The best dive school I’ve ever been to! Super friendly and well trained staff, good location and quality equipment. On every step of your dive journey you are well taken care of. Whether it’s during a course, or by handing out nice smelling face towels after diving, or setting up your equipment beforehand.

We had a great experience with crystal divers, they made us feel welcome, the dive guides had clearly been trained by the owner he was a British diver and ex BSAC and that showed by the boat briefing and group buddy checks, and they came across professional and caring,

I did my Padi Scuba Diver with Crystal Divers and it was the best experience.One thing I loved about this dive school is they put the safety of clients first. I had a very patient instructor who pushed me hard to continue!My birthday was on my dive day and Emma organized a cake for me at no cost.All the instructors were nice to me and very encouraging. I wanted to quit mid course but Emma assured me I was going to be fine and needed to take it slowly.Tony gave me the courage to do my first jump into the ocean! I am forever grateful

The course was organised so well by Tony and Emma! They were extremely friendly and welcoming. The instructors Chris and Josh were brilliant! Had the best time ever and would definitely recommend it! I did it alone and was slightly apprehensive but, made friends with the instructors and the rest of the group! So, don’t worry if you’re doing it solo!

We really enjoyed this sweet, attentive, caring, highly skilled and correct dive center with all the employees we have had contact with. Our 11 year old son went here to complete his Padi course in the sea. But to make sure he was really ready for this, all skills were checked again. Ruby was so sweet, calm and encouraging. Thank you Ruby!! The contact with Emma and her husband Toby was very pleasant and attentive. I received immediate answers to all my questions and they always thought in terms of possibilities instead of problems. what a nice people!! The first day in the sea there was a lot of swell and it was difficult for Captain Pascal to keep the boat safely in place. but he did! He was super cheerful and helped us with our gear on and off as the boat went back and forth. what a nice guy!! Instructor Mena was also very nice and explained everything well about the dive spot. Thanks Mena! And last but not least Instructor Josh was fantastic!! What a great guy! He guided our son so well. Thanks to Josh, our son was able to successfully complete his Padi open water course in confidence and peace (although the conditions were quite tough on the 2nd dive). He kept a close eye on our son but also on us at the same time. Partly because of Josh, we are confident that our son can dive safely and that he has learned everything you need to know as a novice diver. we also got a little better. It was a great experience that we can look back on with great pleasure!! I can recommend everyone to go diving with these people! All equipment was (almost) new or very well maintained. everything was well organized. But especially the human attention and care was worth 100 points!! We just finished our open water diving course and must say that we had a phenomenal time. Our instructor, Ruby, was exceptional which truly made this course stand out. Ruby's teaching abilities were nothing short of remarkable. Her expertise and patience were evident from the very beginning, as she guided us through every step of the learning process. She effortlessly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, ensuring that we felt confident and well-prepared for our dives. I myself was quite anxious during the ocean dives but she was amazing at calming me down and ensuing that I felt comfortable with every new step we took, especially during our first decent. The course itself was filled with breathtaking moments. The views we encountered while diving were simply amazing. The crystal-clear waters provided us with an unparalleled underwater experience, allowing us to witness the beauty of marine life in its natural habitat. We saw lots of fish, corals and were blessed with amazing weather. What made this course even more enjoyable was the fun we had throughout. Ruby's enthusiasm and passion for diving were contagious, creating a vibrant and positive learning environment. Her ability to make the experience both educational and entertaining was truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend this diving school to anyone seeking an unforgettable adventure. We also had lots of contact with the other instructors and I must say that they were all really nice, competent and great fun. We had a great experience with Crystal Divers. Everyone was very professional, nice and helpful. Top equipment. Our instructors Toby and Ruby were great, they explained all the basics in the pool and then we went to the open sea (Confetti beach). Despite the rainy weather we had great visibility and saw many fish and corals. It was my first time diving and everything went smoothly. To be recommended!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Crystal Divers. First of all, their prices were significantly higher than competitors (in fact they’re among the highest in the world) and because of this we expected premium service or at the very least a decent office location run professionally. That was not the case. Getting there was a challenge, as we had to practically off-road to reach the location on Google maps. The owner asked us to come in advance to sign up 2 days before our dive but the sign-up process was incredibly time-consuming. We were told it would take 10 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour due to numerous forms and equipment trials and delayed us for our other plans. With only one staff member attending to four people, it took too long. I've never had to try on equipment so extensively 2 days in advance at other dive centers. Most importantly, our group of four had to cancel our dive 45 hours before the scheduled time due to a member's accident resulting in a broken finger. We provided hospital reports and details for all the activities we had booked in Mauritius, and every other service provider was extremely understanding and issued us a full refund except Crystal divers (which happened to be the most expensive). They refunded only the injured person and kept 50% of our payment claiming that their policy had a 48 hour refund deadline. Our booking itself was made within this deadline and we cancelled literally 3 hours after booking but they didn't seem to care. I also want to highlight that apart from the reception spending 1 hour in total with 4 of us, there was zero work done by any trainers and zero cost to them for which they charged us such a huge amount. Also the T&Cs were included in the form we signed which was fairly lengthy but nobody told us about their refund policy while we signed up - it was never discussed. It was just a lot of talking about upwelling various other packages to us instead of highlighting important things like this. It appears that this company is run by only one person, making coordination very difficult. When we went to collect our refund, the person was unavailable and had gone out on the boat, forcing us to return later (and off road through those crazy roads to get there), which was particularly inconvenient with an injured person in our group. II would recommend considering other dive companies like Octopus Dive or Dive Spirits for a better customer experience. We have friends who went there and loved it.

