Absolutely disgusting. This clinic supports domestic violence perpetrators who commit DV right in front of them, and they fail to make mandatory Child Safety reports about DV incidents. I was violated by my ex during an appointment and Dr Pincus failed to report it including the trauma impact it had on me that day. He has been failing to report parental neglect in relation to my daughter being severely underweight at only just over 20kgs at age 11. He has not referred her to a dietician, psychologist or specialist hospital review. He refuses to allow me to attend my children's appointments even though I have equal parental responsibility. He then tried to charge me for an update. He is being referred to AHPRA.

We have been seeing Dr Naomi Chellew since January this year and she has been nothing short of amazing!!! I feel listened to and cared for and her commitment to my daughter is something I can’t put into words. She does everything she can to make sure my daughter has the best possible care and outcome for her ASD & ADHD. Highly, highly recommended for anyone wanting a paediatrician who genuinely cares for the family before her

Dr Scott Blundell is both personable and a highly thorough and thoughtful paediatrician. He has gone above and beyond for the treatment of our son. Beyond thankful for his keen understanding and willingness to help us in every way possible. His expertise has been key in helping us access the correct care and treatments required. Our sons life has been significantly improved and prolonged as a direct result. Honestly cannot express how thankful we are to have you as a key member of our care team!

Dr Ravi Bala is amazing. His consultations are the perfect mix of thorough and professional, while being friendly, relaxed and caring. He made sure that my child and I were comfortable and involved in the whole process, and discussed every option available to us, as well as giving a detailed description and explanation of the diagnosis. The difference that the diagnosis and treatment has made to my son and our entire family dynamic is just incredible.

Dr Ravi Bala was wonderful. I would highly recommend him - he saw our son and his treatment, descriptions and outline of future care was clear and concise. He was personable and went out of his way to make our four year old comfortable.

Dr Glenn Harte saw my daughter for a rare condition and we found him very thorough and proactive in his approach. He collaborates with specialists to verify ultrasound results etc and with follow up care/ review of my daughter. We felt he left no stones unturned. We are very happy and appreciative of his care.

We couldn’t be happier with the way Dr Ravi has gone above and beyond to look after our twins in special care! He was very easy to talk to and made us feel very comfortable and would always give us daily updates on how the twins where progressing! Lovely reception staff, have always been helpful and never given pushback on reasonable or urgent requests, which is very refreshing. Dr Wilson himself is very good with the kids, helped with dairy protein allergies in one and recurring respiratory infections in both. However, he seems incredibly reluctant to consider developmental concerns, even when I mentioned another specialist (who has a lot more/longer access to child) specifically writing to him regarding developmental concerns they observed without my input and despite family history. He said he will look at the letter later, but he is happy with their development and has no concerns.... Mother, specialist and kindy note concerns...

The employees are kind and lovely and I’ve been seeing Amanda Smith (physiologist) for many years highly recommend

Extremely long wait times. Reception were rude and not helpful. GP also commented a lot of parents have complained about wait times. I would put no stars but it’s not an option.

Absolutely terrible. We were told to bring a referral. We have waited over 7 months for this appointment. I was not told the referral had to be within 12 months. Our appointment was for 10:30am. It is nearly 11:15am and we have Been told that the paediatrician we are due to see is at the hospital "on call". WTH
