Very poor, rude service. Bad experience w this store. Lucy answered the phone and I did the greeting courtesy and then pose my enquiries through. She immediately shut me out by giving the infamous toxic response and said she dont know who I am and won't tell me anything further and gave excuse that it would be against their policy. She told me to go get connected with a staff instead and/or put a wishlist. I have shopped with this brand before (both GC & bne stores and also other country) and I know your policy well. This is the first I've heard of such policy. Jokes on you Lucy. This brand is well and highly respected in the past until your staff starts creating this toxic environment for customers and themselves, and then run to HR crying that they got abused by customers. Take your money elsewhere people, or at least avoid this staff or store. They don't realise our purchases contribute to their salary (lol).

Worst shopping experience in my life. Wanted to buy a pair of sandal this morning but staff was very rude. She was using her phone nearly the whole time, didn’t even ask if we needed a hand. I felt disrespected when she gave me the sandal right next to my face and then back to her phone straight away. Hey, do you think that customers will be happy to buy something if you treat them that way? I’ve never encountered this kind of customer service anywhere else. Very disappointed!

One star is for the polite gentleman beside the door, he is very friendly. Another star is for the brand itself. However, the service there is terrible. Some staffs there have very little knowledge about the product. I have to say not every customer is coming here for the Birkin or Kelly, or any other products that need to have 1:1 sell. Better wipe off the arrogance, and stop persuading customers buying useless product, otherwise you are just throwing mud for your own brand.

Went in to buy a braclet. One sales lady was busy. Another sales person was on the corner. Clearly saw me for a few minutes but did not bother to ask if i needed anything Another couple walks in and he helps them straight away. Lost a sale and all future purchases. :/

When I walked in, the staff first chatted with the colleague at the door and left me to wait for her, the impression was already bad!

I have too many beautiful photos and experiences in this Hermes boutique to show or name them all. The boutique smells and looks absolutely perfect, without skipping a beat. My children, husband, and I have always been treated respectfully and graciously by the whole team. My lovely SA has and remains attentive and accomodating to my home and personal style. It is because of him that I have truly become to love all areas of the brand. Thank you so much to Bradley and the rest of the team for remaining wonderful with every visit 💛

It is a beautiful store, the manger Roya is so friendly and helpful, my family and me had the shopping experience from this luxury store. Roya is so professional with all the products, and also invite us to see the latest seasonal goods. This is my mum’s favorite store.

Bit pretentious plus security make you wait. Was going to buy watch but security was shocking, however staff were great Jason went above and beyond. I still will return to buy watch only due to Jason's professionalism.

A bigger selection than the Brisbane store for sure. Their displays were very beautiful, and the staff warm and welcoming.

Beautifully designed new Hermes store on the Gold Coast. Timeless look and feel, natural stone finishes, elegantly lit and quite a larger store than you might have expected. The window displays are usually like works of art. Just opposite Luis Vuitton in Pac Fair.

The service is decent, and the staff is friendly. Just Sunday afternoon is apparently a busy time and everyone was occupied with serving other customers. In general, I am happy with the experience.
