Bought
my
first
brand
new
fridge
from
here.
Was
excited
to
find
a
bargain,
the
exact
fridge
I
wanted,
$1080
for
a
$1499
fridge.
I
had
no
intention
of
actually
getting
the
fridge
that
day
until
I
saw
this
one.

star
energy
rating,
black
stainless
steel,
flat
doors
and
water
dispenser.
I
booked
delivery
for
the
day
I
moved
into
my
new
house.
Waited
for
the
text
the
afternoon
before
so
I
could
organise
my
day
around
the
delivery.
The
delivery
was
almost
an
hour
early
and
then
when
he
turned
up
at
the
actual
window,
the
driver
was
rude
about
his
error,
not
mine.
Then
when
he
tried
to
get
me
to
give
him
cash
to
unbox
it,
I
said
I'd
do
it
myself.
Unboxed
it
all
to
find
out
I
had
received
the
wrong
fridge.
The
one
I
was
give
was
plain
black,
2
star
energy
rated,
completely
not
what
I
wanted.
When
I
rang
the
store
he
said
the
other
one
was
broken
so
they
just
sent
that.
No
call,
no
email.
Just
sent
a
fridge
I
didn't
want
but
had
to
keep.
I
was
told
I
would
get
a
refund
for
the
difference.
The
difference
being
a
measly
$110
approximately.
The
fridge
I
was
sent
I
wouldn't
have
paid
more
than
$700
for.
It
has
now
been
well
and
truly
over
a
month
and
after
multiple
contacts
to
the
store,
I
am
still
yet
to
see
the
money.
They
keep
telling
me
to
call,
then
when
I
do
i
get
told
to
come
in
to
the
store
(which
I've
told
them
is
too
far
away
when
they
can
just
refund
me.).
Absolutely
over
it,
I
will
never
step
foot
inside
another
Harvey
Norman
again
after
I
eventually
get
my
refund.
Which
means
when
I
get
rid
of
the
rubbish
fridge
I
was
sent,
I
will
get
a
better
one
somewhere
else.
