I have never been treated so rudely. I called to make an appointment and was told I did not need one. Reading other reviews I knew if I just dropped in I'd have to wait for hours! When i explained I wasn't in town, the woman who answered the phone did not care. She was very rude and did not seem to care about getting more business. That was fine with me. I ended the call and will find another salon.

Horrible service..didnt care to fix the mistakes they made on nails ABSOLUTELY not worth any penny paid. Looked bad bumpy, crooked,made my nails burn and bruise from filing too deep into my real nails. Ripping my cuticles with the drill. Getting snarky when kindly asked to fix small mistakes.

I always come to this place to get my hair cut. And everytime she does a great job without the expense. AND she still remembers me from years ago 😁💇‍♀️

Cindy is the best, and keeps her prices reasonable. Inflation did not compel higher pricing. Good for here.

I was really happy with my experience here. I got my nails done. I was in and out in under an hour. I do have to say that since they do walk ins you may have to wait but compared to other places I have been to in town this was great.

Cindy was recommended by a co-worker. I went in to make an appointment and Cindy asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted a haircut and she told me to sit down and wait they don't make appointments. I told her I didn't want to wait and she said "OMG, when do you want to come?" I told her never mind and left. I will not give my business to rude people.

I just walked in and said that I needed a haircut and didn't have to wait to get started. They have always had great customer service.

My mom is 87 and is on a walker and she always makes her feel so good. The lady who cuts her hair is so good and always makes sure anyone is happy and satisfied with their cut. Very quick and makes sure your satisfied. And at a very reasonable price. I would recommend any body to go there

I agree with all in regards to the terrible customer service but, I've had great CS and terrible haircuts! I'll take my $12 dollar haircut(unheard of nowadays) and deal with it. Bottom line: Good cut @ reasonable price outweighs poor attitude and stylist treating me like Tom Cruise.
