I never thought I would like to "train" in a gym but Rogue has completely changed my mind and transformed my body!! I came to Cab 9 months ago having been a collegiate cross country runner and after seeing the fit and smiley crew walking in and out of Rogue, I decided to give a gym routine a go. The trainers at Rogue have offered me incredible guidance and the gym is simply just a fun place to hang out. I'm still running, but now I feel much stronger all-around and feel like part of the Rogue family - thank you Rogue!!

the WORST gym..if you want to get injured then most welcome!! uncertified trainer with rude behaviour!! Dude you are in customer service first learn how to talk then deal with customers!! now lets get to the equipment, they don't know equipment also has to replace and modified in time to time !! talking about yesterday only when i saved by the grace of god, while i was doing hamstring it got broken and my leg stuck in it..it is not the end butterfly and leg curl cycles everything is damaged !! and if you think you can talk and resolve this problem then this is quite impossible !!if you try to tell these problem then they will remind you for your dues😅😅 rather than solving your problem..and for zumba be aware with the ladiess there😝you can not go in front !!! it is reserved !! JANHIT ME JAARI !! BEAWARE!!BEAWARE!!BEAWARE!!

Basically there are to much people in zumba classes and when you dance there is a high possibility you will get hit by someone's hand .and the owner told me.and I was at the back doing dance in zumba classes and the ladies who were doing zumba in the front with instructors as they went for water break so there was a space .and as I was behind .asthe the owner of gym (who was also in the class),told me t to go infront and I confirmed her repeatedly is it fine she told me yes u can and when the lady came back she rudely told with a grumpy face go go back I feel very insulted. I am asking why to stuff so many people in that small space.if you can divide into 2 batches
