I went feeling very nervous but the experience I had couldn’t have been any better. The dentist was so lovely, patient and kind. She kept checking in with me, always explained what was going to happen next and made sure I had chance to relax my jaw throughout a lengthy procedure (2 fillings and a scale and polish). I will be recommending this practice to all my friends and family.

After ongoing issues of not being able to register with an NHS dentist, I finally took the plunge and registered with Kingswood Parks and it was a GREAT decision. Within a month of my initial appointment I've had treatments that I've been waiting years for elsewhere! The service is absolutely outstanding, the clinic is beautiful and calming and all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. I am so glad I registered here and would recommend anyone else to do the same!

The staff are always welcoming and have a patient centred approach. They do their very best to make you feel Comfortable and satisfied during your treatment. The staff work together seamlessly. I have never felt cared for as good as I do at this clinic. I love my new smile!

Dr Hedani and Shan could not have made me feel more at ease with the extraction I had. Having never had a dental procedure and going straight in for an extraction it was so daunting and I could not believe how calming, comfortable and swift the process was. Didn’t have to ask any questions because they answered everything you could possibly want to know. Such a dream team and I will definitely be back to see them both for the next step in my smile transformation! Just had two teeth removed, one of which I was told be the last dentist I visited would need hospital appointment to remove. Removed by the two lovely ladies who dealt with me quite easily, the second one was a bit of a problem but they managed. Many thanks to you both.

As a person who is really nervous about dentists it took a lot of courage to have my treatment. Today I had composite bonding on my upper teeth as I was very self conscious and would always smile not showing my teeth. I cannot praise all the staff enough, every single person made me feel at ease and I was always greeted with a smile. I can now smile with confidence, so pleased with them. Would highly recommend 😁

I’ve attended the clinic today for a scale & polish and a filling. It has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. All the staff are exceptional. The surroundings are extremely clean, the atmosphere is calming and decor is lovely and fresh! The treatment I received both in and out of the chair scores 11 out of 10 for me. I’m already booked in for my check-up and any apprehension I once had about attending the dentist has been quashed today by the lovely people at Kingswood Parks. Thank You.

I have just finished treatment for a tooth implant, it has been a long process but well worth it the care and attention I have received has been amazing! I am so happy with the results and very grateful for all of Jacks hard work and attention to detail.

I visited the clinic for a tooth extraction, which I was really nervous about However I had no need to be at all, Dr Hedani and Shan made me feel very relaxed, they chatted to me all the time and the whole experience was quite enjoyable! I changed to this practice at the end of last year, after treatment that left me in agony for months from my previous dentist. ITS THE BEST THING IV EVER DONE.. I was left frightened to return to my dentist of many years .. I was passing Kingswood parks and went in knowing I needed help for constant pain..... The first ladies I met at reception was welcoming understanding and listened to my fear of further treatment, they where excellent with me, they reasurred me and said I would be in safe hands with Gary one of the dentist. I never looked back I had root canal treatment he was wonderful to me, he really cared and was so professional and made me feel safe... I have been pain free ever since... The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was the same cleaning my teeth to a fantastic standard for the first time ever... Leaving me wondering why I stayed so long at my previous dentist, My treatment there was cold unfriendly and no interest was shown when he injured me. But the bigger picture is... Changing to Kingswood park has been the best thing for me...I feel in safe hands with caring staff, THANK YOU all so much for looking after me so well at every stage of my treatment!! I really appreciate it, and some things are so worth paying for!! LYNN

100% would recommend to anyone! I have had the composite bonding done here by the lovely Naomi and they are amazing I am so so happy with them she is fantastic and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout every appointment I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Cant recommend enough, after having had an awful experience (at a different practise) ive been in pain & developed a fear of going to the dentist. I nervously decided to go to Kingswood Parks and initially saw Gary who sorted my troublesome tooth out whilst being very patient & reassuring. Ive been back & seen Vicky & Kirsty for a hygiene appointment & again they were lovely, putting me completely at ease. If you are nervous about going to the dentist do give these guys a try, everyone is very friendly/welcoming. The practise is also very clean, feels like walking into a spa!
