Don't go with food blogger review many reasons not to go 1) Will not provide minral water 2) service is too late 3) they will take minimum 45 minutes to refill any item time is 1.5 Hr only 4) 1 manager 1 house keeping 1 waiter to remove the plates only will be available at the time of service to manage any croud 5) no hygiene 6) Flies all around Salad 7) taste is worst then you can imagine 8) don't go after 7 pm coz they will say "after you eat, my food will go to waste" 9) No spacial request 10) full oily food 11) after counting ketchup + chatny also ti didn't reach till 50 also 12) Marriage food is better than this

Recently visited there, and I'm disappointed 😞 i had very high hopes about this place. I didn't like the food, i ordered for veg biryani and chawal was undercooked, naan was also undercooked, shahi paneer was tasteless and also undercooked paneer. Manchurian was nice but apart from Manchurian, everything they served was worst ..... Staffs were well behaved .... I visited during Navratra puja maybe that's why they served us undercooked food . I may visit this place in future but now I'm giving this restaurant 1 star.

Nice Place with Good ambience in this area. Prices are little higher than other shops in this area but you can't get this vibe in any nearby places unless you go to boring road resturants.

Don't expect ridiculous amount of variety. The idlis were dry and hard. The paneer masala tasted bland. The chowmein and manchurian were average. The gulab jamun were not tasty. In the main course only one gravy item was there. It's budget friendly but not taste bud friendly. You can celebrate bday here but don't forget to limit your guests upto 5 as the space is not that large. The service was not even half good as of the bbq nation if looking at their price difference. Not recommended to any veg buddy.

Worst experience ever had at any restaurant. I'll never ever recommend anyone to visit this restaurant. Worst service, worst food quality, worst food taste and crowd feels like they are eating in wedding. There's nothing to love at Shantilal's.

In fact we din realise that we went there for the first time.. The extremely warm hospitality. Will visit again for eating all the food options l... Visited for a birthday party. There are variety of options for vegetarian lovers. I liked the pasta and hare bhare kebab. Get a lot at a very affordable buffet price. The only problem is the location and parking space. But all in all its a great choice.

It's a veg buffet restaurant and the variety of food was very minimal and the taste was not up to the mark and also not very spacious so it felt like a crowded area moreover Average ambience and very pathetic service and hospitality . Not good for celebrating anything with more than 5..6 people . It's kind of an avg place for vegetarians ..

As we visited this place along with our 7 office colleague at 2:30 PM ..... during lunch hour..we found.. good quality of food, service, and interiors were fabulous...so I will recommend everyone to visit this place for their small get-together ..... 👍

I really liked the ambience and the food was delicious and was properly cooked as well. The gesture by the staff members were polite.

I had a veg buffet with my friends. You will get so many options. The veg starters were really good, the main course and dessert was okay. You can't expect more at the price. The only problem is parking, there is no parking for cars however you can park bikes in front of the restaurant; better reach there by cab or public transport.

Zero customer service , food took a very long time to arrive , food quality is also mediocre . This restaurant does not even have mineral water. One of the worst restaurants of Patna. Avoid at all costs . There are much better options in veg restaurants like Paprika(Pramod) or Haldiram and so on. Just fancy lighting all around and nothing else.

All the staff members are so very rude. If you will ask them about anything they will reply very badly as if you have come for free food. You will not at all feel comfortable there.. They will not let u sit there for any extra minute. If u are sitting there then it means u will have to order one after other but if you are taking sometime like waiting for a friend they will come again and again asking you to make order as soon as possible Worst experience. There are many other restaurants in Patna where staffs will make you feel comfortable n special but here everything is just opposite.. Also food quality is below average
