I should preface these comments with I don’t like going to the dentist. I haven’t since I was a small child and had a horrible experience. The staff in the office is great, easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Dr. Hall is a great dentist. Explains things well and explains treatment options if multiple are available. The office can perform same-day crowns. I still don’t like going to the dentist but at least I know that when I go there, I’m going to be well taken care of.

Dr. Hall is the best dentist in the state. After having gone to an unscrupulous dentist trying to do massive, unnecessary work, luckily our friends referred us to him. He's our hero and dentist for life!

In the past I was nearly always happy with that practice and gave them good reviews. Since I retired and don’t have dental insurance, I was hoping that I would be charged for treatments whatever an insurance would pay for it. When I asked for it, I was told “you get 10% discount “ - the admin person didn’t even bother to look at me as she delivered that short response. $751.50 (after discount) for less than 30 minutes work…..when I called to ask if they offer dental plans, nobody bothered to return my call. That’s the treatment you get after 29 years of being their patient!!! I gave 2 stars because I have no complaints about the dental work.
