I recently got a piercing there. I was a little nervous and scared, but the girls working there made me feel so comfortable. The gilr doing the piercing seemed to know what she was doing and was very professional. Little pricey, but totally worth it. You get a cleaning solution too for aftercare. So happy i pierced my ear there .thanks girls!!!!! Keep up the good work

My daughter loves this store. They have all kinds of nice things for girls. She really enjoys walking around the store looking at all their products.

Got my daughter’s ears pierced at this location. She had them both done at the same time. The ladies were sweet and patient. They made it special and exciting for her. I was so impressed and relieved. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Latoya.

So many cute things for youngest girls.

Had my daughters ears pierced, not a good experience. They were both really nice and sweet with her. However, one pierced one of the ears right and the other girl just completly failed. They were doing it at the same time so it would be a better experience for her. She missed the mark completely and had to take out the piercing again, second time it wasn’t a straight one. My little 3 year old couldn’t be more patient and calm, I was so surprised she didn’t freak out when it had to be pierced again! There was no reason why she could miss the first attempt and she did the second one less than perfect. If a child moves or acts out it is different but she sat there with no movement. I don’t get how she screwed this up. She tried to excuse it by saying it that it was the numming cream we put on, it was slippery, but the other girl who did the other ear was doing just fine. Then she tried to say that all was perfect now. But it wasn’t a straight line through so I am really upset that she wasn’t careful enough especially with a three year old. I wouldn’t say this was careless but for sure not capable, as these piercing devices are pretty easy to use. If it wasn’t my girl’s ear I would ask for money back but that wouldn’t make a difference now.

Horrible the workers were extremely rude they were very harsh on there costumers and accused two girls of stealing it was DISGUSTING I felt so bad for them they were opening a popsocket and then a rude lady told accused of opening something without paying then she got into there conversation saying she didn’t do anything wrong and said a security guard was just doing his job I got out of that store because of that horrible behavior these are two little girls. It is also very expensive but if u like it go for it

My granddaughter (12) got a piercing and she was told by the assistant that she had one ear bigger than the other. I'm happy to know that my granddaughter was not upset but surprised and she didn't tell me till afterwards. I, on the other hand, if I would have known, would not have tipped her $10.

My daughter loves this store and for sure the selection is large 4 jewelry and accessories. Having said this, at this mall there is a Justice store across the way. Although Justice does not have as much of a selection on accessories, I believe that the quality of the jewelry for kids sold at Justice is better than Claire's and also cheaper. We've had a couple of items from Claire's break, but this just does not happen with the items from Justice. Since it's closed you should probably check out justice as well.

Bad..bad customer service, the ladies working at the checkout line were more preocupied on discussing when to take their breaks, than actually helping customers. Along with us, 3 different people walked out of the store, since we waited over 15 minutes to pay.. In one word..Ridiculous..

I got my ears pierced by Mirk. She was absolutely amazing , she took her time and made sure that everything went well. It was fast and pain less . The service she gave was top notch .

Earring fell out before a biz meeting so went here for emergency sleep-in flat backs, girl with the Notorious BIG t-shirt was a huge help. A+ service. Would come back.
