The ostrich burger was honestly really good. It tasted very fresh and very clean. The ingredients were high quality, and it was cooked to order. The clerk gave me some yellow peppers when I asked as well. It seems like a friendly neighborhood spot with a lot of history. I will, however, mention that the prices are a bit high—the ostrich burger in particular. It was about $12 for just the burger alone. I think the regular cheeseburger is much cheaper, but as a combo it might be around $11-12 dollars with fries and a drink.

I had their Avocado Burger in a combo with a large drink and fries. the burger was delicious I really enjoyed it. the fries were not so good as they were overcooked and burnt therefore I did not eat many of the fries. The large drink was nice and very refreshing. It was nice to visit once but I would probably not go back

Not great in my opinion, ordered a western bacon cheeseburger made it a double with fries and a coke, opened it up expecting bbq sauce everywhere and it was absent unit I removed the bottom bun and seen soggy veggie’s in bbq sauce lol, burger was burnt on the edges not charred but burnt and the second patty’s cheese was missing, bacon was chewy not my favorite but some people like it that way, once I wiped the veggies off and added a piece of cheese from my fridge and scraped the burnt edges off it I was able to eat it so that’s a plus I guess, the service was pleasant and fast but the burger wasn’t worth $15.

Finally had the opportunity to try this place and all I can say is i loved it. The burgers were fresh and delightful. The shakes were think and delicious. The atmosphere was akin to 60's decor and charming. Musa, the owners nephew was friendly, and very respectful. Try it. You'll love it too.

I don't give 5 stars unless it's deserved. Clean food. Trish is great too. Good customer service. Oh and they have Mt Dew... Always a good thing .

I honestly loved this place. Food always on point. But the last few times, fries are WAY over done to a crisp. My sons nuggets burnt to a crisp. Patties dried out completely. $2.00 bacon on the burger was so small, couldn't even find it at first. It's a shame bc this has been a trademark place for this town since the beginning. Sadly won't come here anymore and waste my money. And no longer sharing this place to others for recommendation. Hope it changes some day.

I ordered a Pastrami burger for my husband. The skimpiest burger ever. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, I don't know what that mystery meat was. The strawberry shake was very good. My fries were limp and not that hot, my husband's were slightly better. $37 incl a $3 tip was a total rip off for the quality of the food. The reason I gave it a 2 and not a 1 star was because of the lady who took my order, very nice. And the shake and the overall cleanliness

Great burger spot to stop at, with delicious burgers, sandwiches, fries and ice cream, kind of old timey/road side attraction style, worth the stop if you get a craving for burgers.

Did a online order, My regular burger was sad. The patty was very dry and looked slapped together, not super appetizing to begin with. I had also got onion rings and ranch. Usually workers will make sure said container is shut before putting it in the bag especially when they throw it on the side to slide down the bag. The ranch was not shut and I hadn't even got a block away before I noticed both my burger and onion rings were coated in the ranch after I reached my hand in. I walked in not even 3 minutes later and the older lady at the reg asked if I had pick up order even tho I was just in there. Almost got charged for the replacement till I said I wouldn't have needed one if she did the basic step of checking closed containers before they get bagged. Definitely do NOT plan to return! Not worth the price and lack of basic knowledge. This isn't the first time I've ordered here and I wanted to give another chance. Get some new blood in the shop that can remember the basics. I know food quality won't chance since the owner is the cook.

Great burger joint! Awesome good and atmosphere. 2/3 cash register girls are great. 1 literally screwed up our phone order but I promise you it's a great place to eat and chill. Anytime your in tehachapi, ca stop by!

I got the cheese steak. It was very good. No fat or gristle. Wife had burger. Was also very good. Service was fast and friendly. Looks like a place the locals eat at. Need to go back and try more food. Not as fast as a chain fast food restaurant and no drive thru. Food quality is better than the big chains.
