I
bought
a
box
of
pre-cooked
Tequenos
of
100
units.
A
couple
of
days
later
I
was
going
to
prepare
them
and
one
of
them
had
mold.
Since
it
came
more
than
an
hour
and
a
half
from
any
of
the
stores,
I
waited
until
I
could
take
it.
And
to
my
surprise
they
told
me
that
they
would
do
nothing
about
the
time
that
had
passed
(15
days
maybe).
I
don't
understand
what
difference
1
day
makes
in
the
Freezer
or
15,
when
we
are
talking
about
a
frozen
product.
It
had
never
happened
to
me
and
I
have
been
a
customer
for
more
than
6
years
and
I
understand
that
there
could
have
been
an
error
and
I
was
not
looking
for
a
refund
or
compensation,
just
for
them
to
consider
giving
me
a
new
product.
These
considerations
are
made
in
any
store
in
the
United
States
and
especially
with
recurring
customers,
however,
it
was
not
the
case
no
matter
how
much
they
tried
to
discuss
and
explain
the
situation
of
not
being
able
to
have
gone
before.
For
not
losing
$50
if
they
lost
a
recurring
customer
and
those
close
to
them.
