I have been a loyal customer of City Chic for about five years now, every time i walk in there are lovely new clothes. The ladies that work there are funny, and know what they're talking about. If you're a big girl like I am, City Chic has your back.

Great outlet experience but desperately needs fans in the dressing rooms or better air con through the whole store. Women were sweating and nearly passing out and it's not even summer yet.

Staff are always helpful (if you want them to be of course) and the bargains are awesome. What more needs to be said?

Very poor service,one of the staff members took the dress of my hand and sold it to another lady !!!! she got me sooooo upset , and the other staff member claimed the dress still available online at the same size and it wasn’t the case because it was a different design (( really no thanks )) . I don’t think the staff know much about what they doing there , I would really appreciate if the management contacts me about the matter I’m really NOT happy about what happened I think that was done on purpose and it wasn’t a mistake .

Friendly staff members but not a big variety to choose from.

Love, love a bargain but prefer not to hear about staff members flat mate being annoying when wanting help
