    Dokternya selalu datang telat, gak profesional, klo pasien tua nunggu ber jam jam di ruang tunggu kan gak lucu, kasian, bahkan sampek ketiduran, bukanya sehat malah tambah sakit, profesional lah dalam bekerja, apalagi menyangkut kesehatan bahkan nyawa orang lain, anda dokter bukan tukang sayur. DAN ANDA DI GAJI. Lucu sekali setelah nunggu dr jam 7 ad pemberitahuan mundur 1JAM

    Pelayanan sgt buruk di UGD. Sy sbg perujuk kapok dg adanya sikap dr ANI yg tdk punya ETIKA KEDOKTERAN. Kentara sekali dokter tersebut sbg nakes baru yg SOK. Hingga pasien sy takut.     Pengalaman pertama di RSKB hasta Husada,mau USG aja disuruh nunggu 7 hari lagi, dari tgl 26 Juli kembali lagi tgl 2 Agustus untuk USG,apa karena saya pakai BPJS?? ,padahal petugas radiologinya ada,parah banget pelayanannya,apa harus nunggu beda bulan dulu baru ditangani???beda dengan RS lainya,rujukan USG langsung ditangani pas hari itu jg atau hari besoknya,gak sampai nunggu sampai 7hari.

    Bawa pasien sakit (Pasien Umum) ke IGD pas dateng satpam nyuruh ke loket pendaftaran, dari loket pendaftaran malah suruh ke perawat IDG dulu pas balik ke perawat IGD di suruh balik lagi ke loket pendaftaran. Pas di loket pendaftaran tiba2 disuruh ngisi form pendaftaran dan ngisinya manual (padahal kan mereka bisa akses data pasien dari kartu BPJS), pas udah ngisi form dapet setengah saya bilang "mas ini pasien udh pernah ke sini", petugasnya langsung bilang "kok nggak bilang dari tadi". (Kok jd ane yg salah yak. Wkwkwk) pdhal SOPnya harusnya petugas nanya dulu kan. Pasien pas di IGD udh menyampaikan keluhannya tapi sama dokter IDG saat itu cuma diperiksa asal2an, katanya "pasien tidak kenapa2", pdhal pasien udh kesakitan bgt. Si dokter juga nggak ngecek riwayat sakit pasien. Minta surat dokter juga nggak dikasih. Yg aneh adalah, katanya "tidak kenapa2" tapi dikasih resep yg harganya 200rb lebih πŸ˜‚ . Konyol kan.. akhirnya ke administrasi buat bayar jasa dokternya aja (termasuk mahal, bahkan di RS wava lebih murah πŸ˜‚). Sebelum pulang, mampir dulu ke perawat di IGD buat ngembaliin resep yg nggak jd ditebus sambil ngasi nasehat πŸ˜‚

    Di pendaftaran antriannya banyakdi antrian 2 jam, ke poli nunggu dokternys telat 2jam setengah. belum lagi nunggu di antrian dokter 2 jam, masuk ke dokter nya cuma 5 menit, antri lagi diobat,masak antri obat 3 jam.