Really the dive center to go when in Mauritius. We did our Advanced and we couldn't be any happier. Contact with Emma before our course was super friendly. Our instructor Chris made a terrific job, was very calm and fun. The dive sights were really amazing, we where even lucky enough to do the Carpenter Reef. The skippers Tony and Pascal are amazing and you can feel safe the whole time. Really enjoyed and can totally recommend!

If you want to become diver or add diver specialty - highly recommend

I did my "Advanced Open Water" licence with Crystal Divers. My instructor Liam was very friendly, competent, experienced and ready to answer all my questions! He always exuded calm and composure, which gave me a lot of confidence as a relatively inexperienced diver. Many thanks for that Liam!!! After obtaining my licence, I went diving with Crystal Divers a few more times with my friend Maria. There are a lot of young people working at the diving centre. They are all very helpful and supportive, always in a good mood, have fun at work and above all enjoy diving. Thank you for the wonderful time and the many great experiences in the underwater world! We could not have picked a better place for our PADI Open Water course. Chris and the whole Crystal divers team were amazing, fun and easy-going, yet always professional and making all dives a safe and rewarding experience. While we cannot judge other providers on the island, we recommend everyone to do their diving there when in Mauritius, whether it’s a certification course or a fun dive. Scuba diving in Mauritius = Crystal Divers. No 2 thoughts on it. We had a memorable experience. They are so professional. No one in the world would encourage you (softly and patiently) as much as Richard and Joe did. One of us a non swimmer almost gave up. This is where Rich's confidence in us was more than we had in ourselves. Their methodology, process and systems speak volumes. Their master driving program is 6 weeks. Other divers are of 1 month. This training makes them different vs others. Go for these guys.

My experience with Crystal Divers Mauritius was memorable and I had the best learning experience. I came in as a beginner and had awesome instructors Mena and Jules. The entire team is amazing, it felt like a family atmosphere and they made me feel so welcome. After getting my Open Water, I proceeded to do my Advanced Open water and also Enriched Air Nitrox certifications with them. As a learning centre, Crystal Divers is absolutely top notch. Their commitment to safety and communication and overall just having a safe but fun experience is what made me go back. Located in the north, the diving sites that we ended up at were incredibly stunning and mostly around Coin De Mire including Confetti Bay, Djabeda, Stella Maru and more. They made me fall in love with diving and I can’t wait to explore more around the world but also look forward to coming back to Mauritius and exploring more sites with Crystal Divers <3

Super professional staff. Great location. They've got a very good structure, with a nice pool and other facilities that made my experience easy and fun. Huge recommendation for Crystal Divers! They are a wonderful crew, are always concerned about safety with great equipment while exploring the fabulous Indian ocean. Also the boat and the great captain are part of their team. I finished my open water licence in three days here. They have a pool to learn and the beach around the corner, reachable by their car easily in five minutes. Emma is managing everything super well, Tony and his crew are the best teachers and instructors I've met for diving since. The crew is having a brilliant time which you will feel from the beginning. I did my reactive course today with Rajay and really enjoyed Rajay's teaching both in the class and in the water. He made my love for diving enthusiastic, fun and theoretical. He is the bouancy master and taught me alot about utilising the lungs more and breathing. Highly recommended

Diving center 10/10. I can only recommend this diving center because: -everything was so professional -all the people from the team were so kind, warmhearted, motivated and they all have a lot of knowledge. I feel safe at the first time I came in the center. Before I booked my dives I got in contact with the diving center (with Emma) and this was totally uncomplicated. She answered all my questions and was so kind and friendly. On the first day of my first dive I filled all the paper work (also totally uncomplicated and via iPad) and then we started with our dives. The center is near the ocean only a few minutes away. They have their own bus and their own boat for their clients. The team packed all the bags for the divers and carry on everything. You only have to enjoy your dives. At the boat you get some water and snacks. And they are also offering nitrox. This was another point why I choose this diving center. So all in all you have to go there if you are searching for a good diving center. I really can recommend it <3

My first open water Padi license was awarded by Crystal Divers, and I want to thank them for it. Throughout everything, they were very kind and helpful. Ruby is an exceptional instructor, providing clear and easy instructions that made learning enjoyable. It was a great time for us to laugh, laugh, and dive. She took really good care of our safety and made sure we were doing everything in the right way. The diving sites are excellent, and confetti bay had some stunning coral. We saw a lot of fish and it was really amazing. We could not have picked a better place for our PADI Open Water course. Looking forward to some more dives with you guys soon.

