After a previous awful experience with the furniture from this store. (Furniture cut me from a pin/!metal spike on a table leg. It was deemed faulty and returned). Today's experience was made perfect by the guy this morning, who packed my tiny hatchback perfectly, carefully and promptly. It was super busy and hot when I arrived out the back, and he was working alone. He was fantastic. I didn't need to lift anything. He was also cheery despite the sweltering heat.

If I could rate it zero stars I would, I spent a whole week calling different times of the day with no answer, finally get someone to answer only to be left feeling I had caused them an inconvenience asking any questions like doing their job was a burden. Do not let them tell you an order will be in within a certain time period because you can add atleast 2 weeks to that. Nearly 15 weeks for a couch to come in pretty bad

Excellent service, good prices and range of goods

Purchased a lounge less than 2 years ago. Cushion quality gone and two recliners snapped. After being told I would get a full refundand doing everything they asked I disposed of the lounge as I had to get a new one. After no contact for over a month so I contacted them, they are now telling me because I disposed of it they can't help me. Absolutely disgusting! I have bought many things from this store but never again!

Came into store on Sunday the 14th of August. I was served by a bloke called Luke it was honestly the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Luke was attentive, accommodating and was happy to answer all of my questions gave me good pricing. I highly recommend seeing Luke on your next visit! Thanks again mate!

Luke Dale was amazing!!! He is an asset to your company he was so patient with my million change of minds. Luke was also very helpful in explaining what this and what that is and does. Luke went over and above to help me and not once made me feel like a burden. I highly recommend Luke and thank Amart for providing affordable furniture in such a horrible time.

Extremely helpful staff who could empathise with someone who has experienced the 2022 floods. A good range of practical furniture for all budgets.
