My father had surgery in this hospital. Staff was worst I've ever seen in my life. Staff don't listen to patients. Without listening how they can serve better. No proper co-ordination among staff. No respect to patients or visitors. No bills were given to patients! Operation surgery procedure were not given! Hospital wont take money from debit card/credit card! You can imagine how transparent they are.

few months back i visited this hospital management has no proper idea how to deal with patient queue. Same day i saw many old age no proper caring about them. Even doctor also shouting on nurse and no polite answers to the patients about treatment they are focusing on surgery. Better to avoid to went this place.

Very bad experience. waited over 2 hours for OP though my number is below 20. Their main focus on surgeries. After surgery didn't see proper response it looks like after getting money they didn't care. Very rude staff. Not organised. Amenities also not good.

Reception staff are with reckless behavior and when comes to room accommodation no proper ventilation EHS employees admitting rooms are awkward as compartments we see in internet shops all the compartments are accommodated with fans but no outlet for ventilation. Please stay away from this hospital We went for General Checkup for my mother and after the checkup Mr. Rajesh had suggested to get retina checkup with Dr. Dhanya. When we came to the reception the receptionist told that the tests cost 6300 and told us that bring the money tomorrow and get tested and they denied giving us the eyesight prescription until the tests are done. I asked that denying prescription just because we are not interested in your tests is completely illegal. I then asked to meet Mr. Rajesh to ask our prescription for which me paid the consultation fee. The staff wantedly asked us to wait until everyone's consultation is completed just because we denied their tests. Finally, I got a chance after i argued with the staff for keeping us wait and Mr. Rajesh told us that it is his decision to give us the prescription or not and denied us the prescription and told us only if you pay 6300 for tests tomorrow they will give us the prescription. Solution : The next day I went to Sankara Eye hospital. Got the tests done for 1400 which is 5 times lesser than what sudarshan has demanded for . ××××Alert×××××× STAY AWAY FROM MR. Keeping aside doctor consultation.the staffs are very rude.they don't even do proper eye checkup.No proper management.

Best eye docs with 100% accurate diagnosis and treatment. The Head of the Hospital Dr.Rajesh is highly skilled in doing any kind of critical eye surgery. Cost of Treatment is high but 100% genuine and honest . Love this hospital very much. This hospital can be listed as the best eye hospital in the entire Andhra Pradesh. It's my my first visit yesterday and believed to be one stop entity for all types of eye problems. Took my age-old friend as he got an appointment for cateract surgery. Reached at about 8.15 am and got his eye operated by 11.30am. Asked us wait upto 4.00 pm for checkup and diacharged after giving all the care the patients to take. Some nurses need to correct their behavioural aspects while dealing with the patients. The intensity in their voice is so irritating and mostly commanding. The motto of a nurse shall be polite and courteous towards the patients. But the supersisory staff are very good in explaining the needs to be taken after reaching home. One thing missing is lack of canteen facilities. I've seen some of the patients who had come from far away villages. It's rather difficult for them to search for a decent hotel.

Hii I am suggesting please stay away from these hospital.I never saw these type of bussiness in hospitals they selling face masks for patients they said definitely patients need to wear the face mask for safety reasons .i am so surprised what about the staff .I will give 0 stars hospitality is to worse ,first train you staff how to deal with the patients later run your bussiness

Doctors are very good, except them total hospital is filled with unprofessional people. They are rude and very unorganised. Now I know why reviews are so bad. Don't choose kothapet Sudharsani. Arundalpet franchise is very organised and we'll behaved staff.

What a wonderful hospital n what an extraordinary doctors n their staff Careful guys. Eyes are the most important organs in life n if you really need them, avoid this hospital.... Better to go to maxivision or Sankar eye hospital...
