The gym is exclusively for girls.. it is open all day... can go at any time of ones comfirt. The best part is it has two seperate floors one for cardio and the other for strength.. prices are high and worth as well.

I have been with them since an year(under personal training from Asha Mary )and have seen a lot of development both in infrastructure and facilities. Gym equipment is good, and I am glad it's all women gym now.I just wrote very good feedback few days back to them but I should say I was so wrong. Trainers doesn't have any knowledge on strength training excercises, this could lead to serious injuries. I am suffering from joint pain on shoulder because of their wrong instruction on how to perform barbell bench press. I observed this is happening a lot in the gym with other workouts too. I will still continue going there as equipment is fine but I won't suggest anyone to come here to get PT. I have no knowledge about how they train people on cardio excercises but if you are new to weights, beware!!! However,If you are already a gym person and you just need a gym to use equipment. This gym is for you!! P.s. all the trainers are very friendly and supportive but they are not useful when you need help.get some professional trainers who would really help clients during workouts.

If any one want to enjoy the gym its super or if any one are going to gym by under personal trainer then its wast of time and money because some of the personal trainers are not professional

DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP Never believe a word of what the sellers say here. You will get KNEE INJURIES if you do so. Do your research of what kind of cycle suits you and necessary height of seat post required. Else they will sell you a cycle with insufficient seat post, they will promise you a free first service and deny later. They do not have the spares required. For a fun fact, they suggest you to go and check firefox or online for spares. Better AVOID smartlife.