My instructor Ruby is the best, she has been able to deliver all what is required in professional way and smooth. These 3 days i have been with them are unforgettable.

The BEST dive team we have ever worked with!!! Most of my communication before we arrived was with the owner, Emma, and she was very responsive and helpful. The DMs and Instructors we were with for our dives were the youngest crew we have ever gone diving with but were by far the BEST in terms of dive briefings, setup and take down on the boat, respecting the ocean and pointing things out underwater. We travel a fair amount and have gone diving with several different groups. I definitely found Crystal Divers to be the safest and most fun!!!! Thank you all!!!!

Thanks to Crystal Diver Mauritius I became an Advanced and Nitrox diver. I did the courses with Silvano which was a lot of fun! He did a great job! Thanks to his accurate briefings and his friendly, patient, and motivating way of teaching the course was not only educational but also fun! Also the rest of team was nice and super friendly and the atmosphere on the boat and at the dive center was relaxed and familiar. Thanks to the captain, Pascal, we could see whales one morning, what was an unforgettable experience. I could enjoy the breathtaking dive sites of Mauritius a lot even though the water was a bit cold ;-) But thanks to the warm drinks, snacks and ponchos provided on the boat I felt comfortable. During all the days I spent there it was noticeable that all the team members love their jobs. I also warmly recommend Crystal Diver Mauritius because of the high safety standards and the well-trained instructors. Additionally, the organization is brilliant. Emma responses to your questions and concerns quickly and all the necessary information and online learning tools are provided early so that one can plan the holiday and learn the content relaxed in advance.

Amazing experience. I completed the PADI Open Water Diver qualification and I am fully satisfied by the team`s professionalism, support and patience when needed. 2 weeks ago my son has made his PADI Open Water and my daughter her Advanced Open Water certification. The whole planning process, communication & booking process was extremely friendly, uncomplicated and super responsive. Our kids have done the theory before we travelled to Mauritius and when we arrived the team was up-to-date about their knowledge status and prepared to immediately start pool sessions. The atmosphere at the diving center was extremely welcoming, everybody super friendly and you immediately felt the professionalism and that security comes first. Second came fun and having a good time. I have done 2 dives with the team myself and the experience was great. I can go on like this but to summarize: You couldn't chose a better place and team to learn diving or to extend your skills. Many thanks to Emma, Chris and the team!!

It was an amazing experience to learn my open water diving with my diving master Vanessa. She is absolutely friendly and patient during my whole learning to make me feel safe and comfortable to trust her in the water. I was so fear of water, I even didn't think I could swim. The absolute best diving experience that I've had in 15+ years of diving around the world. The team are all so friendly and incredibly helpful. They're all trained to the highest possible standards of Diving and Customer Service by Emma and Tony. I cannot recommend Crystal Divers enough. The instructors made all of the courses engaging, and they went above and beyond everyday with little touches that made everything an overall better experience. From ice cold scented flannels and home-made snacks to life-size "shipwrecks" made out of scrap wood and plastic tubing for hands on training. They have a large deep pool on site which is perfect for practicing new techniques. The classrooms are set up great for learning in groups. They're extremely professional and take safety very seriously. You get to know everyone at the site really well, even the other customers and the new instructors who are training. The team conducts detailed dive briefs before every dive, they cover all of the details for the day. On the dives the team are always looking out for interesting things to show you and make sure that you always get something out of each dive. I had the best time diving with all of them and hope to visit again one day. Thanks to everyone, especially Josh, Chris, Rich, Silvano, Vanessa, Berfin, Emma, Tony, and Debi... for the best interval home-made pizza rolls :)

I did my open water and advanced open water with Crystal divers. I was so impressed by Chris' professionalism and the very friendly atmosphere that I decided to sign my 12 yo daughter for her open water. She was a little nervous about it but with Ruby's patience and friendliness, Zoe went over her fears. Emma, also accommodated us by splitting Zoe's pool session in two, so it was not overwhelming. I was lucky to be able to dive with her for her last two dives. I could witness her doing her last skills, then we went for our leisure dive with just the two of us with two instructors. I saw that although I was supposed to be my daughter's underwater buddy, Ruby stayed very close to her, very cautious at all times which made me very comfortable. The diving site was amazing and we were able to see a lot of life. When we came back, not only Ruby helped Zoe log in her dive, but she took the time to name everything she saw, so she was able to write it down in her diving journal. I highly recommend Crystal Divers, for their professionalism with adults and children, and their very friendly approach.
