Visiting the area and found this charming place. Our coffees as well as the palmier I had were very good and tasty. The place is clean and it has a very nice atmosphere. If we ever go back I'll make sure to stop by.

The crème brûlée and quiche Lorraine were excellent. The soft French music added to the ambiance while allowing my boyfriend and me to still converse. Update: My boyfriend and I returned. We tried the chèvre quiche, which we both enjoyed. Although both were excellent, we slightly prefer the quiche Lorraine. My boyfriend expressed how he loves the ratio of egg to other ingredients, making the consistency of the quiches perfect. Similarly, I feel the consistency and flavor of the creme brûlée are perfect. We were courteously greeted by staff, including Gael, and asked if we needed anything. Their positive energy contributed to the experience. Thank you very much for your delectable food and sharing with us a bit of France.

Beautiful little place with cozy atmosphere, and one of the best coffees in Miami. Perfect to go and read a book or enjoy breakfast or brunch with your love one.

This cafe opened earlier this month and I've already been twice for a nice small Sunday brunch with friends. It is a bit on the pricey side, but it is justified by the quality. So far everything I've tried has been delicious! I need to keep coming back so I can try almost everything on their menu! The pastries and cakes in the glass case look so tempting and the environment is perfectly cozy and chic at the same time. Even their silverware is unique and well thought out.

Was an amazing place and good food. I just wish the waitresses took the food order. Currently you have to order at the counter then get served. Food was really good though and the atmosphere was amazing. Love this little place very cozy.

I've been here several times now. The food is good. It has a nice atmosphere and plenty of seating. One time they had a violin player. Update: I'm so disappointed. They've raised the prices so much. This used to be my favorite coffee shop.

So glad I looked this up and decided to come over just settling on going to an IHOP or Denny's. Visiting from the Washington DC area and decided to stop for a bite before embarking on our cruise. Excellent food and atmosphere here! The croissants are very good...decided to get a variety and they were all very tasty. Great service as well! I am definitely remembering this spot anytime I come to the Miami area. Oh, and try the pistachio latte ☕️!

Driving through Miami lakes, I am so glad to find this cafe. It’s definitely a sweet spot to chill with cup of coffee and pastries. The cafe had a good selection of food and there’s confortable seats. Not sure if I like all the decor but they do try decorate it with French theme. I think a wall full of French inspired artworks would be more appealing if I was to be honest. The bathroom was clean and it even had a powder room.

Vanilla Espresso French Cafe is more than a restaurant, its an experience. There is not a single detail overlooked. The beautiful ambiance is carefully crafted to engage you! The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was very tasty, served at the right temperature and yummy! Their croissant selection are to died for. My best friend recommended this place, and she couldn't be more right. This place is absolutely gorgeous!! Hopeful for this place, perfect cute addition to south Florida. I can’t wait to go back !

Awesome place for any time in the day. Especially during Sunday morning since there was someone playing the violin live while we ate. The atmosphere is relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very yummy. Definitely a place to visit.

The Café gives off a great tranquil energy. The inside is cozy with soft music playing, a great candidate for a study spot. One of richest and creamiest mochas I’ve ever had, the espresso is bold and the desserts as pictured below looked amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back to try the eclairs and enjoy a relaxing coffee after a stressful day.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning. You do have to find your own seats & you have to get up & order at the register. We ordered The Milano + eggs, Bacon Avocado Bagel, Croissant with Bacon & cheese + egg, a Bagel + egg, & 2 vanilla espressos. Everything tasted great & service was excellent. We found a new breakfast spot.

Went here for breakfast with my sister. We luckily found this place. First, the owner was very attentive, very kind, and helping out with all aspects of the business, including bussing tables. Then our food came and it was the best morning ever. The croissants were perfectly laminated and crispy. Their homemade yogurt and fruit were spectacular, and I don't like yogurt. Fresh orange juice and a perfect cappuccino. We needed up buying some baguets and croissants to take home. Highly recommend.

Just outstanding!! Came in on a Saturday morning. Was just us. Super nice service, great French café atmosphere, music and… of course the food was superb. Highly recommend for all of you foodies, out there. :)

This is an excellent place. My husband and I stopped to have our breakfast and was delicious. The owner was there and made sure to treat us very well and even recommended his favorite dessert. The portions are big and the price is fair! I totally recommend this place. I would back frequently if I live near by.

Wonderful French bakery right here riding the line between Dade and Broward. Delicious foods of all kinds (see photos), menu with great variety, ever so patient and helpful wait staff, and a nice clean dining area with an overall pleasant atmosphere.

Food was great. Service, you order at the counter and they deliver to the table that you choose. Atmosphere, is pretty cozy and they have a violinist inside on Sundays. Will revisit again, if you are in Miami Lakes it’s a nice spot for breakfast and brunch! A little pricey!!

The atmosphere, service, and food were great. The Cafe had a nice ambience and everything went smoothly. We had a creme brulee latte, pistachio croissant, nutella cake sloce, and tiramisu, and everything was amazing. The food's quality definitely matched the price and presentation.

Great breakfast and lunch spot in Miami Lakes. I had the avocado toast with an almond latte. Everything was fresh and delicious. Also, great ambiance and service was spot on. Highly recommend

Loved this place, right after you step in you feel comfortable, the stuff is super friendly. The prosciutto sandwich was delicious and the Cortadito was done perfectly. If I’ll be in the area again, will definitely eat here , highly recommend this coffee place.
