Poor customer service, i have been the customer for reliance for more than 10 years, recently when I visited the brodipet store one of the women executives was not at all interested in showing the new jewellery, and particularly insults everyone they are not giving any details about the products, if i ask any products details she will tell the details only if i bill the product, the women staff is very arrogant and very disrespectful, so better skip this store because you will not find any exclusively allocated staff for showing the items, i am dedicating this review to that women executive.

Very friendly staff .Good variety of gold and exclusive diamonds.The staff are very courteous and well grommed very good place for buying jewellery for every occasion & exclusive weeding collection .Every time the they keep upgrading & launching new varieties based on the market trends.Overall a dream experience.

This is one such amazing experience that I had while shopping at Reliance Jewels. Firstly I would mention Deepak garu, The Cluster Manager who was extremely flexible in working with us with our requirements. Looks like he has immense knowledge and huge energy with which he was capable of moving ahead with our shopping. Then Madina garu and Tasleem garu the managers over the store level who were extremely customer friendly and they had lots of patience dealing with our requirements. Now Chandrasekhar garu, from the accounts department who looked into every detail to ensure a seamless transaction. Overall it was a very nice and beautiful experience shopping at Reliance Jewels.
