desperately needs adequate Chinese cuisine so I don't always have to cook the good stuff myself. The current one is so poorly reviewed that I have not dared venture inside.

Nice little shopping precinct, limited shops so Google before you go in case what your after is not catered for ok. Wild Cherry cafe' most certainly worth a visit simple fare with a twist and good coffee nuff said.

The best Barrio Cafe with the best Oatmilk latte. Round the corner from home so a regular. Foodworks has everything I need from oatmilk to meals. Great place
