It's a very well placed Coles so i find it very handy after doctors appointments and such things.

This Coles store is the best I have been to. Very high standards. It looks great soon as I walk in. Very friendly staff too.

One star is too much. 5 people lined up at checkout.. Only one open. Young guy who was not in a hurry at all. After 15 - 20 mins waiting a girl comes along (No Badge Name) and takes the last 2 customers. All of us had been waiting longer. Really really cranky with you lot. Not the first time this store has acted badly but it will be the last time I will go there. Sick of this happening ALL THE TIME. Shelves always empty, can never find what is needed. This store is a disgrace and needs fixing or shut it down and let a decent company move in.

This Coles is in a good position smack bang in the heart of Burleigh Heads great for all the businesses and all the industrial commercial properties if they need something.

Every time I go into this store they have not got all the items I need - I’m not asking for anything special - just bread, soy milk and basics and they’re more often than not out of stock ! I’ll be avoiding going there in future 😠

For the location Coles Treetops has, with so much potential, it is disappointing to keep coming back to this shop and always have to visit another supermarket due to lack of stocked shelves. I would not recommend even taking the time to park out the front.

I used Coles online they crushed Easter eggs and did not deliver some products. Which has happened several time. When I advised them through the system number they provided with the order this is what they replied. It had nothing to do with my issue. Easily the worst grocery store I’ve ever been too. Every time I go there to shop they’re always missing something, especially in the fresh produce and bread section. I can’t even count the amount of times I’ve ducked in to pick up stuff for dinner then and had to drive to Woolies to complete my shop. You really need to pick up your game, it’s not good enough in this day and age.

This place is my local coles, walking distance from home. It is frustrating as the shelves are always empty. They run out of all the essentials pretty much everyday and some days they don’t get restocked. There are tickets on shelves showing prices for items that just aren’t there and haven’t been there for weeks. The silly part is about 10 mins drive away at Robina. They usually have everything. If you are trying to get household groceries I suggest going elsewhere. They just don’t have anything especially anything that is on special.

Used to be one of the best Coles for price, layout and ease, now they have pretty much got rid of nearly all registers, lots of seniors in that store who will struggle, I always use check out to help support jobs, and I’m not being paid to scan and pack my shopping…so prices all up, and wages right down, doesn’t make sense….No staff in sight to help with anything but self check out!

donna is the greatest worker there. she always serves me with a friendly attitude and never fails to have a good chat. she’s quick to scan everything through and let me go on my way, i wouldnt go there if she didn’t work there!

Amazing store very friendly staff and excellent customer service

This store has always surprised me. I have given it a lot of opportunities only because the distance to my home, however I cannot find what I need, there are always empty shelves, basic stuff missing (such as bread!) You expect in the morning to have restock of produce, but what the team members say always is "The truck hasn't arrive" and I am talking 10:00 am in the morning! And I am talking about before COVID and after COVID. Service also is a bit bad, when they are asked for something they don't like to be talked to, it seems like that! Not sure if there is something happening with the management and is affecting customers and team members. This coles is more like a coles express. Not happy at all!!

Consistently out of stock on a range of products. Every Monday once again No butter. Need to sort out their inventory control as other stores are stocked and only 1 klm away.

Occasionally shop here, but there is never enough stock, so go elsewhere even though I am only 3 mins away.

Not sure of her name but the lady working the self serve check out today was so incredibly lovely and bubbly it was such a breath of fresh air to receive such great customer service- even in a ‘self service’ section.

Absolutely disgusting on a Thursday night at 6.30pm and no cook chicken. Seriously terrible excuses saying the just ran out at 5pm and couldn't be bother to cook anymore. But heads up if you want a free hot chicken just ask the front counter and you get a voucher which u have 7 days to redem.

A short visit in another state, but very good store. Easy to follow signage, pleasant staff and an enjoyable experience.

Shelves are alway bare After speaking with staff head office are unwilling to pay for the staff required to stack shelves hence the below standard in service for customers.
