Family Medical Clinic North Miami Staff is one of the most professional group of Medical Professionals I have met in Miami!! Starting with Iris, as a receptionist, she goes beyond her scope of duty! Her friendly smile can been seen over the telephone!! Trust me, when you call to book your next visit definitely ask to speak with Iris. In addition, she takes great care in focusing on the details and also follows up with the insurance companies to ensure your visitis, treatments and any labwork you might need is fully covered. As far as the entire team goes, we'll Ancizar, aka, "Cesar " is the most gentle PA, I have ever met. He goes above and beyond as well, to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for while in their Clinic. He takes the time to answer your questions! You can clearly see that he loves bring a patient provider!! The new office manager, Klara is also very sweet and gentle and was recently promoted to that position, which is well deserved. Shana, the Medical Assistant, is also very caring! Even when she has several things going on with other patients, she is smiling and taking the time to provide the right care. Ana is new to the team, but she is also a reflection of the entire group of the most caring medical professionals in MIAMI!! I ALWAYS enjoy going to the North Miami office and truly have only gone to one other location in Coral Gables, where the team is also very warm and welcoming 🙏

I found this center through my insurance and I arrived feeling very bad. Doctor Ancizar's attention was very correct with my treatment. The change in one week was surprising. The medical assistant Liz was very kind and was even able to give me her coat because I m. I felt really bad, they were attentive to me through the telephone and attention. I have been coming here for about a month and have been getting moderate results but there was a staff change recently and I have noticed a tremendous difference in the level of professionalism and expertise. The team of Florencio and Delbert are fantastic! Florencio shows care during treatment and explains everything she is doing as does Delbert. Delbert understands the human anatomy and implements targeted and effective therapy movements so much so that, after the first treatment with him, I felt much more limber and less pain. Also, the front desk staff is very attentive and Matthew is very caring and responsive.

I am currently doing therapy for my back after I had a car accident which caused me some physical issues followed by pain in my lower and middle back. Luckily at Family Medical Group, they are helping me recover and get back in a healthy state .Especially Delbert he is taking really his time in doing the therapy for me, his massages are amazing and his hands are like magic. Truly recommend this place.

Even that the law requires clinics to provide exams when asked, they lost my mother’s exams and never provided a feedback. The reason I decided to change doctors was because the doctor scheduled too many follow ups next to each other without any reason or explanation why that was needed. Staff is friendly but reckless. Hard to communicate with doctor if you are not a native Spanish speaker.

The chiropractor Iris is unbelievably accurate, she gives wonderful adjusts to the column. Doctor Raymond is clear with the information and friendly. Our family has even coming to FMC NM for months now as we have had needs to rapid test after contact tracing encounters. Pamela was our technician—sometimes more than once in the same week—and she was always helpful and efficient. She grouped us together and tested us all together which made our young children feel more at ease with the whole process.
