I've been a patient here for many years. In the years I have seen many of the staff come and go. Everyone is very nice. I was there. Yesterday Jan 5th at 1030. I was not greeted at all. Not even a smile. By the receptionist I felt bad. Oh well you will meet people who wake up moody and it shows ....I've worked in customer service many years. A hello and a smile goes along way....thanks

Dr. J.J. Carr and his staff have always been very friendly and professional. Dr.Carr takes his time to know his patients, creating confidence and trust when discussing your medical care. I love that there is never any wait in the lobby or once in the treatment area. I highly recommend this clinic looking for excellent care.

Received two bills for service two years prior due to this office failing to code them correctly. Refused to work with me and demanded full price even though they coded it wrong to the insurance and waited two years to send me the bill. Do not recomend!

Make sure you make the appointment $75 no show fee and goes to collections if not paid. Takes more then 30 days to process no show so if you do reschedule you probably wont be informed that you owe anything.

Everyone is so polite.. Dr. L Carr cares and listens to her patients.. I would really recommend anyone looking for a new doctor to go and see her or or to just go into the Calallen medical clinic fairy for Professional and very polite people..

I have never had a worse experience at a Dr.’s office. Each time I called the receptionist was hesitant to help me and did not want to schedule my appointments. Dr. J Carr is extremely unprofessional and has never made me feel welcomed.

I have been going to Khawla medical clinic to see Dr. Car for several years now. She’s an amazing Doctor Who listens to her patients. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. I’ve never had a hard time being seen in a timely manner. I often see the Nurse Practitioner/PA and always feel confident that my treatment, wether it be for a sinus infection or follow up post-hospital discharge, that my needs have been met. One of the best things about this office is someone is always available to see me and I don’t have to wait weeks to be seen.

Awesome and friendly staff and very accommodating with same day appointments. In and out usually within 30 minutes. Waiting time is minimal. We love having them as our Doctor. We have been with them for over 14 years. Highly recommend Dr. Carr!

It is difficult to work with this clinic. Phone messages and refill requests go unanswered from the patient and the pharmacy. It takes several phone calls to get answers. Office staff is less than friendly.

Love this place all the staff has always been very helpful when I needed them to be. Erica has been the best Physician I’ve had to date and I had my last Physician for over 30 years and found Calallen Medical Clinic and Erica to replace him out of necessity. I’m most happy with my choice. Eric has always been helpful in any way she can be and I’ve never been seen by any Physician that is attentive and willing to take the time to listen and to address ALL of my concerns. I truly am hoping she will be the last Primary Care Physician I will need.

This office has it all together from the front desk staff to the nurses and Drs, the quality of care you receive here is top notch. I love Dr Lana and the care, time and attention she gives to me and my medical needs. If you’re even thinking about looking for a primary care Dr, this is the place!

I haven’t had a primary doctor in more than a decade. I had concerns back that were brushed off and never investigated. My health has been declining and I had originally scheduled with another doctor closer to me. The reviews for him were bad so I decided to look at other doctors further away. I settled on this clinic and I’m so glad I did! Erica took the time to listen and I feel like I was seen as a person. I highly recommend them.

Never have a problem scheduling. Don’t have to wait long before they call you to the back. Everyone is really nice from the front office to the nurses to the doctors.

I was very pleased with the service I received at the Calallen Medical Center. Front desk was polite, very welcomed upon entry. Erica the practioner was AWESOME. Very informative with me on all the questions that I asked and took good care of my needs. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.
